I called for an estimate and they returned my call within a day. We arranged for him to come out and see the house from the outside when I was at work. I described what things needed work inside, like the carpet cleaning and he said fine. He came out a few days later and left a piece of paper in our back door with the estimates. It listed an estimate for each service separately then gave a discounted total estimate for doing all of the services. I called and left a voice message sealing the deal for $1000. He called back and we arranged for them to come on two different days a couple of weeks out. I left a message on Saturday for him with some questions. He called back on Sunday night at 9:30 and left the answers. They came out the next day on Monday and actually did all of the services in one day. And we could not be happier with the results. They were very professional, very courteous, totally upfront and explained everything clearly. These guys are good! I was working in my office at home and they ended up doing things that we hadn't even thought they were going to do, like cleaning the ceiling and walls of our screened in porch. I will definitely call them the next time we need any sort of cleaning. You should too!

Perfect! Adam and crew arrived promptly when expected. They have their system and it works. One cleans outside/power washes while the others begin to clean windows inside. Once complete, they are all working outside. Window Wizard removed all furniture and plants from the front porch and back deck. I didn't have to do it and was told 'they'd take care of everything and just sick back and enjoy getting my windows and house cleaned'. They even went the extra step to quickly put back a plant on the front porch that had a bird's nest in it! As far as price, I have a 3 story house with much to clean. Believe the price was fair for the amount of work they had to do. They were very professional and clean in appearance. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely have them back again.

We were very pleased with the services provided. The men that came to the house were delightful. So nice and very hard workers. One of them had the pleasure of my 6 year old daughter's company whenever she could grab his ear and he visited with her happily while cleaning windows. They did a great job. The house looked amazing. They were very thorough in cleaning the windows and screens. We were completely satisfied.

It was good, the only difficulty was, it was hard to pay them. Almost a month after their service I was still emailing with them about were I should send the payment and things like that. I recommend them, I'm thinking I'm gonna use them again.

The screens were treated so they would not easily catch dust. In addition he did all the numerous skylights in the house both inside and out. This required a very tall ladder inside the house and he expertly manuevered it so as to not make a single mark anywhere. His process outside the house is high tech using "purified water" that magically sheets off the windows without leaving a single drop of water on them. Our windows had not been cleaned professionally in many years....and we saw a major benefit when Adam was done in terms of more light in the house. We would highly recommend Window Wizards!!

Adam and his assistant were prompt and polite. They did the agreed upon work very professionally and even stayed a few extra minutes to look at another job and determine if they could complete it for me. They did forget to put a couple of the screens back on but they happily did so after I noticed they forgot. This is the third time I've used this company and will continue to use them for my window cleaning and power washing service needs.

It went very very well. The carpets needed a full cleaning and Adam and his crew moved the furniture as needed very carefully and with no damage at all. Cleaning was thorough and very well done. One dirty area could not be cleaned and Adam came back a week or so later to try a special product on this stain. Didn't really work but great try and follow up. Gutter cleaning was impeccable. Highest marks, charming folks and highly profesisonal.

This service was awesome. It is a small family business, friendly, professional, prompt. A crew of four arrived right on time and spent most of the day power washing the house and washing a LOT of windows. Window washing involved taking off all the storms, cleaning them and the screens, washing the regular windows inside and out. They were very friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. It looks like a new house. They missed on window on the porch, and the owner, Adam, made a special trip back to clean it.

Matt showed up on time and was very professional. He cleared out the gutters and cleaned the roof and skylights. He used a leaf blower to clean up after the work, leaving us with a cleared deck, patio, and front walk. Although Window Wizard was a little more pricey than other gutter cleaners we've used, we appreciated the results and plan to have them do more work for us in the future.

They were very responsive and courteous, and left no mess whatsoever. Just a great overall experience.

I found Window Wizard through Angie's List, and they lived up to their excellent reputation. I had a tight time frame for getting all the widows cleaned in my two story townhouse, and they managed to work me in to their schedule. Because of my time pressure, carpet cleaning was already scheduled for the day before the WW crew could come to do the windows. I was a little concerned about how that would work, but the window crew was very careful to protect the carpeting. Except for the sparkling windows and clean screens, you would never have known they had been inside. Adam Brinson is very pleasant to deal with and very professional and his crew did an excellent job. I plan to use his company for power washing and carpet cleaning, as well as window cleaning in the future. They are super.

Adam was on time, courteous, friendly and professional. He cleaned the windows that divide the church sanctuary from the hall, which probably hadn't been cleaned for many years, owing to their height off the ground (up to 24 ft in places). He cleaned them as best he could but noted that they were sealed double glazed units that had clouded somewhat inside. Nonetheless, the windows were appreciably cleaner than before. He also touched up paintwork nearby at the same time. He offered to do this, and we got the paint. Overall, I was impressed by his attitude and the quality of his work, and I would recommend him, and hire Window Wizards in the future.

Window Wizard (Adam) was fantastic. Very professional (and polite and friendly!). Did an excellent job on the windows and I felt the price was very good. We moved into a 2 year old house that had not installed screens and Window Wizard happily put them up for us. Highly recommend.

Adam arrived on time and began working immediately. Cleaned all 20 windows inside and out on our home as well as the window sills and screens. Adam is really personable, friendly and pays attention to details. I have used Window Wizards before and will continue to use them. When Adam left our home we now have a much brighter outlook on the outside world. Love Window Wizards and the price is so reasonable.

The contractor showed up on time and got right to work cleaning the gutters. He listened carefully when I pointed out a few locations where I was having trouble with the gutters overflowing and washing out the garden below. He told me after he was finished, what he found and cleaned it up. He moved on to power wash the deck and made sure to move all the ceramic pots and planters. When he was done there he emptied the screened porch of furniture and powered washed it from ceiling to floor. He even washed my furniture covers and hung them over the deck rail to dry after putting all the furniture back in place. Lastly he power washed my front porch floor to ceiling, also, and the handrails and steps leading up to it. He was very professional and listened to my requests and concerns. I would absolutely recommend this business.

Gave me an estimate and I was very happy with the estimate so I told him on the spot that I wanted to proceed. - The work was scheduled for the next week but that happened to coincide with the pine pollen season so I asked him to hold off on the window washing. He still came out and did my gutters (which were in desperate need). I was very happy with the gutter work. - He called me back and we rescheduled the window washing for this past week. I was very happy with the work.

The did an excellent job. The windows are so clean and they were very pleasant to work with.

They responded right away, charged a reasonable rate, and cleaned the gutters in less than an hour which was great. I will definitely use them again next year.
