Description of Work: We scheduled a dryer duct cleaning which was performed even to the point of going on our roof to clean the vent that was clogged. We discussed our heating vents, we questioned Mark about this he did not try to push this service on us. He performed a free video inspection of the vents and we contracted to have them cleaned as well at a later date. This too was performed well, very quick and efficient, clean with no mess. He even sealed some of our vents that had not been properly done by our builder.

 + -1 moreHaving just recently moved into our house, we were concerned about possible lint buildup in the dryer vents. We checked on Angie;s List and saw tthat he Breathe Cleaner Aire company was located close to us and decided to give them a call regarding a possible estimate for the vent cleaning job. It just so happened that Mark and his son were in the area and said they could come out today and do the job. When they arrived, they were extremely courteous and professional, and explained what needed to be done. Since our hoses ran to the roof, they went into the attic and checked the hoses, and checked the roof vent for clogging. It turned out that all of the hoses needed to be replaced, from plastic to metal hoses. They also took a look at our heating and air conditioning unit and did a video inspection of our ceiling vents, and informed us of what type of cleaning and servicing they would need in the future. We are extremely pleased with the work they did, and will not hesitate to call them in the future. We will also recommend them to anyone needing this service.
Description of Work: Cleaned dryer ducts, installed new connector hoses to dryer, into attic and to roof. Did video inspection of house vents and gave us detailed explanation of a future job we inquired about and provided us an estimate for it.

 + 0 moreI was introduced to this company at the Home and Garden Show in New Bern. The two of them are very personable and professional. They take pride in their work, clean up after themselves and pay attention to detail. They even arrived 15 minutes early.
Description of Work: Mark and his son (Ryan) cleaned my ceiling vents, the return, the dryer vent under the house and the vent trap inside the dryer. They also replaced the deteriorated vent cover on the exterior of my home.
