Wash windows and clean gutters.

I let a message for WW after finding them on Angie's List. They returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They arrived timely and went right to work. After cleaning the gutters, they did a thorough cleanup. In addition, they gave me a reasonable estimate for pressure washing my porch and front steps and completed that right away. Both men were very professional and pleasant. I plan to use Window Wizard again for these services in the future.

Staff were highly professional, friendly, smart, and very cooperative. We were very pleased with their services.

Overall, the job went very well.

Contacted this company via Angie's list email almost 1 month ago to request fairly urgent need for some cleaning of high-up interior windows. No response of any kind whatsoever.

I called Window Wizard to perform my annual window cleaning. Adam called me back almost immediately and was able to swing by my house the same day to give me an estimate. He was able to schedule me right away. Window Wizard was prompt, thorough, and conscientious. I will definitely use them again.

Called and spoke to Adam on Monday and asked him for an estimate. He was here the same afternoon, gave us an estimate and scheduled the work to be completed the following day. Adam arrived promptly on time and cleaned all 20 windows inside and out. We have a sunroom with 7 double hung windows and a sliding glass door. He was neat, very detailed, and even cleaned and treated our screens with a protective solution that is supposed to repel insects. Now we have streak free windows and what a difference it made in letting more light in. They had not been cleaned on the outside in about a year. Adam was very professional, prompt, and never took a break from start to finish. He was here for about three to four hours. We were very pleased with his work and will hire his company again in the spring.

He did the work in record time and cleaned up after himself. We didn't even didn't know he'd been here because it was all cleaned up.

Called back quickly with an estimate and to schedule a time to clean the gutters and wash the outside windows. Arrived right on time and did a terrific job! We'll happily use Window Wizard again.

Adam and his crew were punctual, affordable, and did a much better job than companies that I have used in the past. Will be calling them again after the pollen is gone

UPDATE (05/09/2010) Originally I had decided not to use Adam, because his estimate was on the high end of the scale ($100)... But he was quick to respond, polite, and accessible. Plus, his estimate was very thorough and he came highly recommended. I ended up canceling the other contractor and asking Adam to do the work after all. He had no problem finding time to fit our house into his schedule- and they did a great job. Sometimes you have to pay a little more for quality service.

I have a large house on a steep slope with many cathedral windows. The company had their own very tall ladder and cleaned my windows inside and out. It took about 1/2 day to do the job. Many windows were very difficult to reach. They came within a week of my call and did an excellent job.
