Service was professional and timely. 12 year old carpet was 'renewed'. Cleaned up very nicely with no drying time, pleasant order (minimal) and was very safe for the pets. Would definitely use this service again. Price was excellent for the quality.

He did a great job. He was very friendly and professional. The carpets look fantastic now. They charge by the square foot and move your furniture if you want. Any area that isn't cleaned (whether it can't be or you don't want it to) is subtracted from the square footage of the room.

Victor, the crew manager, called me around 1030 (my appt was between 12-2p) to let me know approximately what time they would arrive--and they arrived at exactly the time Victor said. All three gentlemen were professional, courteous and very nice. They came inside, took a look at the furniture, explained the process and got down to business. They were thorough, fast and very professional. One of the main reasons I wanted my furniture cleaned---and why I chose this company-- was that my couch smelled like a wet dog on a summer night. Seriously. In truth, I thought at best, these guys would be able to blunt the smell a bit and would then 'perfume over' the remaining smell. As I sit on my couch while typing this, I can honestly say there is NO smell. None. If anyone were to sit on this couch, they would not suspect this piece of furniture had ever seen a dog, much less been rolled, played, slept and shaken on by one. Absolutely amazing. As for the 'cleaning' part---that was awesome, too. Really, really quality company. I will be making an appt to have my carpet cleaned soon---and when I do, I'm going to ask for Victor and his crew---what great guys!.

During May these folks came out on very short notice that (I called them Friday and they came Saturday) to clean two very spotted carpets in my family room and in the hall, anmd two small rugs. The couple arrived opn time, and vacuumed to all of the carpets first, prepared the carpets with a light spray, and then used a dry stain remover. They went over stubborn spots repeatedly. When it was all done the carpets looked beautiful, much better than any previous stain removal company.

Very professional, very friendly, very helpful. Extremely cautious about not messing up. Excellent work quality.

Very professional, completed above task within 2 hours. The carpets looked great. Not all stains would come out but that was expected with the stains that remained. However, the stains were very bad and they were able to reduce the mark. My only complaint is the material they use to clean the carpet is dusty. Your furniture will have a light layer of dust on it. The material is non-toxic and not a health issue, only an extra cleaning job for you. At the end of the experience they solicit you to purchase a "tub" of their material cleaning product which I did buy and have already used to clean wine and gatorade stains with no problems. I will use them again.

I contacted the company by e-mail through angieslist.com mid-afternoon on the 18th. I was contacted by phone within 2 hours. I was provided with rates for each task and the job price. I was offered next day service, but opted for the next morning to better fit my schedule. On the morning of the appointment I was contacted by phone to verify that someone would be available to meet the technician. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 9 and 9:30 am, and did arrive at 9:20. Ferdie was polite, professional, and efficient. He was done in under an hour. The results were very good. The oriental rug was freshened up to my expectations. The cleaning removed several significant spots. The stairs had looked trodden down, and now look very good. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Carpet Dry Clean provided an excellent service from setting up the appointment to the technician, Vance, that arrived to perform the service. From the prompteness on his arrival time to the explanation of the service and overall cost, it couldn't be any better. Vance was definitely well educated and loves what he does. Our carpets really need to be replaced due to overuse, lots of spots and stains but decided to dry Carpet Dry Clean. It is amazing how the process worked so well on my carpets. They looked brand new after Vance finished. I couldn't be happier. This will at least prolong the purchase of new flooring for a while longer for sure. Vance provided an outstanding service and look forward to using him again in the future!!

The service was perfect. Vance is awesome and the entire process of dry cleaning the carpets as opposed to steam cleaning is so much better.

We are selling our townhouse and needed to get our carpets cleaned. We spent about $2,000 on getting the walls and baseboards painted and also had our housekeeper clean the entire house beforehand. I decided to use Carpet Dry Clean because they had excellent reviews on Angie's List. We set the appointment for Thursday morning with the expectations of having the house go on the market the next day. When the carpet cleaners arrived I pointed out to them that the walls and baseboards had been painted so they needed to be very careful about not touching the walls. As our house was empty, I felt comfortable leaving the workers there while I went to work and asked for them to call me when they were almost finished. When they called me to tell me they were finished I arrived and they had already begun taking all of their equipment out to their vehicle before I had even inspected. Once I inspected I noticed that they had left scuff marks on all of the baseboards in every room. The owner/manager was very professional when I called to complain and offered to have them repainted and he would pay but asked that they be able to try wiping the marks off first. I agreed however had to wait another hour and a half for them to finish this as they missed several marks that I had to ask them to go back and wipe off. There were several charcoal colored stains that surround the walls in most of the rooms that I was told were due to ventilation issues. They were not able to get these out. I appreciate the owner's offer to try and apply cleaning product to the edges of the walls and let them sit overnight with the people coming back the next day to finish up. We tried this and it did not work very well, plus I had to come back to let them in the next day and to finish up. Overall it was a very inconvenient experience and I think I would have had more positive results with steam cleaning. However, the owners were very nice and professional but I would probably not use their service again.

Carlos came between 9am and 9:30 am as promised. He explained the process to me and demonstarted it as well. Then he he cleaned the carpet. He even got out coffee stains. It was wonderful.

Went great. Vance showed up when he said he would and did a great job on the carpets. Explained how it would work, told me what to expect and delivered on his word.

Overall service was very prompt, professional & high quality

We actually were not out there. It was my father who was out at that home because it was an investment property for us but he said that he did not have any issues. They came right in, did a little sample thing, showed them exactly what they were going to do and took them about an hour and a half to two hours and they were all done and that it looked really good. He sent me some pictures from it. I have no issues with them and he said they were really polite, courteous and on time so they did not interfere with the work he was doing.

We have used Carpet Dry Clean several times now and absolutely love it! The company is very responsive, their prices are fair and their teams are friendly and professional. Victor and his team came this most recent time on Dec. 18, 2012. They do an excellent job cleaning our carpets and are very efficient and quick. We have three young children and a very busy household so you can imagine the mess in our house. Overtime, that "mess" really builds up on the carpet into YUCK, what IS that? So that's when we call these guys. Before using Carpet Dry Clean, we tried Stanley Steamers. They were okay but left the carpet soaking wet. That's just not do-able when you have young kids and all major rooms (kitchen, living, bedrooms) are downstairs. The first time I used Carpet Dry Clean, I was amazed that after they were finished cleaning, the carpets were dry! Some areas were slightly damp to touch where they had sprayed a stain solution, but it was dry within an hour and completely safe to walk on before it was dry. The team will move any furniture you wish (or NOT move furniture, such as an aquarium, if you tell them please don't move it). They will clean your furniture too but it is best to let them know you need this done when you call to make your appointment as it takes extra time. I usually request that they not move really heavy dressers or the king-size bed. They are usually able to get behind heavy pieces of furniture (if it is moved away from the wall) or underneath large beds to a point. That is fine with me -- my concerns are the heavily-trafficked areas, like the family room, as opposed to behind a dresser. What I really like is that they clean and sanitize the carpets and it is completely safe and non-toxic. So when our children were babies and crawling around, I had no qualms about them crawling on the carpet immediately after it was cleaned. They are great at getting up stains. However, I will note that if you have an old cherry popsicle stain on your carpet that you were not able to treat right away, that probably won't come up. So you do have to be realistic about some things (and try to catch your little one before she runs onto the carpet with her popsicle...LOL). I highly recommend this company and their services. I know we will be using them to clean our carpets until we decide to replace our carpets with hardwood!

I apologize for being so late with my review. My tardiness was in no way due to a poor experience. First, I called and gave information regarding what I had to clean and I was prepared for $400ish. Upon arrival, they measured everything and I miscalculated with furniture in the room. They don't count the floor space under unmovable objects. My next door neighbor also arranged her carpets to be cleaned so we got a "multiple" discount since he didn't have to drive. So I pain $305 and was ecstatic!!! My neighbor came over while mine were being cleaned and we were both amazed at how clean everything smelled!! After inspecting everything afterward, there was a spot upstairs that looked as if a previous owner over watered a plant. The technician (I have since forgotten his name, but he was AWESOME) gave me a bucket of the dry powder to use in the event it did not come up completely. The area was the only wet place due to the extra attention. It did not completely disappear, but has definitely faded after cleaning and it isn't in a traffic place, so I am not worried about it. I have used some of the extra powder on my dining room chairs and they are spotless!! I just knew I was getting them recovered!! The owner also called shortly after the service to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory!! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!!!

They were very good. They worked quickly and it smells nice. They were able to get any pet odors and pet hair out.
