He was very good. I remember I was scrubbing the kitchen he was doing the upstairs and he was very easy. I had enough of this in my life. He was very thorough. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. It was a stain he really worked on eventhough someone had worked on it before had worked on it. He made a couple of attempts. He did get lightened just a wee bit. He gave the extra efforts and there was no major stains. All the other stainns it was quite clean. We were very pleased with that. Just felt very comfortable. We always want to make sure the carpets, because tenants have small children and we got small babies crawling on the carpet. There were no issues at all. It was very good.

It turned out alright. They were on time and very thorough. They were very pleasant and unlike most carpet cleaning, it actually smelled good.

We were very satisfied with the service. They were very good about spot cleaning. They also left us some additional product in order to address spots after they provided the service.

They were punctual and professional. Was able to schedule quickly. They did a great job cleaning the carpet, leaving the house smelling very nice. We tried to use another company after getting a coupon, but they did not compare to the quality that Carpet Dry Clean has. We will stick with them from now on.

They did excellent work. The tech that did the job was very courteous and did a phenomenal job.

Tech showed up and discovered that my living room was too big, took some measurements and call Earl. He(Carlo)informed me that Earl, said if I wanted to pay $234 for all three(3)spaces then the cleaning would go on. I refused, tech packed his gear and left. I sent email and called Angie list, informing your company of the situation.

Upon his arrival to the house, Mr. Vance was let in and showed the rooms that was to be cleaned and he measured the square footage in each room and gave me a set price, for the Pre-Cleaning Assessment, once that was done he proceeded to bring in the equipment for the cleaning, everything went like clock work. He started with his own Vacuum cleaner and clean the area, once vacuumed he began to clean my carpet with a white power which if squeezed gave of a liquid, I thought that was amazing and Machine used to buff that into the carpet is different from anything I've seen and very efficient, it lifts dirt out better than anything i've seen, if you have pets, it get the pet hair the your vacuum cleaner leaves while deep cleaning your carpet , and the best part about it, when it finished and he vacuums it to get the particles that came out of your carpet, your carpet is almost DRY, not soaking wet, DRY!!! and you're left with carpet that looks like new. Carpet Dry Clean was extremely quick to respond when I first contacted them. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within 2 days and the guys weren't only punctual, they were 30 minutes early which in my book is great! They made sure to call ahead of time to ensure I was home of course which again, was very nice. They were very thorough and efficient and my carpets looked like brand new by the time they were finished. I was very impressed and happy with the service and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

My initial e-mail to contact this company was followed up in a timely manner. On the date scheduled the provider showed up on time and we discussed service. He seemed friendly and accountable. He measured to make sure I received all the Square Footage of the current promotion. I asked him to clean another room and it was no problem. He wasted no time doing the job and stayed on it until it was completed. He did a small walk in closer for no charge. The man seemed happy to be doing the job, responsible to his employer, and insured I was happy with outcome which I was. He took extra effort to remove a few areas of tough stains. I will use again in the future.

The men who came were very prompt and got right to work cleaning the two pieces of furniture. They vacuumed under the pillows before getting to the actual job of dry cleaning. When they finished, the furniture looked so wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this company. The furniture was just a little damp and they explained it would only take a little time to dry until we could sit on them again. I will definitely use this company again.

Right now, the service provider has been awesome to deal with and very accomedating. Looking forward to seeing the results of their service.

Victor and his team were very friendly and professional. Victor made sure to explain the whole process and the carpet looked great when it was all done. He even had a few stains spot treated and left us a bucket of cleaner for spot cleaning as stains occur in the future. The cleaning process even helped freshen up the whole home. We were very satisfied with the entire experience with Carpet Dry Clean. To top it all off, Victor was able to refer us to a cleaning service who were willing to respond the same day to pick up for another provider who stood us up for an appointment a day earlier. Great results, and Great service.

Terry did an excellent job. It only took a few hours to do all of those areas and it came out excellent! I highly recommend this dry cleaning system over a water based system. Terry can explain the reasons why when you contact him, but it makes sense to me.

This was an outstanding experience! The rep arrived on time and got right to work. He was kind enough to take time to explain the process and indulge my questions. He was extremely professional and thorough. The entire process took about 1 1/2 hours and my carpets look great. I would easily recommend them (already have) and use them again. This was a picture-perfect process, and everything went the way it should go.

Carpets looked and smelled clean. I did have to vacuum several times to completely remove the powder residue.

My carpets are 12 years old and were very dirty in high traffic areas. This company moved furniture, and cleaned by hand the spots and very dirty areas. They worked very hard and my carpets look like new. I was actually considering purchasing new carpets, but now I see no need at all. Although they cost a bit more than the traditional steam cleaning, they are worth every penny. I will definitely use them again.

We were very happy with the service that we received from Carpet Dry Clean. We had a couch and two chairs cleaned. The couch had some food stains from a recent family gathering. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to remove the stains leaving the upholstery looking brand new.
