Very professional. Took the screens off, washed and scraped the windows and then replaced the screens. Used ladders to reach all areas up close instead of from the ground. House sparkled when finished.

I wasn't happy with the smell of bleach that was in the house from the washing. I didn't realize they would be using that much bleach in the solution.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning. They did good. They did everything they said. They actually called and asked if they can come earlier than what was originally schedule which was fine.

He couldn't get all windows done in one day so we scheduled him to come back and finish them at another time. He cleaned all windows and screens. Was very happy with the work he did.

We used Squeegee Pros in Fall 2012 to clean our gutters for the first time since we moved in 8 years ago. They did a great job with that and I kept their information handy for this spring with the intention of asking them to pressure wash the house. Again, first time the whole house was pressure washed since we moved in. I've done parts of it myself, but the house sits on a sloping lot so it's difficult to get the upper reaches. I got a call the day they were scheduled to come out and they were stuck at a previous job and apologized profusely that they were going to be a little late. That was no bother to me as they said they would still be out that day, but just not at the predetermined time. I figured with them running late they would probably be finishing up when I got home from work, but when I pulled in, they were done and on to whatever was next. The house looked sparkling clean, they did a great job. The billing and appointment set up was easy and the folks there are very polite and nice to talk to. We got the pressure washing at a discount, so I can't say if their prices are high or low compared to others, but for less than $200 to get the siding to look about as good as new, I'm quite happy.

The men worked so hard for hours doing an excellent job.

While the job got off to a rough start with a late arrival, the work was very well done once the crew member arrived. We appreciated him preparing us for what was going to occur, that we should make sure all windows were closed and that we might want to lay cloths and towels under our doors in case any water were to seep through.

I purchased a BigDeal for $99. I had them clean my windows and replace the screens. The deal did not cover the entire house, so I paid them to clean the remaining wiondows. They arrived on time, were very professional. I would use them again.

Angie!!! The reviews were pretty good for this company----but not this time!!! The technician arrived on time, very polite, started work immediately, and worked very hard for about 6 hours. Having said this, however, it went down hill from there. The window sills ( or bottom inside of frame, if you will ) were not done, and I could see where he wiped the windows dry around the edges. ( You have to keep the rag dry to be successful with this, but apparently this one was not ) He wasn't good at putting the window grids back in correctly and left one totally out. A couple of garage windows altogether missed. There were "zebra stripes" on the concrete walkways. I was told after calling the office that the supervisor would be by the next day. ( That was today, he didn't show, the tech was was sent back, who was here about 10 minutes to wipe out the bottom of a few window frames....what about the rest??? ) When I called again to tell them not to bother coming back for the driveway, the receptionist was very polite but didn't care. Honestly, I'm not that picky as a person, ( my husband is more detail oriented than I ) When he gets home tomorrow, he will not be happy. ( Also when he sees his hose not rolled back up, small detail, but it will not sit well with him ) The icing on the cake is the red clay dirt on the living room carpet. How did THAT happen?? I saw him put covers on his feet when he came inside, but I certainly did not babysit him. Maybe I should have. I could have gone over all this with the supervisor and showed him everything before the tech came back, but he did not come the next day, as promised, AND I WAITED for him. So.... when I called again and questioned why he did not come, and sent the tech back instead, she back-tracked said "Oh, he was going to come when they did the driveway." That's not what she told me when I called to report these problems after the work was done, she said THE NEXT DAY. If I told them there was a problem with the tech, why would they send him back???? I hate having to write a review like this, it is just not in my nature to do so even though it is deserved. They tried, they couldn't deliver, because they did not keep their word, the tech wasn't trained properly, and he did not pay enough attention to detail.

They did a great job with the house. They cleaned every part of it thoroughly and took great care with everything. The only problem was that they were running late because they had a big job right before my house, but it did not affect anything.
