GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK

We have used several cleaning companies when we lived in a house, and we have never found anything anywhere near as good as this. We are in a two-story house, and two people from the company come over and run through a check list. I cannot tell how long they are here; whether it is an hour, an hour and a half or even more than that. They do a thorough job of all things that are on the check list. I think it is a kind of an intangible thing about the goodness of a company if there is stability in the staff - this company has had the same two people coming over to our house for about six years now. They are women in their 30s or 40s, and they know our house, as I am sure they know every house that they do, and they know us. We know these two ladies by their names. They are reliable; if they say they will be here, they will be here. They do a good job when they get here. We are very pleased with them. The price is reasonable - they are not cheap. At one time, they were $75 a visit. I think it is $90 now, although I am not absolutely sure. They are not a bargain, but I think there is a relationship between price and quality. They are due to come tomorrow. We would be broken-hearted if they were to stop coming.

Gail Price and her staff have cleaned our house every other week for the past nine years. They generally arrive at the time expected unless they have taken on a new house that may require more time initially. We have been satisfied with their level of service and especially the consistency of staff during recent years. We enjoy having the same cleaners for each visit. We have appreciated Gail's creativity in keeping prices down by rearranging days of some customers so that gas consumption is kept to a minimum. This change in our schedule was done only after consulting us. She also calls us in advance any time cleaning falls on a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas) in order to find another day and time that will work for us. Her charges are more than fair for the work done and are based on using her services every other week. We look forward to many more years of cleaning

A LOT OF CHANGE IN STAFF, SO QUALITY OF WORK SUFFERS BECAUSE OF TURNOVER. NOT MUCH QUALITY. THEY ARE NOT GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE ARE NOT VERY PICKY, BUT THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD.

I THINK THERE HIGH BASED ON THE TIME THEY ARE HERE CLEANING. TWO WOMEN FOR ONE HOUR FOR 80.00 I THINK THATS HIGH. ONE CLEANS UPSTAIRS AND ONE CLEANS DOWN STAIRS.

INCONSISTENT CLEANING, HAD TO CALL THEM BACK A LOT AND IT WAS A HASSLE, THEY DID ALWAYS COME BACK TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WHEN SHE VISITED MY HOME AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. SHE WENT THROUGH THE HOUSE AND POINTED OUT ALL OF THE AREAS THAT HER STAFF WOULD DEFINITELY CLEAN--THAT WERE NOT TOUCHED BY MY CURRENT CLEANER. THESE INCLUDED STAIRCASES,BASEBOARDS,CARPET EDGES AGAINST WALL,TOPS OF PICTURES,HANGINGS ON WALLS,HARDWOOD FLOOR AREAS,

THE OWNER, GAIL SKIPPER IS VERY POLITE & PROFESSIONAL, HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYEES SHE HIRES ( & WHO DO THE CLEANING) DO A FAIR TO POOR JOB CONSISTENTLY, EVEN WHEN IT IS POINTED OUT TO THEM REPEATEDLY! THE QUALITY OF WORK DOES NOT MATCH THE PRICE.

I HAVE BEEN USING GAILS SERVICE FOR A YEAR OR SO NOW. THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB FOR ME AT A GREAT PRICE. IF I HAVE EVER HAD QUESTIONS OR NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE, ETC. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD, THE PEOPLE WHO CLEANED WERE FRIENDLY, AND PRICES ARE REASONABLE. THEY DO CLEANING ONCE A MONTH.

REGINA & CONNIE COMPLETEY OUT-DID THEMSELVES. IT TOOK THEM 4 HRS TO CLEAN THESE ROOMS & THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA EVEN THOUGH THEY UNDERESTIMATED THE EXTENT OF THE JOB & LENGTH OF TIME IT WOULD TAKE. COMING BACK NEXT MO. FOR ANOTHER JOB.

DID FIRST-TIME OVERALL CLEANING, WERE RIGHT ON TIME , DID WONDERFUL JOB. WILL COME EVERY 2 WEEKS. THEY GOT PLACES THAT OTHER'S NEVER DID-- UNDER FURNITURE, ETC.

COMES EVERY OTHER WEEK. DON'T CHANGE LINENS OR DO LAUNDRY, BUT THEY WILL MAKES BEDS. CLEANING IS VERY THOROUGH -- DO MINI BLINDS, BASEBOARDS ETC.

HAVE USED FOR A WHILE FOR GENERAL HOUSECLEANING SERVICE. DOES A FINE JOB.
