I hired them to move furniture into my PODS container. They were fast and careful!

City-wide provided recycled moving supplies that were picked up at their warehouse. Saved a lot in moving cost. Crew was professional and knowledgeable. The number of personnel was correctly sized for the JOB!!!!! So hard to find in movers today since they always work 2 guys literally to death. They did not rush the job. Piano move was flawless. HIGHLY recommend.

I was very very pleased with this company even from my very fist call to customer service to the guys who performed the move. My family and I want everyone to know that they treated us with white gloves, no damages or mishaps. Best ever.

Strange customer service experience with office manager who insisted two different times that my credit card declined which it had not. Suspicious explanation that left me concerned about this serviceâ s trustworthiness. Packers/Movers great.

Owner/office/lead driver was polite and professional. Helping movers were quite unprofessional, several items had minor damage, appliances were not reconnected correctly, and did not follow room stickers that the office had advised us to take time to organize and place so many boxes had to be moved again after they left.

Movers were quick, professional and thorough. No walls were scratched and no damage to the furniture.

This was our first experience with professional movers, and we couldn’t have been happier with Citywide’s work. Kathy made the planning and scheduling process easy. Our crew - Thad and Colby - were courteous, friendly, and more than capable in their work. They took care to protect our old rental and new home from scapes and damage, all the way down to covering our wood floors with protective blankets. They took the same care with our furniture. We had several large, heavy, bulky pieces to move, including a gym-grade elliptical and an armoire bigger than some people. All these items had to be stair-carried at both locations, with exceptionally tricky low ceilings in the destination stairs. Not only did they get everything moved, they did it without ANY damage to the furniture or the stairwells along the way. On top of all their great work, their rates were competitive and fair, to boot. We would recommend Citywide to anyone looking for professional, skilled movers in this area. They did a fantastic job from start to finish.

Very hard working and conscientious group of young men who took excellent care of our furniture. Everyone I have met from the company has the same kind and helpful personality. Will use again in a few weeks for storage. Asked for same team of movers. This part of selling and downsizing was amazingly pleasant.

Beginning with customer service specialst Kathy and ending with the three man crew of Matt, Bruce and William, my experience with Citywide Moving was spectacular. Kathy, our first contact, planned everything "to a T." There were no surprises, we knew exactly what to expect and what we would pay before the work began. The crew arrived on-time and ready and anxious to work. They worked hard and fast from beginning to end while all the the time taking special care of all our property and taking care not to do any damage to our house. I was very impressed by their work ethic. I am planning another movement of goods andi instead of trying to do it myself, I am going to call this fine company a second time; that is how much they impressed me!

The team of Matt, Wayne and Bruce arrived on time, started work immediately and performed our move in a safe and efficient manner.
