We have used them before, and they performed up to their usual standard of promptness, thoroughness, and good work.

The people were very nice and the product that they used is a dry process. Therefore, you can use your carpet right away.

Vance of Fayetteville, Tia worked as a team demonstrating process, then cleaned 5 bedrooms. Living room, hallway, stairs. Worked extra hard. Pricey but I am happy with results.

Rock was very prompt, professional and helpful. He took obvious pride in his company and explained very thoroughly the dry technique he used and it's advantages. The carpet looked great, smelled great and best of all there was no wait time for it to be ok to walk on and for my dogs to be safe. I had some severe pet stains that didn't completely go away but they were very old and set in cat urine which Rock told me he would do his best on but were virtually impossible to ever completely remove.

Very professional and friendly. This is a dry cleaning. Sold us some extra cleaning material. However, I think there was more "muscle" required than we had, because we could not achieve the same results that he did

very pleased with results. carpets are off white in color and approx. 13 years old. we have an 85 lb. dog and 2 cats. stains were either completely removed, or greatly improved after cleaning. smells wonderful !!

They arrived promptly, told me what they planned to do and how long they anticipated it would take. The carpets looked beautiful afterwards. They told me what to do to maintain them and I bought a carpet cleaner from them which does a great job spot cleaning.

I called and got scheduled for the next day. Two workers came out and we went over the scope of work. They vacuumed and used dry clean powders to clean the carpet. They also moved furniture, and even helped my husband to relocate a very heavy treadmill across the room. The carpet came out very nice. The cleaner had a strong smell, but it dissipated overnight. They took the coupon from Angie's list as well.

Overall we are extremely satisfied with the services performed and the end results......I have no complaints whatsoever.

Initial call for over the phone estimate was very close to the final price. I supplied approximate carpet area and rug sizes. It was the same crew that had cleaned our carpets previously. They called to confirm arrival, on schedule, arrived on time and completed the work in a very timely and professional manner. We were very pleased with the quality and will use this company again.

Vance was super nice, did a great job of explaining everything and worked diligently to do a good job. I have recommended him several times over especially when people have seen the difference. We had previously cleaned our carpets ourselves but decided to have the carpets done for the first time professionally. After 16 years, our friends and family stated the carpets looked brand new, so we have delayed our decision to replace them for now.

It went exceptionally well. THey arrived on time, set themselves up in a few minutes. Then they did a demo to show me the end result of their cleaning. It was outstanding. They explained their products benefits and then did all the rooms. They did the whole house in about an hour by using several people who obviously knew the routine and executed the cleaning flawlessly. They really cared about their service and my satisfaction. It is the best carpet cleaning service I have had - fast, efficient, reasonable and spotless. I will use them anytime I need my carpets cleaned.

Victor and his team were excellent to work with. They were able to come on the same day that I called, and were organized, professional and knowledgable. My carpets were left dry and smelling fresh - like citrus. I do not smell strange odors in the stairway area anymore. I highly recommend them and will be using them again next year!

Great experience! The estimate was within $50 of that which was quoted. The entire process was quick, lasting less than 3 hours and the technician was very polite and efficient. He cleaned up after himself, leaving me with a truly clean home, not having to pick up and clean after the service was complete as many companies leave a mess. He was very gentle and appropriate with our furniture.

The cleaner came on time, did a good job, and the cost was very reasonable and within 20 cents of the estimate.

I had measured the rugs and rooms before calling, and the estimate I got on the phone was accurate within $1 to the final cost. I was able to make an appointment within a few days, they phoned as promised when they were on their way and arrived as scheduled. The whole job took the 3 technicians about 2 hours. They moved light furniture (end tables, chairs, love seat, etc) to clean under them. Since the process they use is dry clean, we could walk on the carpet right after it was cleaned. This made it easy for them to simply move the light furniture, clean that part of the carpet and replace the furniture to clean the rest. When they were finished, the carpet looked new! Of all the spots that I had noticed before the cleaning, only one pet stain didn't completely come out, but it is less noticeable. It had been many years since the carpets had been cleaned and I was dreading the extended "stay-off-the-carpet" time of the steam cleaning process. This dry clean process is much more convenient! We will definitely use Carpet Dryclean again, and we won't wait as long between cleanings.

Overall, I thought Carpet Dry-Clean's Carlo did a very good job. The carpet is over 11 yrs old and is a very light off-white color. Prior to cleaning it, we considered recarpeting. The Dry-cleaning process got most of the discoloration and dirt out of the carpet. Prior to having your carpet cleaned, I highly recommend going to a hardware store to acquire furniture sliders. I effortously moved the Queen sized wooden bed in the master bedroom and the brass Queen sized bed in another bedroom myself using the sliders. I'd recommend and use Carpet Dry-Clean again without question.

They were prompt, professional, and friendly. The cleaning went pretty well although there were a few spots they could not get out of the sofa. I am not surprised though, as my husband is pretty tough on the sofa with food and such, and I don't know that those few spots could come out with anything.

.Trey arrived a bit early (which was okay with me), came in and verified the room sizes minus non-moveable furniture (which I had given over the phone to get an estimate of what the cost might be). I decided to have him clean all the carpets in the rooms, hallways, and stairs minus one room that contained boxes for a move. He explained how the product worked and then began the job. He used a machine to work the carpet cleaner into the carpet after applying it in all areas, then vacuumed it up. The job was completed in a timely fashion (less than two hours total) and the carpets look great and smelled fresh and clean. He also gave me a container of the product for future spots (I have a cat and a dog) at no cost, and informed me of a 10% discount if I have them clean the carpets next year. I was extremely satisfied with the job and will use them again!

Overall it went well. I just believe it is a bit to pricey. And now that the spots are returning, I have to reclean.

I contacted Carpet Dry Clean because we have a dog and care for our grandson so if the carpets are cleaned with water and soap they do not stay clean for long (rarely have we used a regular carpet cleaner that left our carpets dry}. So we gave dry cleaning a try. It was a little more expensive, but well worth the price. I am embarrassed to say that our carpets were pretty dirty. Our dog has very long black hair and sheds continually. Also our back yard is completely natural so when the weather is wet a lot of dirt is brought in the house even after cleaning her paws. My grandson loves to play in the back yard in the dirt and so more mud in often tracked into the house. Victor and his crew did an outstanding job and removed traces of stains in the areas that were stained by coffee spilled by my husband (me too) and food dropped by our grandson. The carpets have not been this clean in a long time and Victor made sure all areas were well cleaned. I can not say enough how pleased I am with this company and will use them again - more often too since the carpets are not wet when they are finished.

Vance called to let me know approximately when he would be at my house. He was very friendly and helpful explaining how the service worked. The carpets were very dirty and he worked magic with his cleaning & machines. I am very pleased with this experience.

Didn't seem very clean. One bad spot looked a lot better, but the rest didn't look much different. The carpet is pretty new, so I expected there to be a much more noticeable difference in the "before" and "after." Service guy was very nice and professional.

Vance was great to work with. He was pleasant and personable and made the time spent enjoyable. We examined the carpet together and discussed spots and stains and the results we could expect. The vast majority of the stains were removed. Only a couple small stubborn ones remained but even those looked much better after cleaning. Overall the results were great. The carpet was much brighter and the whole condo smelled fresh and great. This was our first experience with the dry cleaning process. It was a little more dusty and left more of the dry cleaning product residue in the carpet than I expected. We made a second vaccuuming pass over the carpet to pick up the remaining product. It was a little extra work but the carpet looked even better afterward. We also changed the furnace filter when we finished because it contained quite a bit of the cleaning material. Overall we were very satisfied with the results. It was a little pricey but with the dry process we were able to get right back to work with the refurbishing so it was a good value for us.
