Went great. The welds aren’t super pretty for the price paid. But the professionalism, honesty, and overall experience of everyone at the shop will have me back again. The place is almost an hour drive away but worth it to have an honest mechanic for the things I can’t do myself.

Excellent customer service. Repairs were completed on time and the final cost was actually less then the original quote. Additionally, 5 days later, the owner texted me to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.

Chris and his team always perform well and are a top notch repair center. I purchased tires and the entire transaction and experience was GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lightning fast

Very fast with a rapid call back time on the job being done. Ive used them in the past and will use them in the future. They are a bit pricey but IMO id rather pay it than deal with a 3rd rate auto shop.

Shamrock Auto got me in and out in a timely fashion. I didn't have an appointment, but they worked me in.

Dropped my car off early, Chris was there with a hello and a smile. They called at 2pm, the scheduled completion time, to tell me my car was ready.

I went smoothly and very timely. Scott made sure the replacement tire was identical to my other tires as they had less than 7 thousand miles on them. He was professional and very personable simultaneously.

Service was done same day, determined what was wrong with vehicle, part ordered and replaced.

The explained to me that replacing the part might not be the root cause and there might be an additional sensor that my car would need. They wanted to save me money so tried to start from the least expensive solution first. End result was that my car needed both parts, which they did in a very timely manner. Front end and shop techs included were very personable and friendly.

We waited. And waited. And waited. Every day promised was going to be another day or 2 days. It took weeks. This is was difficult . HAD they told us UP FRONT it would take 3 weeks, my daughter could have arranged for transportation to and from UNCC. Every day, it should be ready "tomorrow". When, after a couple weeks of being put off, I called again to see WHEN it was going to be ready and expressed my frustration with their inability to estimate a real time. I was not impolite, but firm. A few minutes later, I received a call from Ron, the owner expressing HIS displeasure with me expressing MY displeasure with his employee. What a guy. Incidentally, I think they had so much trouble getting this little Corolla put back together that now it rattles terribly underneath. We have used them before and have felt like they have always been fair with us. This is was the last time we used them and probably won't again. I think they have other business (i.e, race cars?) that may take precedence over the normal customer.

The last time I took my vehicle to them was six months ago. They charged me $900.

They found the problem and fixed it. They did this over a holiday weekend. We had the car back within a day. They were great. They were prompt in calling us back to tell us the cost of the part before they did the work.
