Excellent service. Movers were on time, introduced themselves, assessed the entire house for items and best exit points. Once they had a plan they executed it and all went very smoothly! Same on the unload at the new house. They were very professional and extremely careful with doorways, walls, flooring, etc. I will use them again if needed and would strongly recommend WayFlowers Van Lines to anyone needing to move.

Everyone was professional from the time I got a quote until the time my packages were dropped off. I loved that I was kept in the loop at all times and Evgen would check in to make sure everything was on as planned. He even made sure the movers worked around my schedule for both pick-up and drop-off. I donâ t plan on doing any big moving anytime soon, but will use Dependable RELO the next time I do.

Tony and his crew were fantastic and they both packed and loaded our home in Pascagoula and moved/unloaded it in Houston. They were extremely quick and they took excellent care of our belongings, which included antiques and collectibles. We would recommend them to anyone!!

I moved from New York to Atlanta on very short notice. Evgen and Amar were a pleasure to work with. My binding quote was binding, so I was not later blindsided by more costs like I was with a different company the previous time I moved. My shipment arrived a few days later than expected, but I was financially compensated for each day it was delayed. For the most part, everything moved fine. A few things were damaged, but again, I was financially compensated for that. Really no huge complaints here. I would work with the Monroe branch again, even if not in the state. Evgen and Amar were very organized and communicative throughout the process. I appreciated how kind they were to me during such a stressful time.

In a short period, Evgen and his team accomplished a great deal. They hauled away everything, even several bulky, outmoded pieces of furniture I needed help lugging to the curb. They took further measures to ensure the safety of the items they were transporting, including covering the furniture, turning out the lights, and packing the photo frames.

So accommodating and understanding we were shocked. They showed up at the perfect time and were polite and professional. They did not stop until the truck was fully loaded. From start to finish, these guys did not stop the entire time, simply impressive! I could not have asked for anything more in a moving team! They were the best moving experience I have ever had.

A week ago today our move started with our certified moving consultant, Tony, greeting us and introducing the crew headed by Misael. His crew members Dorian, David, Amar, Evgen, and Tim were a delight to work with. Tim's estimate came within $5 of the actual charges which was the most accurate we've ever experienced. He provided communication with the operations department and that manager visited us late morning to make sure the service was exceeding our expectations and satisfaction which it was. The equipment was excellent and we experienced no damage at both homes. Their protection of the walls and floors was extraordinarily well done.. It was obvious the crew members had worked well together before and were fun and extraordinarily competent. The contents were moved with zero damage.
