Description of Work: The service was excellent. I submitted a request for estimate on their website and they promptly responded by e-mail and then followed up shortly after that with a phone call. The price was fair and they scheduled for the next day (keep in mind they were going to be in the area already and that may not always be the case). They arrived within the window that we discussed. The guys were very professional and courteous and did everything I asked. After they were done they summarized what they did. Very well done. If you are looking for a survey, these are the guys to call. I am so glad I chose them to do my border survey.

Description of Work: I contacted Patrick when my neighbors had a survey done as part of the sale of their home and the survey showed that our playset was over the property boundary. Patrick was easy to contact and it was apparent during our call that he knows this business well. I was impressed with everything he told me including how he would conduct a survey and what documentation I would receive. I ended up not proceeding with the survey when the buyers surveyor clarified his initial findings in iur favor. |I would not hesitate to use Patrick's services in the future or recommend him.

He walked me over all of the property lines and made sure that I understood everything before leaving. This was my first experience contracting a surveyor, but I couldn't imagine it going any easier/better.

Description of Work: Michael located the original survey iron pins for my lot which had been covered and lost over the years. He was very helpful and thorough. He added wooden stakes to mark my lot corners and down one property line and took time to also talk to neighbors. I would definitely ask him back should I need any survey work again.

Description of Work: Michael "Patrick" surveryed a property on our behalf. He was through and was available for questions after we received the results. We have decided not to purchase the property because of the finding of his extensive survery. We recommend him highly! thank you!
