These guys showed up on time after calling to make sure that the time still worked. Never had any issues reaching a person or getting very polite service. They completed the work as requested and cleaned up after. Great Job

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $99.00 to have windows cleaned. I paid an extra $25 to have gutter over garage cleaned. Young man was efficient and quick. Office was very good with setting appointment and follow up. I was very pleased with total experience.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay, they did a good job except that they used the bleach product and I didn't like that. The service was good but you need to check to see what products they are using.

He was on time very neat and respected my time as well.

Lead time on service originally was pretty far out but they worked with me and my schedule to move me up to earlier date from a cancellation. Finished job in 2 separate events, which was unexpected but I did not realize two separate crews did the pressure washing and window cleaning, but not a big deal. Overall, did very good job. the window sills could have been a little cleaner, however, I do not beleive they had been cleaned in 3 years so next cleaning will hopefully turn out better. Plus, I was not there to inspect immediately after completion or would have had them go back over a few places. Overall, very satisfied and will use them again. This is 2nd time I have used them.

Way too expensive for the level of service provided. I needed a new company to clean my windows, as the company I had used for years was no longer serving Charlotte - owner had moved away. I hired Squeegee Pros by way of an Angie's List special for house window cleaning. Having been an Angie's List member for several years and always having had a good experience, I was very disappointed in this A-rated company. I purchased a discount special from Angie's List which went find. Them, upon contact with Squeegee Pros, I was informed that they would not honor the discount because I had wrong type of windows. I asked if they would at least give me some discount, and was informed, no, I would have to pay full price, with only credit for the money I had already spent. That was very disappointing as most any provider I have used would be happy to provide an Angie's List discount. Since I had already spent a portion of the cost, and the company had an A rating, I decided I would give them a chance. The work was done a couple of weeks later as scheduled. The technician spent only two and a half hours at house, a great deal less than prior provider's had spent. The work was sub-par, with many streaks let on windows, bugs left on windowsills, etc. The provider stated that it was because my windows were old. I have had my windows cleaned several times before, and never had this problem, so I believe that was a poor excuse. The work was charged at $318, which based on time spent added up to more than $115.00 per hour! Past provider who did excellent work charged similar amount, but provided two technician's hand polishing windows for a total of 8-10 man hours, which is in keeping with a reasonable rate.

It went very well! The young man who washed my windows was right on time. He not only did an excellent job, but was also very professional & personable. He took great pride & care in his work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their windows washed well.

They did a good job. My only nitpick that it ended up costing more than I expected. I did plan to pay more for additional windows, but there were additional fees.

Excellent service, very prompt after I called and requested an appointment. Left no debris. I will definitely use Squegee Pros again.

There was some mold on the side of my house that is gone now, they were very professional, showed up on time and I would definitely recommend them.

Bought a big deal, knew it would only cover some of my windows. They came out for quote on additional windows, I felt it was a very good value, had them clean all windows, very happy with the experience

They were very, very good. He was very, very nice. He is great. He was here far longer than I expected. I had extra windows and he was willing to do those. Of course, I would pay him extra. That was not a problem for me. He was lovely, he was very courteous and he did a fabulous job. I went above and beyond the big deal because I had extra windows. He was very reasonable for a lot of extras. I was willing to pay more for the extras that he did. It wasn't much at all. The quality was excellent.

Was pleased with the service but there was some confusion that could have been avoided. When the agent called me to schedule the appointment she asked me approximately how many windows there were in the house. She said it was just to give them an idea and they would count the windows and confirm when the work was done. I "estimated" 32 windows (I was not at home when they called). When the work was done, my wife paid them and the receipt was for 32 windows. When I actually counted the windows there were 27 windows. The man doing the work assumed the number on the order was correct and he didn't confirm the count. He also forgot/missed cleaning 2 of the windows. He came back and cleaned the windows and adjusted the payment, but this confusion could have been avoided by better communication within the company.

They were on-time and I was happy with the work.

It was ok. They said they could not get the screens out in the lower part of the window, so they could not access the bottom of some of the windows. Otherwise, they did a good job.

It went okay. The ad said "will wash all windows and screens". When the gentleman arrived and found that my screens were not in my windows, and I asked that he clean them and put them back in my windows, he said he could not do that but I didn't get a price break either.

It didn't turn out pretty good and I actually put in a complaint. They were supposed to do like 10 windows or something for a certain amount of money, but when they got here they took out all of the windows and were ready to start the job when they came to me and said that I had older type windows with screens that they had to take out, so it was going to cost a lot more money. They told me that they could only do two windows for the amount of money that was given in the deal and it was in small writing in their ad. I told them that I thought it was a bait and switch. They apologized and did the two windows that they said they were going to do. They did a good job on them and put the other windows back in, but I just felt like it was a come on to get them out here. I have no complaints about the windows that they did. It was a discounted price and if they had stuck to that it would've been good, but they didn't.

I ended up spending more than what I paid for the big deal for Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning. It was $145 extra.

They did a great job. They were excellent.

I don’t remember. But if we purchased it we must have used it and they did a good job or I would have complained. I don’t recall if we ended up paying any extra on it.

I was planning on spending $240 but I only spent $120. I have tinted windows and you can not use ammonia on that and they didn't have any window cleaner that did not have ammonia in it so they did the outside only. It was only one guy, which I thought was unusual, usually you have a team of guys, but I ended up not needing 2 guys since they didn't do the inside. They didn't know if the window cleaner has ammonia in it or not so they called the office and the office wasn't sure, so it is kind of not good if they don't know what they are cleaning the windows with. I think that they did a good job but they should know what kind of cleaner they are using. The fellow that came out was nice and respectful. He was just caught in the middle because he didn't know what they had sent him out with. He was good at his job, and he was good at cleaning up after himself, not leaving anything behind. I didn't see any streaks on the windows.

This was an AL deal. Everything was cleaned very nicely.

Went great. Prompt, thorough and nicely priced.
