Charles, the owner, arrived on time and came in with the crew and listened to all my concerns and explained exactly what they would be doing. They cleaned everything thoroughly, showed me that some of our air vents had mold and told me how we could seal up around the vents to help prevent mold from occurring in the future. We are very pleased with the results.

When I called to schedule, the person that answered was very knowledgeable. She explained in detail the cleaning process and price. I had called other companies on the list and felt that their cleaning method didn't compare to Air Quality Concepts method. They actually cleaned the entire system first and then every vent using negative air pressure. They showed me before and after photos which were amazing. After they cleaned the ducts, they cleaned the dryer vent. I liked the fact that they are focused on air duct cleaning instead of multiple services, like the other companies that I talked to. They were very careful in my home, and they removed their shoes. The owner came out with a helper which was nice too. I would definitely hire them in the future.

We got a good deal through Angie's list and scheduled the work. Air Quality people are very personable and easy to work with. When the technicians arrived we discovered that part of the service that we wanted could not be provided as a result of my misunderstanding of their offer. Offered to refund my money, but I opted for them to do a reduced version of their full service. They subsequently refunded half the price.

Tony and Scott arrived on time and worked efficiently and professionally until the project was complete. Did not let any fingerprints on ceiling when cleaning vents. Even changed the air return filters for me and caulked around the air return vent frames to stop intake of unfiltered air into the air handler systems. Price was as quoted over the phone and Angie's List discount applied. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely refer to others and will use again when needed.

It went wonderfully! The gentlemen that showed up were fantastic. They did a very thorough job and were extremely patient and nice (especially with two little kiddos running around). I would absolutely use them again!

The team that came out was courteous, respectful, neat, and really helpful. They did quality, efficient work and took the time to educate me about the vents and everything that was going on. They did a fantastic job cleaning...everything is squeaky clean and I know the put a lot of hard work and care into it. They were very thorough and thoughtful. I highly recommend them!

Easy to set up the appointment through the Angieslist Deal system - they called ahead of time that they were running behind due to nasty traffic on I-40, which was appreciated. Per my wife, they took a look at our system and mentioned it probably had never been cleaned (built in 1998) - definitely a candidate for cleaning (especially since last owners had a dog). From the pictures I saw, they pulled out a ton of stuff, especially from the dryer vent! I was shocked - looked like a fire waiting to happen with all the stuff in there, so I'm glad to have it taken care of. They mentioned we would be good candidates for usage of Benefect to kill any mold/bacteria within - given the unknown state/dirtiness of the system, we opted to go for it ($100) - includes 2 years of reapplication. My wife seemed pleased with the work/employees - noted that house smelled noticeably better. I, for one, am glad that I don't have to worry about the dryer vent going up like a Christmas tree. Will add a picture if I can to illustrate what they pulled out.

From my first interaction and correspondence with Debbie via Angie's List, I knew that I was going to like Air Quality Concepts. Debbie was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive when coordinating my services. Charles and his team were scheduled to arrive between 9:30 and 10. They pulled up promptly at 9:30 ready to go. The house was a mess in my opinion, but they were still very courteous and respectful and took their shoes off before entering the house. The moment they left we could definitely notice the difference in the smell of the air flow. My father had smoked for 15 years in that house. After the duct cleaning, it smells like a brand new home! I would highly recommend Air Quality Concepts to anyone and will be utilizing them in the future, if needed.

When they made it (after being INCREDIBLY accomodating to my schedule) they introduced themselves and went straight to work. They were polite cordial professional and made sure I got the most out of my money and gave me specific guidance for future (my system was far beyond repair). They let me watch everything they did, explained what was happening and even fixed a vent problem. Great service and I'd reccomend them everytime!

Charles and his team (sorry! horrible with names and completely forgot the other guy's name) showed up on time and were extremely polite and professional. After showing them where the access panels were located and what I needed done, they immediately got to work. They did an awesome job and didn't leave any mess behind! I definitely recommend their service and will be calling them again next year.

We have two units and both were cleaned. They cleaned 22 vents in our home, cleaned the vent covers, and vacuumed dusty surfaces. He also cleaned my dryer vent and two other exhaust vents. Two gentlemen arrived, reviewed all areas and went straight to work. I appreciated their friendliness and good work. They informed me I have dampness in my dryer vent, and now I'll get help from the builder with that. I have asthma and can breathe so much better now. I will be calling this company next year.

Air Quality Concepts did a very thorough job on two HVAC systems that hadn't been cleaned for many years by previous homeowner. The ducts were videotaped before and after cleaning and the difference was amazing. The equipment used to clean is large and cumbersome and I had concerns about staircase/wall damage since one duct was in the attic and my hallways are on the narrow side. I am happy to say the machinery was expertly handled and no damage was incurred. The staff is professional, courteous and extremely neat - nothing to clean up after their departure. I was very satisfied with this company and would used them again.

Perfect! They came on time, were professional, cordial, neat, and happy to answer all questions. It took just about the amount of time they estimated. I selected this company because this is what they do - only duct cleaning. I figured if the hospitals in the Research Triangle area of Raleigh use them they must be good ...and they were. I would highly recommend them! There is so much less dust in the house - it is fantastic!

I purchased their special discount coupon on this site, but when they showed up the first time the duct work in my house was inaccessible. So we rescheduled to have it done on a day when they could have the smaller worker access the vents. They showed up promptly and got started right away. I think the whole process took about 2 hours. i was pleased with the work and the owner was both courteous and flexible with the rescheduling. I would recommend them, as I feel they did a great job at a reasonable price.
