The carpet was less dry. They came immediately. They came the same day I called. They did a good job. They were very friendly and punctual. It was way too expensive. They did a good job on pet odor removal. I wouldn’t use them again because they are so expensive unless I had another big pet problem.

This company was amazing. They came within hours of my call. They gave me a quote over the phone, which I felt was very reasonable. They arrived later in the day, and were professional and friendly. Elmer did the talking, and explained to me what chemicals they were using and how I could use the leftovers for spot cleaning myself. i could not believe how good the carpet looked after they left. I did not think they would be able to get the stains out, but they did. The carpet looks brand new.

They were wonderful and we'd love to give them a good recommendation. I thought they would have to come out to look at the house to get an estimate. We just had to tell them the square feet and how much of it was carpeted and they gave us an estimate over the phone. When they did the job, they came in well within their estimate. They moved all the heavy furniture for us. We love their services and would gladly use them again and again.

We scheduled Carpet Dryclean to clean carpet in the house on the day we closed. Vance came personally and was so professional. I told him that we were planning to replace the carpet in two back bedrooms. He did not think that was necessary after having them cleaned. What a surprise. After he worked his magic, the carpets looked new and were restored to their original beauty. The process is amazing that you can walk on the carpet after it is cleaned. He will continue to service our house. I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean.

The crew arrived on time and explained, in detail cleaning process and how it works. My carpeting is 17 years old and quite worn, so he pointed out areas that were not likely to be improved by the cleaning process. The work was done quickly but thoroughly. We did a walk-through when the work was finished. My carpets look MUCH better and, to my surprise, even the nap of the carpet looks better. There was NO residue, so the carpets aren't getting dirty faster, as they tend to do after steam-cleaning. It was also nice not to have to keep everyone off the carpets while waiting for them to dry. I will call Carpet Dry Clean again.

I had a potential renter that could move in immediately, the house has been vacant for three months and the carpets looked bad, the renter and their family wanted to see the house later the same day! I called Carpet Dry Clean and left a message, I got a return call in less than ten minutes, they would send out an SOS to their technicians to see availability. With in an hour I got a call from Vance, we set up a time for him to come out that afternoon (on very short notice, mind you). Vance was on time and ready to knock the out! He finished on time, the carpets looked great and smelled fresh and clean. The renter loved the place and commented on how clean the house looked and smelled ;) Great doing business with a professional company that helps me to look (and smell) GOOD! One is a really big room. They are professional and do a really good job. We use them regularly. We just like the finished product. The carpets come really clean and are immediately usable. We don't have to let them dry. They are a little expensive, but it's worth it. We are satisfied with them.

Awesome! After my dog ripped at the carpet, down to the carpet tacks, he left bloody foot prints all over my family room. I was sure that I would have to replace the carpet, but decided to give Carpet Dryclean a try first. Terry was able to get the carpet to better than new. He went above and beyond be cleaning the bloodiest area where the carpet was ripped......way more than I expected. Those who saw the mess before "Terry's magic" will never believe the transformation. The technician that came out was wonderful. They were very accommodating with our schedule needs and were able to come out quickly. They don't use water, so the carpets do not get drenched. But, with the dry cleaning, we would have floating particles in the air from the cleaner. This lasted about a month and I had migraines everyday. We loved the company, the technician, and the service, but not sure if we will use them again because it was just uncomfortable dealing with this cleaner. It burned the lining of our sinuses.

Victor and crew performed the cleaning and I was very pleased with the results. The oriental rugs came out very clean and much brighter looking. All of the stains came out of the berber carpet. The crew was on-time (actually early) and very polite and professional. My only comment is that the oriental rug cleaning cost over three times as much to clean as the standard carpet, and as far as I could tell the cleaning process was exactly the same, so I'm not sure why the extra cost is justified. Luckily the oriental rugs don't have to be cleaned very often, so I will definitely use Carpet Dry Clean again.

The crew showed up on time and they conducted themselves fairly professionally. But I was less than impressed with the method of "cleaning". As best as I could tell they sprinkled a white powder over they entire area, put some extra powder on the spots and brushed those areas, then vacuumed it up. They did the same with the upholstery. Maybe I'm missing something and this is supposed to be the latest and greatest technology in carpet cleaning. The only problem is that it doesn't clean the carpet. When they said they were finished I pointed out a traffic area that was still slightly darker around my desk. They rubbed more powder into that area, vacuumed it up and when it looked the same as before they said that's as good as they could do. A representative from the company called later that day and informed me that I had been overcharged by thirty something dollars and they would send me a check. Almost two months now and I haven't seen it. Within a month the original spots had resurfaced and the carpet doesn't look any different than it did to begin with. On the bright side, it did have a nice smell for about two days. Lesson learned.
