The only problem I had was with the scheduling. With all the rain we had I received several different start times and some of these calls left me thinking they were coming and they didn't. I know this type of service depends on the weather but better communication would help when you have to also schedule your time so you will be home. Over all they did a great job and I would hire them again.

The deck was about 3 years old and had never been cleaned. Needless to say there was a dire need for this service. From the free estimate to the stellar service I can not say enough good things about this company. One example is that during the estimate it was recommended that I wait a little till the pollen dies down to get the most for my money. That is a mark of integrity and hard to find. I am confident that anyone who decides to go with the Renew Crew will be happy they did.

Their focus is really good. It seems like they have a lot of good reviews. Their results are good.

Our deck is 22 years old, has been refinished at least four times, first with a gray semi transparent stain, then with a redwood brown. The brown was worn away and the old gray was showing through. Renew Crew cleaned it and removed all the old stain. Applied their own transparent stain and it looked almost as good as new except for some bad wood in a couple of places that really needs to be replaced. We were very pleased with the result, and would not hesitate to recommend Renew Crew to our friends. For reference purposes, our deck is approximately 12 x 15 feet of pressure treated lumber with a wooden rail on two sides. All was not perfect: There were some minor stain splatters on the siding, but a call to Renew Crew brought a service technician the next day who cleaned the siding. They are responsive to their clients.

The crew arrived on time, were flexible getting the project started and explained all aspects of the work. The estimate was exactly what was charged. We would consider using them in the future and were very happy with the work.

Chris and his team worked hard to meet my high expectations. Chris came out personally to do an estimate, walk me through the cleaning and staining process, and provide consultation on the best stain colors to complement my house colors. The two employees who cleaned prior to the staining came out late in the afternoon on my scheduled appointment day - a previous job had turned out to take longer than anticipated. Although obviously tired, they cheerfully went over a few areas a second time that I thought needed additional attention. When I wasn't 100% satisfied with the final results, I called Chris, who was courteous, attentive, and eager to make certain I was happy with the job. The team who came out to complete the staining phase did some spot cleaning prior to applying the color to make sure the surface was properly prepared. The colors turned out beautifully and dramatically improved the appearance of my home. After some touch-up painting of porch railings that lost patches of paint during the cleaning process (done at no charge and not included in the additional estimate), I was finally delighted with the results! Special kudos to Chris's receptionist and appointment coordinator, Aaliyah, who makes a wonderful first impression and provided stellar customer service at each point of the process.

When I purchased my home two years ago, everything inside was smartly renovated and in top shape. While the back porch was lovely, it was quite weathered and just didn?t have that cared for look. It was gray and faded, and with all the rains, mildew and discolorations. Plus, it was painted in parts which made it look a little patchwork. When Renew Crew said the wood would come back to its natural look, I just couldn't imagine it. But I was amazed. It looks terrific, and the protective coating they put on it should make the look last for many years to come. I heartily recommend Renew Crew, and I definitely would use them again. 5 STAR RATING!

It went very well. The owner, Chris M. is very professional, follows up well, and has assembled a very conscientious team that helps him. Chris was working with them on this project. too. The pricing was very reasonable.

This was a big job and took multiple days from start to finish including dealing with the rain, but the job got done. There was always communication from either Chris Miller or his assistant, Aaliyah. I always feel over communication is best when it comes to service providers and they certainly succeeded. The men that came to our house were very professional, well-mannered young men and very receptive to any comments or concerns I had during the project. Everything looks great, but where I get the most compliments is on the fence. A few people thought our fence was brand new and couldn't believe it was only power washed and stained to look that good. I will certainly hire them again when it is time for some maintenance.

We had a hard time scheduling because the weather didn't cooperate, but when we were finally able to do it, the end result was beyond my expectations. Everyone was so professional and courteous. They took their time to do a fabulous job! No mess was left and the deck and lattice work around our screened porch is beautiful! We will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them.

Restored and painted my screened porch. They needed to take the screens out and re-install them afterwards. Paint was done carefully with attention to detail. All things were handled professionally.

Chris came to do an estimate. Our deck had not been refinished in 3 years and the semi-transparent stain had worn unevenly. I wanted a stain without any red in it and he recommended their medium brown stain. He thought it would blend well with the existing stain. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. I liked the fact that the chemicals they use are environmentally friendly and the price seemed reasonable for the size of our deck, which is quite large and multi-level. The two man crew sent out was courteous and professional. Refinishing was delayed by weather, but the team returned as soon as the weather cleared. They also refinished finials I had forgotten about which were stored in the garage at no extra charge and left spare stain for any touch ups. I love the color and it blends very well with the previous stain resulting in a even appearance. Water is beading up beautifully and now our deck is protected. We are very happy with the work done and will definitely use this company again. My only little nit pick was overspray on some plants, but this time of year, it isn't a huge problem.

Boy was he dead on the money with that approach. Although some rain delayed start and finish, his first crew cleaned up the deck washing it without damaging my plant material and yard and his second crew stained it a few days later. It looks great, I had a neighbor comment that he was home while the crew did the work and he watched them do the job. He reported the team put down covers over any part of the yard and house that could get hit with the stain. He told me they were very careful and professional. It's nice to hear that unbiased feedback and with that and my experience I can recommend Wood Renew to everyone.

My deck was showing wear and tear on the earlier latex solid coloring. Dirt and mildew covered parts of the deck and siding above the deck. The Wood ReNew crew thoroughly cleaned the deck and siding, and applied a new coat of solid coloring to the deck. The results were more than satisfactory, and the deck looks great. The crew arrived promptly each day the work was conducted, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the work area before leaving. The price for the work was very fair; I would use Wood ReNew again.

All of the office and service personnel were very friendly and efficient. We were a little behind schedule, but that was due to rain and not anything the service provider did or did not do. The service was completed quickly and the stain applied evenly. We were a bit disappointed that the protruding deck nails were not pounded in, but it was a simple enough chore for my teens to do after school. When Wood ReNew called for our feedback and was told of this oversight, they wanted to immediately come out and fix it. When I informed him that my kids had already taken care of it, they insisted on discounting the price of the work. It was very clear that customer happiness is important to them and that they will do all they can to make everything all right. We will use them in the future when the deck and fences need protected again.

The deck looks amazing! I am very happy with the quality of the cleaning as well as Chris' personable manner & knowledge of his product. We chose not to have Wood Renew seal/protect the deck this time, and Chris was very flexible re: our wishes and offered helpful tips on the DIY sealing we were going to do. Both Shaun and M were friendly and did such an excellent job. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I think that they were thorough. We are happy with the results. It did take awhile but of course we had some rain in there too. It took longer than we thought but the weather wasn't always nice. I would have liked them to communicate better on when they would be out next to finish things up.

The job went great. Chris, the owner arrived promptly to assess the job and gave us a quote before leaving. I had an upcoming party planned and Chris considerately worked us into their busy schedule to make sure it would be complete for the event. We had a requested a special order stain color ( rather than the regular stain that they typically use) . When the workers began the job, we began to questions our choice. They stop the job immediately, and Chris came to help us process the options. I know that this took extra time, money and energy, but we were never made to feel like it was a problem or an inconvenience. Chris and his employees went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with the job. We love it and would definitely recommend their services.
