From the time that the repairman arrived, to the time he completed his inspection of the dishwasher, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional about his business.

Sean did an outstanding job. Was punctual, did not overcharge in any way. Was the type of repairman you would have no problem in calling on time and time again when you needed him. Worked very quickly, explained what he was doing, what the problem was and took the time to make sure I understood everything he told me, which I really appreciated.

Sean was professional, on time, and efficient. I declined to have him do the job at the quoted $300 price, it seemed high. I did it myself for $150, so perhaps that estimate was fairer than I initially thought. I would have no problem hiring him in the future.

Mr. Lewis made an appointment at our convenience with a 2 hour window. He was held up with a previous customer and called to say he would be about a half hour later than planned. He examined the problem, told us what needed to be done and gave us the cost before beginning the repair work asking if we wanted to do the repair or not.

I have worked with Sean at Lake Norman Appliance Repair many times. I have recommended him to other people on numerous occasions. He is a good guy, and he will be very upfront about costs to repair or just replacing the appliance. I will continue to call him in the future.

The guy was prompt, friendly, & fixed the problem. The only thing I would say I would have rather seen was a lower overall repair cost. Frankly, this guy owns the company so to charge a service call charge on top of a labor charge, & then parts (which I'm sure there is a margin on) is a bit much. I think labor is sufficient, but a service charge on top is ridiculous (unless he doesn't end up doing any work...then a service call charge would be fair). I'd hire him again but I'd see about negotiating the service charge if he charges labor first. If he didn't own the company, it would be more understandable!!!

I would definitely call Lake Norman Appliance again.

Sean came when he said he would. Ordered and received parts in a timely manner. Work was performed well.

Sean Lewis returned my initial call within 30 minutes and gave me an appointment for the next afternoon, between 4 and 6 p.m. He arrived around 5:15 and fairly quickly assessed that my dishwasher had multiple problems. It was an old one, and he agreed it made sense to replace rather than repair it, given the cost and age. His price for initial service call is $69.

WAS ON TIME, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND WORKED QUICKLY. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

MR. LEWIS WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS ON TIME FOR HIS APPOINTMENT. HE WAS QUICK ABOUT DETERMINING THE PROBLEM AND FIXING IT. HE MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS PUT BACK IN PLACE WHEN HE WAS FINISHED. WHEN I NEED ANOTHER REPAIR, I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN!

CALLED BEFORE HE WAS LATE TO TELL US HE WAS GOING TO BE 15 MINUTES LATE. PROFESSIONAL. ACCIDENTALLY BROKE A PICTURE ON THE WALL NEXT TO THE REFRIGERATOR.

VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTOUS. PROMPT AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. WILL CALL IF RUNNING BEHIND AN APPOINTMENT TIME.

SEAN LEWIS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. HIS CHARGES WERE REASONABLE AS WELL. HE WAS ABLE TO COME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED FOR SERVICE, AND COMPLETED THE REPAIRS IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT IN COMPLETING WORK. HAD TO MOVE SEVERAL ITEMS TO COMPLETE HIS WORK AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS BACK IN PLACE. WILLING TO ANSWER SEVERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT REPAIR.

WILL USE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
