Their service is good. We have not seen any bug in the home. I do see dead bugs outside on the porch, so I know whatever they are doing is working. It is not harmful to our pets. We are happy with the service.

They do a great job! They call ahead of time to let you know they are coming in case you need the inside of the home sprayed. They usually do the outside, but occasionally they spray the inside of the home. They pretty much come and go. I have not had many dealings with them. We have not had any major problems. If we have ants, they will come out that day to spray. They are very prompt. They have also come out to remove a bird's nest. I like that they offer both pest control and animal removal. We are happy with the service.

This company sent representatives door-to-door in neighborhood with no solicitation policy AND continued to do so after being informed of policy. Lost any chance of me ever using this company

Salesperson by the name of Tom Duncan came to our door. Very high-pressure sales. We were not told until numerous inquiries as to how many payments would actually be expected of us. After going back-and-forth with Tom over the payments, it was finally brought to light that an initial down payment of $59 was to be made, with four additional payments being $99 Starting the following month. After numerous messages left on Tom's voice mail, with no return calls, I stated to him on my last voice mail that if he did not return my call within the next five minutes, that I would be calling him every two minutes until he answered his phone. I also stated in my message to him that if he did not return my call I would be filing a negative complaint with the Better Business Bureau and posting a negative review on Angie's list. Lo and behold within two minutes Tom returned my call. He was stuttering and stammering all over himself stating that he could not see the urgency in returning my call to cancel our appointment. Furthermore, the customer service that I received from the girl who answers the phone at Insight is also somewhat rude and uncaring and unconcerned as to the urgency of canceling appointments and assured me she was doing her job, and passing these messages on to the appropriate people. Heed my warning in response to this company, do your do diligence check out the negative posts on the Better Business Bureau, about customer service and responsiveness in regards to canceling service appointments. This is a company with very shady business practices.

They are about average and not any different from other pest control companies. They spray around the home and if we request they will come inside. There isn't really anything different about them. It has been okay. We still have some spiders come out and I don't know if any other company would be better or worse. They are more expensive than some other people.

I originally had them come to my house in November to do their initial spray. I got a big discount because of a coupon on their website. They dusted (I think it's called) inside certain parts inside the house and then did the outside of the house. We have found several dead roaches in our garage and by our front door. But I haven't seen any in the house since then. They come out quarterly and did another outdoor spray. I didn't have to be home for them to come and they stuck the bill underneath my doormat. Both individuals have been very polite. The first worker explained everything he was doing. And the second guy knocked on the door to let us know he was here. I did have an issue with billing. I gave the first guy my credit card information and my friend's name for a referral. I got a phone call on the 1st of Dec (my first quarterly spraying) saying they didn't receive payment. So I had to pay it over the phone and then it was still on my bill after the first quarterly spray. But it's a great deal and great service.

They're very good. They are very professional, courteous, and thorough. I have been impressed with the technician that came out to help us. They also call a day ahead to let you know they are coming out.

I pay $90 per quarter for their services. If you notice something in between service, you can call them and they'll come back out for free. I have dealt with three people so far, and they have been really nice. They are always right on time every time.

They charge $75 per quarter. They're very prompt and courteous.

Their responsiveness stands out. If you call them because you have a problem between visits they respond immediately. The products they use are safe for children. They come out on a schedule. They always send us an email and call to say they are coming. They check to see if I have any special needs. I will use them again in the future.

They're really good people with very fair pricing. The initial cost is actually pretty low. The only problem I have is that they're located in Riley so sometimes it's difficult to get them to come down. Other than that, they're good.

They do a good job. We had another company doing our pest control and it was a quarterly service kind of thing, and we were having problems and we still had bugs. Insight came around our neighborhood saying that they were moving into the area and that they really wanted our business, and so we decided to give them a try. We cancelled the other one and we went with these guys and they have been very thorough and very professional. They let us know ahead of time whenever they come for the quarterly service and ask if we are concerned about anything. We have had a whole lot fewer problems with bugs since they have been doing it. They have always been friendly and very professional. I have got no problems with them and I would recommend them to other folks. We haven't had to ask them to come out for anything special, but if we do have a concern, they have been able to address it. I do not know about the pricing since my wife handles the billing. We are currently under contract with them.
