They were on time, professional and got all of the stains out of the carpets. I will recommend them and I especially like the fact that there was no water used and carpets could be walked on immediately.

WOW!!! These guys were terrific. Appointment was for 12-2 window. They called at 12 and said they would be here at 1 and they were here right on the dot of 1. Gave me a firm price before they started and of course looked at the carpets to see if there were any bad issues. Having used a nationally know steam cleaning service in the past, I was very leery when they came in the house with only a vacuum and another small piece of equipment. Went right to work and in no time at all the guys were through. I was absolutely amazed at the results. Steps were particularly bad with stains from the previous owners, movers coming and going etc. Absolutely spotless as well as the entire upstairs bedroom area. Place smells great and the carpets are beautifully cleaned. No hoses, no plastic tabs under furniture legs, no "stay off the carpets for a day", no dampness, no having to leave the door open in the cold or heat while the cleaning process is on going. My experience with Carpet DryClean was a good one. They were able to schedule an appointment rather quickly and did a great job cleaning my furniture. The gentlemen who did the job was up front with me on a juice stain I had on my couch and told me it would not come all the way out because of the fabric. At least I knew what to expect before he started. The couch looked great and was sanitized. The stain is hardly noticeable.

I initially looked on Angie's list to find the best rated carpet cleaning service in my area. There were two companies that were nearly tied on number of reviews and total score but each used a different cleaning method. This company is using the dry cleaning method. The other company uses the steam cleaning method. I had used Phoenix Cleaning Solutions just about a month ago for the carpet on the other side of my home and they did an excellent job. The carpet being cleaned today by "Carpet Dry Clean" is on the other side of the house but is the same / identical type and color of carpet. I thought this would be a perfect chance to compare the two companies and cleaning processes so I went with "Carpet Dry Clean" this time. A side by side comparison left me preferring the steamed cleaned carpet over the dry cleaned carpet. Even so I must say that "Carpet Dry Clean" did do a good job. They are very professional and are VERY customer-focused. You can be assured that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied they will go out of their way to make sure that you are. The owner even came back out to my home to re-inspect everything and in the end returned my check to me because I wasn't "completely" satisfied. Wow! That really impressed me.

The crew that came were very professional and efficient in their work. They provided me with additional information about carpets and ways of keeping them clean. Most of the tips he they sahred I wasn't familiar with.

I called Carpet Dry Clean because I have a dog that we keep in our sun room. The dog is small and jumps up on our furniture. After years of keeping the dog in there the area rug and couch picked up the dog smell. The area rug was used previously in our kitchen and had not been deep cleaned in years. They were prompt and very professional. The price was right and the service excellent. The area rugs look and smell good now. The couch came out perfect. I could not be more pleased with the job. I will use this company again for my carpets,area rugs and furniture. Highly recommended. The owner personally called after a week to make sure we were pleased with the job. That tells me he cares.

From beginning to end - the experience was wonderful. Earl called me the same day that I reached out to him online. He was well-informed and very pleasant. The appointment was scheduled for 11/01/2013, between noon - 2:00 pm. On 11/01, I received a call from Elmer. How can I say enough about him? He is terrific! Elmer was running ahead of schedule, so he checked to see if showing up earlier than expected was OK. Upon arrival, Elmer introduced himself and his team. They reviewed the areas I needed cleaned and quickly got to work. They were actually able to revive an area rug I though I would have to dispose of!! The team was so courteous and professional. I have no issue highly recommending them, as I will certainly use them in the future! My hat is off to this business! Well done, gentlemen!!! :)

We have used this provider before and will do so again as they are very good. Our carpets were pretty dirty and had some stains, some of which were created by our 2 grandsons ages 4 & 6 who had decided to show their painting creativity on the bedroom carpet. The day that happened we used a cleaner we had bought from provider a couple of years before and were able to remove quite a bit of the painting. Still we had some left. After it was cleaned you could not tell that a "carpet mural" had been drawn on the carpet. All the other stains we had on hallways were all gone. I cannot say enough of Elmer, the carpet tech, that has cleaned our carpets every time. He is a very courteous and eager to please. After he was through he wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. We probably could have paid less for the carpet cleaning by purchasing one of Angie's deals, and did consider it. But because of the stain situation, I wanted to make sure that I had a provider that I knew would do a great job.

I sent a request through the website for a quote on carpet cleaning. They called me back the same day! He was knowledgeable and professional. He spent the time to answer all my questions and we scheduled the cleaning for 3 days later. The person who cleaned my carpets was great! He was on time, explained what he was doing, and gave me tips and recommendations. The carpet looks, feels and smells so much better than when wet-cleaned! Will definitely use this service again!

Called before the appointment to ensure we were aware they were on their way. Was on time and very professional. Was asked to do a extra area and was very glad to do it. Carpet was not soaked or wet but actually barely damp. Made sure we knew that once it dried completely that they would come back. Will tell others as well as call them for all our carpet cleaning needs.

Their service was great. They also cleaned the couches which I liked. The man was very nice that did the cleaning and the price was reasonable.

Elmer and his partner were great. I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the very next day. They also were running ahead of schedule and called to see if I would want my carpet cleaned earlier. They were finished in less than 2 hours and everything looked great and smelled wonderful. They were even able to get the mustard stain out which is apparently one of the hardest stains to remove. It worked out really well to be able to walk on my carpet immediately and let my pets run around right away. Although dry cleaning is more expensive than wet steam cleaning, I highly recommend it. It is safe for kids and pets.

I had the large oriental rug and a medium sized oriental rug stored in my basement garage for about 5 years. We decided to move them upstairs and when we unrolled them there was a strong mildew odor, so I immediately searched Angie's List for a company with a good rating to clean them. They made an appointment to pick them up, clean them, and return them. They showed up at the scheduled time and while here offered to clean my wall-to-wall carpet and gave me a price. It only took two days for them to clean the oriental rugs and return them. They look and smell great. When they returned the rugs they cleaned my carpet and some smaller rugs. Since I had them clean my carpet they dropped the charge for delivering the oriental rugs they had picked up two days earlier. While here I added carpet on my stairs to be cleaned and they were happy to do it. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work done, the timeliness in which it was done, and for what was done I think the price was fair, not cheap, but fair. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

I was ready to replace my carpet with wood flooring but decided to try having it cleaned. I'm so glad I called Carpet Dry Clean. I was shocked that they could do it the next day. Vance arrived on time . He was very professional, friendly and honest. He explained the procedure to me and told me that any area I did not want cleaned such as under heavy wall units or beds, would be deducted from the total price. I thought that was great, since most companies I've used in the past charged by the room. He also offered to move any furniture. My staircase gets plenty of traffic day and night. I was amazed that he was able to get it so clean. The red wine and chocolate stains were gone. I am so happy with the results. The carpet looks new and the best part was that I could walk on it right away. I will only use Carpet Dry Clean in the future. I am thinking of having them clean my living room furniture. I'm excited, thinking how clean and fresh smelling my furniture could be. All in all, this was a very positive experience, a job well done. I thank Angie's List too. I would never have known about this wonderful company, which I highly recommend.

The person who did the work was honest, very courteous, explained the details of the work performed, and was very receptive to our budget concerns. My wife was happy with the work, so I am happy :). We had no issues with our final inspection of the home regards to the carpeted are.

This was a great experience! I was able to schedule the cleaning much quicker than anticipated. Ferdi and his assistant were right on time and were very professional. All three rooms were cleaned so fast, it was incredible. The carpets look terrific. I have 2 cats that like to occasionally "nosh" on plants. As a result, there are sometimes "oopsies" on the rugs. After the cleaning, you would not be able to tell anything at all was there. They even helped me move some of the heavier furniture back into place. So, punctuality, professionalism, courteousness, care of the furniture and carpet plus the time spent equals an A+++ in my opinion. I will definitely be using this company from now on.

I had them here 2 yrs ago & was really impressed. NO other carpet cleaning company had ever made the carpet look practically new. Once again my 23 yo light gray carpet looks almost new. I have 2 cats that take a heavy toll in that they are always vomiting & one went through a peeing jag. It is simply amazing how their system works. The cat pee smell & stain is GONE. IT helps to use the bucket of cleaner they provide for spills in between cleanings. I just cannot say enough about them. Thank you Victor & Frank for rescuing my house from the pet stains & odors!

Carpet cleaners arrived and performed test area by spraying small amount of alcohol solution and white powder on a lightly-soiled, high-traffic area. They then used a machine to work the powder in the carpet and then vacuumed it out. Our fairly new, beige California shag carpet turned grayish. I was concerned, and the foreman of the team offered to come back later since I was not sure of the process. He commented that maybe it was oil in the carpet. I thought maybe the soiled area is grayish from the solution only while wet. The grey area did disappear with time. We talked, and I decided to let them continue. The foreman seemed to want me to occupy me in the kitchen while the two other men were cleaning the carpet areas. In part, he wanted to promote their powder product for $20. I stayed with the men to watch that the areas were sufficiently cleaned and the furniture moved. I noticed that something in the process burned my eyes. Whether it was the alcohol-based solution or the deodorized white powder, I do not know. The workers were polite, but I just do not feel that this process got our beige carpet clean. I would not choose this company again for that reason.

An amazing job done. The carpets look like new and have a wonderful fresh scent -- and no water was used so they can be walked on immediately afterwards. The carpet team was punctual, efficient, neat and professional, and the office called me to reconfirm the time when the cleaners would arrive...and they did. There was a tough stain from the previous house owners who said their carpet cleaner could not get the stain removed. Who knows how long that stain had been in the carpet prior, but with Carpet Drycleaner tated the stop and it definitely lightened and is barely noticeable now. I also had an area rug clean and it now looks as clean as they day I bought it. Without a doubt I recommend Carpet Drryclean and absolutely would use them again!

These guys were great. I almost wish I had more carpet in the house so they could clean it. I have one dog, two cats, and two kids under 5 so my carpets really needed a cleaning. It looks and smells great. I would highly suggest this company and will use them again. Thanks!
