We have used Citywide several times, locally and countrywide. They are a family company. Very good organization to help you get your move planned. Always available for questions. Depending on the crew, some are excellent and others good. We've not had any real problems.

Arrived a few minute early, friendly, and professional. Showed experience and knowledgeable experience.

Jermaine and Corey were not only proficient at their job, but they went above and beyond to be polite and respectful, with impressive work ethic and attention to detail. The team they sent was very careful with the antiques that I had. They were polite, focused, professional. All furniture was taken apart if needed, wrapped very well and carefully and set up, if needed. The estimate of time was spot on. I have recommended this company to a friend on a long distance move and they also did very well (after compensating with excellence from a scheduling error). She was eventually very pleased with them also. I have another friend moving in the near future and feel she will also use this company. Their prices are fair to the customer and the movers. This keeps good men on every team, which helps you know you can depend on the company and not just one good team of movers. I experienced two teams of movers with them and all of them were excellent. The office staff are good to work with and will strive to make sure the customer is satisfied. This company deserves the high marks on Angie's list!

The crew that moved us out of our house was very good. The crew that moved us into our new house, wasn't as good. They were 2 hrs late. We had our stuff in storage at their facility for appox 2 months. After going through our boxes we found a large amount of mouse droppings in many of our boxes. All in all, it wasn't a horrible experience but if we had to do it all over again, they wouldn't be our first pick.

It was absolutely awesome service!!! Communication from Kathy was on point. She was able to set up the move and called to confirm two days before the move. The team arrive on time and was absolutely the best crew I could ask for. Their attention to detail was impeccable. I had hardwoods in both homes and that was a concern not to damage, they covered the floors and move the furniture without issue. The broke down the beds and crib and reassembled for us. Absolutely phenomenal service. Extremely courteous and helpful!!!

Called ahead to let me know they were on their way the morning of the move and arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently to load and unpacked quickly. No damages to any of my furniture and ensured everything was in place where I wanted before leaving. Extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend to others. I was most impressed with how nice the ladies were I spoke with on the phone and how professional the movers were.

I was left hanging by a highly rated Angie List mover. They were supposed to come out on Monday,but they were a no show. Claimed the truck wouldn start. Then rent a u-haul buddy and get it done. I started calling around and got Citywide movers. The first person I spokevto was lovely. She transferred me to Kathy who told me they just had a cancellation and could fit me in the next day. Jermaine Johnson and his crew showed up and saved the day!!! Professional, courteous, kind, funny and understanding. I wasn't cursed by the other movers flaking out. It was a blessing in disguise. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience w/ a moving company. Thank you so much Citywide for saving my bacon. Thank you Easy Movers because if you hadn't flaked out I wouldn't have had this fantastic experience w/ Citywide Moving.

Mike, Joe, Fred, Monty, Adam, were truly the "A" Team.. Hard workers. Even recommended ways to cut cost. A great moving experience . Would definitely use again. Jessica, Rhonda, Cathy in the office helped with current promotions and special request.

Rhonda is a sweetheart and she made it very easy to schedule my move. On the day of the move, Fred was absolutely amazing - in fact the whole crew was great. It is so wonderful to have all your belongings moved in one day. Moving is stressful enough and there is so much to plan, but Citywide made the whole process manageable with my busy lifestyle. WOW! Where do I start? Thank you for the great service City Wide moving.. Your team arrived promptly and worked tirelessly on a very long day moving our personal goods from your storage facility into our new home. They were polite and pleasant all day long and never complained when I requested they move furniture to another location in the house because I had changed my mind. They were very careful and protected our hardwood floors, door jams and walls from any damage. They disassembled and reassembled tables, beds, and desks etc. (Actually the whole house) they are definitely FULL SERVICE. They carefully accounted for all of our items. And they came back and hauled away the mountain of boxes and paper after the unpacking. Thanks for treating our items as if they were your own that is so valuable and important to us with such care. I guess I really shouldn't be surprised, we received the exact treatment when we went into storage. It's nice to know there is a moving company that can take care of ALL of our needs. TURN KEY this is the best moving experience we've ever had. I hope that we don't move again for a long time, but knowing that City Wide moving will be there for us I know I won't be stressed out like I was before.

Citywide Moving Systems did a terrific job moving us on Friday. They supplied us with a great team of guys that consisted of 3 guys, Shaun, Dale, & Marlon, and all 3 were very hard working and on time and ready to go to work when they got here. I never knew there was so much details to moving but the guys were very informative for me and very organized on how they loaded the truck and unloaded the truck at my new place. I was not really sure if just 3 guys would be able to handle all my heavy furniture and all the loading of my building junk, but they did an outstanding job and had no trouble lifting all my furniture with absolute ease. Citywide Moving Systems gave me the best quote out of 4 different quotes I called about and I found that Citywide Moving Systems had the most positive feedback upon reviews I researched on all the companies that I reviewed. The girls I spoke with in the office were also some of the friendliest I could ask to speak to, they answered all of my questions the best that they could and if they were not sure they would find out the answer and I would always get a prompt call back as soon as possible. The guys were very polite and had very good manners and if they were not sure where they needed to put something they would ask me where things needed to be put . The moving team is allowed to receive TIPS and they got a very well deserved one from me. Again the whole company did a GREAT JOB FOR ME and I would recommend Citywide Moving Systems to everybody who needs a good dependable, & responsible moving company. First off let me say how professional and courteous the office staff was from the beginning...Kathy took care of everything, she even called during the actual move to check on how things were going. I recently received a post card from them as well thanking me for using them to move...Unheard of in todays businesses. It went better than expected. I've moved about 5 times in the past and this is by far the best experience I've ever had with moving, they made it so simple & I didn't have to do a thing. They were very professional, in uniforms, they went over everything with me prior to starting and throughout the entire move, they reassured me what was going on at all times. They covered all of my furniture as well as the floors in both homes. Highly impressed, I will definitely recommend Citywide to anyone I know and if I move in the future, they will be the company I call. ~ Amanda ~

Went GREAT, could not ask for a better experience!!!!. Four professionals showed up, Michael, Corey, David & Waylen were their names, they were the nicest bunch of guys. I was really worried about my hard wood floors & of course my pride & joy was my Baby Grand Piano. They took care of everything, they came fully equipped with everything from a piano board to rug runners, NOTHING was damaged. My furniture was handled with care & they used lots of moving pads to protect everything, these guys worked fast & great together. My piano is with me & is in tip top shape, just like they found it.. My wonderful experience started with a phone call to the office, the office staff was so nice & helped me plan my move, which wasn't easy because my closing dates kept changing & they really helped me figure out what I needed to do, so until my new house is built, I'm in their storage. I'm so so happy with Citywide & just want others to know that this moving company is the best, A+ A+ from me, looking forward to my next move with them..

The movers were great. I would definitely use them again. My only complaint is that they accept credit cards, but they don't have a machine to run the card onsite, so they had to text my credit card information to their boss, which didn't seem very secure.

First of all they disassembled piano with great technique (just like videos on tube!) and wrapped all pieces....the same with the hutch as it is handpainted and very fragile painted designs! They had a piano board and wonderful ramp systems for both sets of brick steps....they allowed us to position piano and moved it as we requested! This was the David crew and I have no regrets!

The guys were great! I have used Citywide Moving several times in the past and would definitely use them again. The office girls are very nice on the phone and they make a stressful time very comforting! I would highly recommend them!

Smooth move out of Charlotte. They provided many ideas as to best pack our items as we were doing this part ourselves. They were careful with our things and did what they contracted to do. Hope I don't have to move again but would definitely use them .
