It was alright. They weren't great. They didn't do a great job. It was a promotional offer. When they got here, I ended up paying a lot more. I would not use them again. I thought their price was really expensive.

It was a very thorough cleaning and explanation given for stuck windows. Glad we spent the money. We listed the house for sale right after that and felt confident with the cleaning.

clean window inside first and outside all the way, and we have storm windows out side of original window. he take out storm window and clean and put it back after out side original window clean. work done professional and in time. very good job !!!

Xavier did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, wore booties in my house, and was very professional throughout his visit. When Xavier first arrived, I questioned if he was going to do the entire job by himself. He assured me he was, he estimated it to be about a 5 hour job. He finished the job in 4 hours and 45 mins. The windows have never looked better, he also did the sills, tracks and screens. You can't even tell the screens are in the windows, they are so clean. The power washing looks awesome. Our brick patio did have some mold in the grout joints, those are now gone. Everything looks brand new. I will definitely be using SqueegeePros again, and asking for Xavier to do the job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were pretty good. It was more money to do more screens and more windows. I paid additional monies. They didn't do that great of a job cleaning the window sills so I made them go back over them. They weren't great and I don't know if I would use them again. Their price was kind of expensive for the service I got. They were okay. The guy was good and nice.

I thought they did a very good job. My interaction with the staff was very good and I had no issues.

Xavier arrived as scheduled and began work cleaning all of my windows both inside and outside. He was extremely efficient and spent the necessary time to clean the windows so that they look better than the day they were installed. He was very courteous. Used booties over his shoes. Worked to get out tough spots. What a treat to have such clean and beautiful windows. I simply could not be more pleased!

Provider was friendly and professional. I did call the following day and told company they did an excellent job, however, asked them to inform the individual who did my windows that he needs to shut all gates that he may open at any residence. Both my gates were left open and while I checked the main gate and shut it, I did not check another gate which is never used (no windows on that side of house either). My dog got out and it took me 1/2 hour to get her back into the yard.

They were great. Windows never looked better. I sm going To hire them again!

The job went well as best I could tell. The only glitch was with the front door/porch. There was (a) a fair amount of residue from the washing on the front porch, (b) the door mat was rather wet and (b) they must have forgotten to tape the deadbolt over to keep the water out. The front porch had plenty of debris from the washing, the door mat was discolored, but only due to it being wet--not due to bleaching, and the deadbolt was ruined as the key would no longer unlock it easily and therefore needed to be replaced. The timing was too coincidental such that I highly suspect water was shot into the deadbolt causing the pin springs not to recede when the key is inserted. Fortunately, it was under warranty (go Schlage) so they are replacing it. The windows look to be well cleaned. I'm willing to overlook the front porch oversight and recommend them. They were quite punctual, professional and did not kill my grass where other vendors would park their hot water pressure washer due to not having a long enough hose. Also, the scheduler was quite courteous during work scheduling.

An excellent company to deal with. We were very happy with the results of their work. They are very quick and thorough in addressing any concerns or questions.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They weren't able to do what I thought that they were going to be able to do so I was a little disappointed in that. There were no extra charges. I've used them before for gutter cleaning and I liked them and that is kind of why I purchased the Big Deal again because I was looking to see if I could repair that gutter and that part of the deal was to be able to repair minor problems. They felt that the gutter was too foregone. Actually my tree hit the gutter and so I ended up replacing that piece of gutter in the end. I was a little disappointed that they weren't able to do it but I understood why they couldn't. This was $175 for gutter cleaning and repairs. That's why I was a little disappointed because they weren't able to do any repairs but I paid $175 just to have them the cleaners because that was the only thing that they did.

They did a great job. The guy was very professional. He spent about 8 hours doing the house. I'm really pleased with him. I will use him again if I need to. He was very personable and very willing to please. There was a spot that he missed and he got right to it. He did a thorough job. For the work that they did, it was worth the money. We had no issues with those guys. We would absolutely use them in the future.

Billy and Mike came ands explained what they would do and got right to it. There was minimal disruption of my morning as I work from home and before I knew it they were done and all the windows sparkled. I was very pleased with the service and will be using them again to have the windows cleaned and the house pressure washed when it is needed. The cost was reasonable and well worth it.

Billy and Mike were awesome, they were on time, introduced themselves and were extremely professional. They cleaned all of the windows, which unexpectedly included removing bees nests from the tracks, and went beyond the call of duty by repairing one window that was off track, making suggestions on repairing a pocket door, and were just very helpful and friendly. As a Realtor, I will be referring this group to my clients going forward. My windows look amazing!

The company came out to perform the service associated with the big deal. They were fantastic, great experience.

The guy showed up early, at around 12:30 - we weren't home yet. He called on my cell and I said I'd be back at the agreed time - 2 pm - to which he replied that he could do it now or at 3 pm. So we left lunch half eaten and raced home to meet him. He didn't know we wanted additional windows done and said he'd probably have to do it another day - so I said I'd just have him do the number for the angie's list deal. He kept going on about how he was a national general contractor, he knew sooo much about houses, it was all a bit irritating. He mentioned that my windows were "old" and my house was "so old". The house was actually rebuilt completely in 2008, so although most of my neighbors homes were built in the 1920's, my house is essentially new, including the windows. Wood, double hung, simulated divided light on the top sash only - craftsman style, low e glass, both top and bottom tilt out for cleaning - very nice windows - all in working order. I asked about cleaning the screens and he said they usually don't do that - but will sometimes if they are asked. I asked about wiping the wood exterior (just surrounding the window - the primary reason I wanted the windows cleaned - and he said they don't do that --- both those things are listed as part of the standard window cleaning. I had to print out the page from angie's list to show him. He started cleaning a french door then moved on to the windows over the kitchen sink. He asked me to check if it was clean enough - which seemed very considerate - although they are either as clean as they are going to get or they aren't clean yet, right? As I was looking at the window, I saw it didn't close properly and pointed it out to him. He said it was due to them being old, and all sorts of reasons, nothing to do with him. I tried to explain that the windows need to be aligned properly before they are lifted into the jamb.. and that if the brackets on each side were at different levels, they wouldn't slide in correctly. I told him if he took a large flat head screw driver he could re-align the bracket that was too low. Anyway, he clearly didn't know what he was doing, and offered to "pry it" into place... which I told him no way - and that I'd do it myself. He said he wanted to watch... well, I don't know about you, but I am not interested in training him how to operate a window so told him I'd do it on my own when he left. He kept saying he'd call someone else to do the job another day since it was "so complicated". He left in a big hurry - after cleaning 1 1/2 windows and leaving one broken - and said his boss would call me today. I never heard another word from them.... I'm shocked and appalled at how bad their service is. And this guy was not professional at all. I'm not sure if they are only used to inexpensive vinyl windows or what - but my windows are not hard to clean. From the moment he arrived he didn't seem interested in completing the job.

They showed up on the scheduled day, ahead of schedule. It looks like they cleared the gutters, as rain no longer overflows over the gutters. Other than that, I was not impressed. First, they used my hose and took off my extension. The extension was one of those cheap, green, expandable hoses that was working when they came but was leaking when they left. I'm not upset over that as reviews say this thing breaks easily, BUT they never bothered to tell me the hose was leaking. Also, after they disassembled the green extension and the nozzle, they laid the nozzle on the AC and never put it back on. Also, they didn't shut the hose all the way off and my yard flooded for 2 days before I went out and found the swamp and shut off the faucet all the way. Also, of the 5 downspouts on the house, 3 were left disconnected from the main downpipe. I had to go connect all 3 back to the main downspout. Last, they did not clean up after themselves very well. They cleaned up the main 'goop' that came out of the downspouts, but all the brown 'goop' that splattered on my porch was left. I waited until it dried and swept it off myself. I have 2 faucets on the back of the house. I told them that, as we laughed that a house would have 2 on the backside but none on the front. The one they used (that was attached to my hose), seemed to be overtightened PRIOR to them coming (I already knew that) but they can't use the excuse that they used my hose because they couldn't disconnect it, as the other faucet has nothing attached to it. If they had their own hose, they could have used that one. And I really didn't mind them using my hose, but I surely minded everything else I speak of above. Had they used their own hose, my cheap, green extension wouldn't have broke and the nozzle would not have been left disconnected. Again, I knew the green thing was cheap, but it would have been courteous if they would have informed me that it started leaking so they disconnected it. And NO excuse for not cleaning up after themselves and NO excuse for not connecting those elbows back to the main downspout.

It went well. We were not home at the time of the service (not required), but it was clear that the work had been done and our gutter system was functioning much more efficiently following the service.
