Great service. Very prompt and did a great job all around.

I needed a lot survey done within a 2-day window. the first name I called off Angie's List never returned my call. I chose McMurray Land Surveying from Angie's List also, and Michael returned my call quickly and professionally. He accommodated my scheduling need and came out the next morning, as I recall. He and an assistant took my quick tour of the lot, where I pointed out the places I remembered rod markers being back in 1982. Within 2 hours they had found the markers, and surveyed the yard entirely. I needed markers along the steep and wooded sides of our sloped yard so that I could determine exact side boundaries. They posted flags so that I could use them. The work was done precisely, and was extremely helpful for project work we were beginning. Although not cheap, it was a fair price, and he was extremely easy to work with.

I needed a surveyor for a new house I was building last year & the one we normally use could not meet our timeline or budget. I found Patrick McMurray on Angie?s list, along with several other surveyors. Short story, Patrick was very competitive and & able to meet & do the job within a couple of days. He got the job, did it exactly when he said he would & delivered the finished product on time. I have used him for several projects since then & am very happy with his & his crews work. I recommend him without reservations.

Did a great job. Came out late in the day the same day that I called him to help me complete a fencing project that was on hold as I waited to find property line. He has all the latest computerized surveying equipment.

He was very thorough and quick to respond to my initial email. He was quick to schedule the actual survey. When he was delayed, he let me know why. One of his guys was sick, so the report was a couple of days late, but that was fine with me. I was quite happy with him. A friend of mine is a surveyor and my friend told me he would have charged me $150.00 more to do the work than McMurray charged me.

I contacted Michael P. McMurray Landscapping based on the reviews I read here. I was not disappointed. Patrick came when scheduled. He was able to find my property boundaries without any problems. He marked each corner, the property lines in the backyard and even provided a marker for the right away on my property. He was very thorough in his work. I will use Patrick again for any surveying I need and I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Patrick for a physical survey of my lot because of his great reviews on Angie's List. We were considering adding on to our house and needed a current detailed survey showing all of our setbacks and such. Patrick called me back the same day. We set up an appointment for the survey and Patrick showed up on the dot. Patrick was wonderful to work with. When he was done I asked him if he could actually sake my setbacks so I could visually see them. When doing a physical survey they only stake your corners. So, after completing the sealed survey, Patrick came back to my house about a week later and staked out my setbacks so that I could visually see just how far any addition could go. My physical survey was $450 and the additional trip and survey work to stake my setbacks was the additional $250. The physical survey drawing shows all of your setbacks, but I wanted to actually see the setbacks staked out in my yard so that was additional work for Patrick. Patrick was so easy to work with and went out of his way to help and answer any questions that I had. I would recommend Patrick to anyone needing any type of survey work done. You will not be disappointed!!!

Patrick performed our survey as promised and got us the survey in exactly the format we needed. Highly recommended!

I contacted Mr. McMurray on Monday of this week. He was very courteous and made sure he a thorough understanding of what we needed. He got us on the schedule very quickly. They showed up and diligently performed the survey. They installed pins in the ground in addition to wooden stakes. The original property locators were just stakes. We are very happy with the services provided and the price we were charged. We would highly recommend Michael P. McMurray Land Surveying!

Mr. McMurray returned my call same day and was able to come out the next business day. I had the report in my email the day after he came out.

I called Mr. McMurray to ask if he could possibly come by and look at some surveying work. Not only did he say yes, but he did it the same day! And, I didn't even have to take off work to do it. He was very courteous and professional - if I ever need this kind of service again, I will definetly call him!

Mr. McMurray quickly returned my voicemail and setup a date. He was ontime and spent most of the day working. At the end of the job he took me around the property explaining everything in great detail

I called McMurray and was given a quote over the phone. They made it out the same day and were here right on time. Michael explained every step and answered all my questions thoroughly. We now have a clear understanding of our lot lines and he even located 2 markers buried in a creek bed. Highly recommended. Professional all the way.

The service was great! I was getting a fence put onto part of one side of my yard, and I was worried about where the property line really was, because there trees and bushes in the way. I called around and got some quotes from the recommendations on angies list, and Mr. McMurray had the best. Lucky for me, he was also able to come out the very same day! He was very thorough when he came out - he could have just found the two existing metal pins and marked the line between them, but he took the extra effort to validate the location of those pins as well, against the neighboring property lines. In the end, I had a clearly marked property line with stakes with bright ribbon, displaying a clear path for the fence to go in. Throughout, he was very conciensious of my neighbors, and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for any land surveying needs, and would definitely use him again.

It went very well. Mr McMurray is very attentive to details. Before starting, he explained everything to me and even gave me advise on my particular case (I wanted to build a fence and a sprinkler system and was concerned about what is and what is not customary regarding "neighbour etiquette" and sharing or not sharing the fence). It was a pleasure to chat with such a knowledgeable person on the subject matter. Regarding the survey itself, He did a great job and although I paid him ahead and had to leave him unsupervised, when I came back, everything was to my expectations. the stakes were perfectly aligned along the perimeter and he was very generous with the number of stakes (unlike the surveyor used when I bought the house). he also tied pink marking ribbons to the ground rods as additional reference for my small construction project. I really recommend mr. McMurray. I will definitly hire him again when I am going to sell the house in a couple of years.
