It was a constant issue for them to turn my alarm back on after service. Several times after they would leave, my alarm would not be set. Ultimately I ended up canceling my service due in part to that situation. The cleaning itself was decent but the fact they did not set my alarm back, that was pretty bad. From a cleaning perspective I was happy with it, the alarm was my issue and I could not understand why they could not set it back.

It's been fine. I have been very pleased with them.

It went well. they come out every two weeks, they have done so for about two years. Their always on time and if for any reason they have to reschedule I get plenty of notice about it and rare that's ever happen, their always on time they do great job we're very happy with their work.

Every month Cleaning Authority cleans our home and leaves it spotless. They are licensed and have a key on file, so we do not have to be home for the cleaning appointments which helps with our work schedules. We have used them for approx. 2 years.

I used The Cleaning Authority for housecleaning services for almost 1 year. While the cleaning itself was generally good, I had to stop the service for several reasons. First, it is nearly impossible to speak to a manager. All calls are answered by a service and you occasionally get a response from the woman who supervises the cleaners, who apparently does not have any managerial authority. When the cleaners did some damage to a wall (a vacuum cleaner fell and took a chunk of drywall out), they immediately apologized and said I would get a call from the supervisor, who never called. When I called her, she said I needed to speak with a manager. It took the manager nearly 2 weeks to call me back (with excuses about "corporate" being in town) - and she offered to come over and just "touch up" my wall herself, until she admitted that she did not know how to repair drywall. She finally agreed to reimburse us if we got it fixed ourselves, so long as we got her approval on any estimate. It wasn't worth pursuing. On the last visit, the cleaners showed up an hour earlier than the allotted time window. I work from home and always arrange to be out of the house when they are here, so I am not in their way. This time, they arrived as I had just stepped out of the shower and answered the door dripping wet. Neither of the cleaners spoke enough English to understand what the problem was, so I had to quickly get dressed and leave the house so they could work. The worst offense was that on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS, the cleaners failed to deadbolt the front door, even though they have a key. They left my house unlocked with no one home! Each time, I called and received the supervisor's reassurance that it wouldn't happen again. After the last visit, I called again to complain and did not receive a call back from the manager until I called back a second time, a week later, and said I was cancelling the service. The manager quickly returned my call (she again made an excuse about not calling me back due to being overworked) and apologized vaguely for the early arrival and unlocked door. I told her that I was simply done and would no longer hire them. She offered no remuneration or solutions, so we will never use them again.

They were professional and thorough. I will be using them once a month. I'm hoping that after the initial clean #2, that they will still be as thorough in the bathrooms and kitchen, as that I my main area of focus for them.

Cleaning was average. They were typically late (50%), start at the time I had requested them to be finished. For the rotating deep clean, I could not tell a difference in what they did each week. Overall average experience

I received a gift card from The Cleaning Authority for Christmas since I am a new mom and don?t have time to keep up with cleaning. I called and scheduled a consultation and was excited to start monthly services. The day of the consultation I received call from the manager saying she was at my home but I didn?t see her. In fact, she was at the wrong home down the street. I should have known at this point that things were not going to go well. The price I was quoted during the consultation was significantly higher than what my husband was quoted when he called to inquire about a gift certificate, but I agreed and scheduled services since I already had the gift certificate. I scheduled a time that worked around my baby?s nap schedule and my work schedule. During the consultation I was told someone would be at my home at 1:30pm, and per the manager?s advice, I called to confirm the time before my first cleaning. When I called, I was told the day before that someone would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00pm. This all sounded good. Later that day the cleaning crew also called me to confirm my address and my appointment between 12:00 and 2:00 the next day. So now this time has been scheduled and confirmed twice! The day of, I waited until 2:30 and no one had arrived so I called. The operator apologized and said she didn?t know what happened but that someone could come the next day. If you have a baby or small child, you understand that throwing something like this into your schedule can really mess things up! Why did nobody show up? Why was I not called? After this first impression there was no way I was going to rely on this company to clean my home on a regular basis. If this is how you handle services when you?re trying to get my business, I would hate to see how unreliable and disorganized you are for existing clients. Save yourself a lot of grief and find someone else to clean your home.

They are good on price. We are continuing to use them.

After a poor experience with a competitor, we gave CA a try and absolutely love them. They have been very thorough and consistent. On one occasion I came home early and was shocked at how hard they were working to clean what we believe to be an easy house to manage. The girls did not speak fluent English but that was nothing that Google Translate could not handle. They have come 4 times to date and we could not be happier. We had a slight issue with them showing up unexpectedly but that has been sorted out and all is well.

The Cleaning Authority have been wonderful. They are on-time, fast, and do an amazing job every time. It is easy to get in contact with them if needed and they are happy to work with you on any circumstances that you may have.

Their crew came on time and did a very professional job. I did not have to monitor them and they did a thorough job of dusting ,vacuuming , moping .They even did a good job of dusting the wall hangings,fans ,shades.... I would definately recommend them and call them again.

Very good work! i could tell a huge difference when i waked in the door. everything just shined. and my house is not dirty ;-) just the attention to those little things that makes the difference.

The service went wonderfully. They are efficient, on time, and do a good job.

They seem to do alright. They do little things that irritate me, but I think they are just following policy like they unplug everything. So, I had to figure out what they had unplugged and what they have not unplugged. Then, the shower has glass doors on it and sometimes when they clean them, they put them on backwards so I have to turn them around again. They clean the house well, but they do this little detail things like that that makes me nuts. I like that they are prompt. They are always here. When you come in, the place is clean and so they have done what they are supposed to do. They vacuum, wipe things down, and dust. They have certainly saved us an immense amount of time and effort, and they do a good job with the basic cleaning stuff. Talking to my friends, their prices seem to be reasonable.

They have good communication and they are thorough.

They had done a good job. They do a thorough job. The quality of their work has been excellent. They always come when they say they are coming. I am usually at work so I am assuming they show up when they say they are going to show up.

It was very good. I use them regularly. They are prompt, they are very responsible about coming and they are careful. They are not always as thorough as I would like them to be but I generally get the same two people who come out to clean so I can remind them that they missed something and they always ask for for feedback but mostly I like them. They do miss some areas which I think are pretty basic like dusting picture frames which they seem to miss regularly but I think that might just be that particular person and not the reflection of the whole company.

They're good. They do a good job. Pricing is good. Quality is good, they do good work. They're punctual. I'm retired so I'm here all the time and when they get here, that's when they get here. I don't hold them to a certain time.

They were doing it pretty well. It was very good price and no complaints. We will continue using them. They are prompt. When you tell them the time and date they will be right there on time. My wife expects a certain level of cleanliness and they meet her standards.

They've done a very nice job. They do not do windows, they do not do dishes, they do not do laundry but they do a good job of just general cleaning. They do about 2500 square feet. The main likes is that they're very reliable, that they come and they do a good job. I wish that they did laundry and I wish that they did dishes but that's the way it is. Other than that, they just do a good job.

It has been fine. They typically have been very reliable. They do a good job cleaning.
