Description of Work: removed the broken garbage disposer and replaced it with a new one that he picked up for me. he was punctual as usual and got the job done in a timely fashion. I have used him for several plumbing jobs and will use him in the future. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Water heater rusted out the bottom and had caused flooding through the wall into my living room. i called Bennett at about 10 am that day and he asked what kind of water heater and size as well as what I was looking for. I gave him the information and explained I was looking for high efficient models. He arrived at my home at approx. 1 P.M. that afternoon with the make and model I had requested. By 3 P.M. the old water heater was removed, water mopped up and new unit up and running. He took the old heater with him for disposal as well. Would definitely call him again.

He came over that day, inspected both units and then showed me what he found and offered suggestions as to what I could do. Replacement was just one of the many options. I decided to replace the water heaterand he ordered it that day. He got it the next day and as he was replacing it, decided that after talking to me, he should replace the piping, add a shut off valve and install a drippan.He was excellant, told me exactly what he was doing and why. He finished the job that day and his Quote was horored even with the added stuff.
Description of Work: Inspected water heater, replaced, replumpedand placed new pan.

Description of Work: Kenny Inspected the water heater and heating/air handler unit. He explained to me, the water heater was almost shot and what I could do about it. After deciding to replace the water heater, he ordered it that day. he picked it up the next day and installed it. He also re-piped, replaced the pipes, added a shut off valve and added a drip pan. he did the added stuff on the original quote, adding nothing more to the cost for the added work.
