Mike’s Drywall & Acoustical Ceilings

I was extremely pleased with Mike's knowledge, work ethic and attention to detail in repairing several places where I had damaged drywall. He is professional, had practical cost effective suggestions and cleaned up when he was finished. I will definitely use him again and recommend him for drywall repair work.

Mike helped us transform some regular 90 degree-angled doorways to have curved/arched corners. We started the install ourselves, but when it came to the drywall, mudding and bead we didn't like what we were doing. Mike fixed our amateur work where possible and reworked it in other spots. The transition from metal corner bead to the flexible plastic corner bead looks great too. We wanted to do the painting ourselves, so Mike let us know the potential issues we could find there with color matching and sheens. He was right. It took us a couple tries. If you don't want to deal with the frustration of getting the paint right, I'm sure Mike can take care of the painting for you. You can tell by the way Mike works that he's been doing this for a long time. I'd recommend him to anyone.

DO NOT HESITATE in the slightest to hire Mike. He's there when he says he will be. And he stays until the job is done but always asks prior to that, to make sure that it's okay. The quality of his work is above any out there. He even knows the little things that makes the finished work look amazing. He painted a newly remodeled room in our house that only had the new drywall and mudding completed. He is friendly and down to earth and really knows what he's doing and goes the extra mile to make the finished product perfection. You will NOT be displeased with his work and you will want him to do more in your home when he finishes!!!

Mike did exactly what he said he would do. He came to the house to look at the project. Called me back with a quote. He came when he said he would, did the work on time and cleaned up after himself. Very professional job.

I recently hired Mike to repair our garage ceiling that had a huge crack in it. He came out the day I called him and gave us a reasonable quote, then came back the next afternoon to start working on it. We had quite a bit of damage and it took him about three days to finish as he worked by himself. He did a fantastic job with the repairs and I'd highly recommend his services.

I could not be happier with the work that Mike did. He is truly a master of his craft. We had some impossibly tight corners and some problems from a previous drywaller and Mike made it all look perfect. Excellent work and prompt service. He even gave us a very reasonable price and after he was finished I felt like he had undercharged us. My kids loved him as well. He took care to keep the rest of our house looking clean. Highly recommend.

Mike was very accommodating and did great work. Went over and above what was asked. He removed and installed new drywall in almost my entire 1000 sf home renovation. Glad to find someone I would actually call again.

Mike was great to work with..we had a minor repair in our sunroom that included a corner and the joint where the wall meets the ceiling. He responded very quickly and gave a fair price. Once he started the work, was prompt, very professional, efficient, and left the room as clean as when he started. The quality of the finished work is excellent and we are ready to paint. If we have any other drywall work, big or small, Mike will be our first call.

Mike just finished the first phase of our basement. About 40 sheets worth. I hung most of the drywall myself but needed a pro for the finishing. Mike was fantastic to work with. I called three contractors, he was the quickest to respond, came out to estimate right away and his schedule allowed him to start the next day. Bottom line - He did a great job finishing our drywall. Many complicated angles in tight locations as I had boxed in around quite a bit of ductwork. He handled it like a pro. Did all the work himself (no sub outs) and was there nearly everyday. He sanded it last night and did a great job cleaning up. I am 100% ready for paint as soon as I finish my trim. I would recommend Mike to anyone who appreciates great drywall finishing. I will definitely be calling him again in a few years when we are ready to finish the other half of our basement. Very reasonable too by the way.

Mike was excellent-- we hired him to repair and patch our entire upstairs drywall and wall in a doorway. He was timely, professional, reasonably priced and we are extremely pleased with the results. We plan on hiring him for the second phase of our reno as soon as we have it planned.
