Service provider arrived early and was very friendly and professional. Cleaning greatly improved the appearance of my home. Would use again for additonal services they offer.

They were excellent to work with. I bout the $99 deal and supplied them with the dimensions of the additional windows over the number covered by the deal price. They quoted me what the additional cost would be, and also could do it when it was convenient for my schedule. The guys doing the work were very careful and nice, and the windows looked terrific when they were done!

As I recall the advertisement was 15 windows for $99. There were lots of conditions and qualifiers once I talked with them. They counted windows with a vertical slat as 2 windows, for example. They were prompt and courteous in their response, but it certainly was not a deal of the day. Because of all of the conditions and qualifiers, the full cost was going to be close to $500. I expected it to be more than $99, but I felt like it was a bait and switch.

My experience started out rocky at first. The first guy that came out was not able to clean the windows properly. However, the owner went above and beyond to make sure my coupon was honored appropriately. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

The window cleaning went perfectly and we were shocked at what a careful, patient, meticulous job Mike did. We have had the windows cleaned by other professionals, and this time was far superior to anything we had experienced with others. Mike was a perfectionist about his work and took great pride in doing a superior job. He washed windows inside and out and hosed down and scrubbed the screens and cleaned the sills just wonderfully. He was friendly and courteous and a superb worker. We will never use anyone else!

Squeegee pros had very good and positive reviews, that is why I chose them. Ashley the manager is very helpful about options and pricing. I only needed the outside of windows done as I do them inside myself except for the very large foyer window. Very punctual and professional. At first I was surprised that only one employee came to do the job, but after seeing him work, realized he is a very hard worker and did the job in less time than I would have thought. Mike Peters was the Squeegee Pro employee that did the job for us. His work is amazing. He did about 24 windows and the huge two story foyer window both in and out. He also washed our gutters which looked pretty bad stained with mildew. They look so clean now and the windows were all perfect and streak-free.. That is so important to me as I have OCD going on and always want things perfect. I will use them again in the future and recommend them as well.

Billy did a superb job and was very quick. There were a total of 48 windows plus transoms and full glass doors and he completed the entire job in around 4 hours.

I had more windows than what was included in the Big Deal so there were additional costs associated. They did a very nice job though!

Excellent service all around

I wrote them to inform them I didn't have double hung windows but instead had casement windows. I also told them I had grids on the inside the of the windows. The inside grids sounded like an issue for them so I asked about exterior cleaning only. I have additional windows which they said were $4 extra per window beyond 30 which they said would be covered by the coupon. I estimated this would have been about $116 extra. So we set a date. Cleaner came 45 minutes late but did call ahead. He left without cleaning anything because he said casement windows weren't covered. The following week, they emailed a new estimate, requesting an additional $300 to clean all exterior windows. This is obviously much higher than the initial price, so I no longer an interested in their service.

Squeegee Pros was very professional, timely and did a terrific job.. Trim looked like it was just painted..The pressure wash removed the dirt and mold. Vendor was very timely and cleaned up after the job! I plan on hiring again

Mike arrived a bit late due ti traffic. He was polite, professional, courteous and detail oriented. He reported he had only been on the job 6 months; however he wroked like a pro.

It has been almost a month since I purchased the deal. They were supposed to come on 11/20. They called me and said they couldn't make it and they would try to get me in the next day and that they would call me. I never heard from them.

excellent scheduling with main office through angies list messaging and phone calls/emails. showed up on time and ready to work, did a great job, took the time... even washed the hard to reach garage windows that haven't been touched in 10 years. competitive price, would totally use again
