Very impressed with the quality of work. Removed all of the mold/mildew from the white railings of the front porch and 2nd story porch, cleaned the hardiplank siding of the house, and the overhangs. The technician arrived at the house while I was at work and when I came home from lunch, the work was completed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My experience with him was good. It was quick and easy. He got the job done. We had problems with the home owners association because part of our house had some mold on the outside. He paid special attention and scrubbed it several times to make sure that it was clean. He did a good job. It was a fair price though there were some others that were lesser.

They arrived just a few minutes early, which is great--not too early and not too late. Fellow doing work was hard-working, not stopping a second in the harsh cold, and he never complained one bit--he was very friendly. We bought this 30 year old house, and I bet nothing had ever been cleaned. The concrete was a dark grey and embarrassing. Now the concrete is so white that it looks new, the house looks 10 years younger, and the brick now has beautiful color again. This company is great with response with calls and appointments, and they give a reminder call the day beforehand. If you want quality work from insured professionals, you have our recommendation for them!

We have lived in our home for 7 years, but have never had the windows professionally cleaned. Mike Peters cleaned every window, inside and outside, plus the screens, and a few of the windows were high and hard to access. Mike was thoroughly professional in his demeanor, knowledge and work, and we were very pleased with the outstanding results. |

It did work out. They did a good job. Overall, I was satisfied with the job. Everything got covered with the big deal price. I had less windows and they are small windows. They covered everything. I would probably use them in the future. The price was reasonable for the work we're getting.

We live in a smaller home and used the Angie's List deal. We had a lot of dirt due to contraction. I had to have him go back and do a few sills that were missed, but he was more than happy to do that. Looks great!

First off, they were late arriving yesterday and no phone call. We had done a lot of prep work by removing 15 screens before they arrived. The very least they could do was put them back on for us. I asked the worker if they would do 3 window doors and he said he would if I gave HIM cash. I told him I don't keep any cash around. I asked about the special pricing and was told "the special gets them in the door so they can sell add ons". And that is exactly what they did, try to sell us more services. They only washed 5 screens because the rest we recently replaced. Washing the screens consisted of stacking them against a pole outside and spraying them with water. The frames and sills were haphazardly cleaned. Windows were streaked. A cobweb in an rarely used bedroom was untouched by the worker. We had out of state guests last night and had to get those windows cleaned before they arrived. They were here a little over an hour. Yesterday we spent the rest of the day and we scrubbed with a brush and Oxy the screens and then we went back and re-washed the windows, sills and frames. The frosting on the cake so to speak is when the worker broke a blind and then made a joke about it. Now we have to go buy 2 new blinds so that the 2 windows in the family room will match. The company we usually use for windows, screens, sills and frames and Including front and back door windows is here a minimum of 6 hours and everything sparkles when they leave. A little more money but worth every penny! Lesson learned. UPDATE Manager called me and asked to come out and view the job. He was not happy with the job and even saw things that were not done that should have been done. He offered to send out his best team. So an appointment was set up WEEKS in advance for a new team coming out. We explained with the holidays approaching and a lot of company coming from out of state, we needed it done before they arrived. They would not do that. Our opinion is you need to take care of unhappy customers before you service new customers. Their crew is the one who made a bigger mess of the windows and that should have been priority.

We've used this provider before and were quite pleased at that time. Was tempted to access Angie's Big Deal but we have only ten regular windows on ground level, along with six 8' double-glass "picture windows" along the back of the house so we weren't sure the Big Deal price would have been fair to SPs or to us. In addition, all the windows were covered in spider webs and their captives which we hope will stay away until the weather warms up again. Ugh! Squeegee Pros negotiated a price based on the Big Deal but with a little added on, which was very reasonable. Xavier was tons of fun to have here and he did a terrific job, even better than last time! Will certainly call them again.

Cleaned windows inside and out, cleaned window wells and screens. Most important was the energy and pleasantness of the tech. There was listed in the service a specific number of windows as my residence exceeded that number there was an additional minimal charge billed at a later date. This was not a hidden charge as I discussed it when I set up the appointment. Overall I believe Squeegee Pro provided a very good service and look forward to finding them again on Angie's List offering a reduced price.

I am thoroughly pleased with the results. My windows are sparkling. Billy was my window cleaner and he showed up on time, reviewed with me the windows and set about cleaning. He was here for several hours and did a superb job. Anything that had to be moved, he did so and returned to it's proper place. I was called the day before to remind me of the cleaning. Everything was thoroughly professional.

It required a complaint through Angie's' list to get a call from the service provider, and after emails I finally spoke with Squeegee Pros and received an unacceptable quote. It appears that they low ball the offer and then apply excessive charges for "extras".

I purchased two big deals from Angie's List and their services turned out great. They contacted me promptly to schedule the appointment. I actually bought two different big deals from them and they scheduled to do the work for both deals at the same time. They showed up promptly, completed the work and did a great job.

Everything was fine and good. It was clean.

It was really good experience and we would definitely use them again. We had recommended them to some friends. They were very responsive, able to come on short notice, very personable, professional, efficient, and did every window in the house. We had them quoted some extra windows because we had a lot of windows than what the deal we bought covered and that was no problem, we knew that going in even asked for the phone call so it was fine, we knew. When the total amount came, it was exactly that amount and nothing more. He did every window in and out and the windows looked really good when he was done. He even knocked down a bee's nest for us which was really, really high and he took care of it for us. It is a 2-storey house and some really, really high windows that we cannot reach. They were great and the price was good. I compared it in a few neighbors that they had service done by a different provider and they paid considerably more than we did and for roughly the same sized house and the same number of windows.

I would definitely hire Squeegee Pros in the near future again. The tech showed up on time and worked very hard for 6 hours straight. He pointed out issues he found with the house; like separated gutters and cracked window seals. We had bought the house from a hoarder and it was filthy. Squeegee Pro made it shine and I am very happy with the results. After he was finished I felt like I could begin to live in the house without getting the willies because of all the dirt! Thanks SP!

I ordered the window cleaning inside and out. When he arrived he suggested a house wash (it really needed it) which would also wash the outside windows and just clean the inside windows. Since I had more windows than the original deal covered, he worked with me on the total price. After he washed the outside of the house and cleaned the inside windows, some of the windows had streaks on the outside from the draining water after the wash. He cleaned those outside windows without any additional charge. He was very professional, courteous, and I would use them again.

Showed up on time. Was very professional and courteous. For the most part his work was excellent. I would use his company again. He asked me to call him if I noticed any uncleaned spots or something he overlooked.

After a very rocky start with the administrative person, I was pleasantly surprised how well things went with the technician.
