We called Air quality on Friday and they were very helpful on the phone and provided some great options and advice. Charles and one of the other technicians came Monday and completed the work. They were professional, informative, and provided excellent service.

Very professional, timely, and polite. The owner was also incredibly honest. He told me I didn't need my ducts cleaned, which of course cost him money because I was prepared to pay for the cleaning. He thoroughly inspected all of the ducts. I would highly recommend this company...ethics and integrity are hard to find in businesses these days.

Went fine and scheduling was easy. However, we were asked if we wanted a second unit in our home done and we weren't sure. They told us they would come assess it and then we could decide. When they got here, we requested that it be done but they told us they didn't have time to do it. So, that was a little frustrating but they were pleasant and seemed to do a nice job.

Charles and his men were promptly on time for a 10:00 am appointment. Charles went under the house and cleaned the coils and fans. The dryer vent had twenty years or build up in the vent. Vent to be taken apart and filled a half a bag of lint. Great they cleaned out a potential Fire Hazard. Proceeded to clean 14 vents inside all the way down the duct. we opted for a sanitary mist to be applied to air system for one hundred dollars to keep it clean. being we have two English Setters we thought this to be a good investment. will have Charles back again.

Went great! Amazing customer service. They were great with my dog and all the questions from my talkative kids lol. Did exactly what I needed from them and more. Definitely will use them again.
