Great! Very prompt and courteous. The job took a long time, and would have been shorter if I had paid for a larger crew, but the guys were careful and efficient. They take time off for lunch but you are not charged for that time. Job well done.

Had a horrible experience. Movers arrived late, were coarse and disrespectful. Very bad communication throughout job -- no eye contact, constant joking/chatter among the three men but no updates for me on status (literally had to run after them to ask a question) and no questions about how I would prefer things to be done. Made it very clear they would prefer I wasn't there at all. There were many examples of activity I found repugnant but most insulting was the way the stripped sheets/stuffed animals off the beds and just threw them down in the newfound dust on my hardwood floors. When I mentioned how hurt I felt over this issue, they blamed me for having dust in my home and lashed out at my lack of preparedness for their visit (I had only 1 week to plan for this move.) Situation felt uneasy/ scary so I had to call my husband home from work and pull him out of an important meeting. I didn't feel that I could trust these workers or know what they would do next since I had obviously made them angry with my comment. They didn't have any empathy for the remarkable amount of stress caused by any move, and no one seemed to see the situation from my (the customer's) point of view at all. Other examples of dissatisfying work were -- parked their truck wheels in my garden, cigarettes left behind, did not shut the door to the old house when they drove away, and walked all over my plants. Called the company headquarters while the movers were out to lunch to let them know about the situation and to ask for corrective action. Person on the phone immediately began to argue with me that the service couldn't possibly be that bad -- these guys had more than 30 years of combined experience and to him they were like family. Again, no empathy or understanding whatsoever, and actually he wouldn't let me speak or explain what I was seeing/hearing at all for the first several minutes of the call. This person actually turned out to be the president of the company...his dismissive attitude was unbelievable. It made the situation so much worse because--every company gives bad service every now and then, but management's inaction and careless attitude shows a disrespect and lack of customer support that isn't limited to just one crew. Because of Citywide management's poor handling of this situation, over the course of time in seeking a partial refund ($220 was requested, $120 was received and sent to charity) I spoke with this company president three times and my husband spoke to him twice. It turns out these movers are friends with management and he simply refused to believe that they could do wrong until my husband pressed him very h****** this evident customer service gap. Overall this experience was emotionally disturbing for me and upsetting for my husband that we had let these people into our home and that they now know where we live. I have told everyone who will listen how poor my experience was so that no one else will make the same mistake!

I have used them many times and I'm happy with their service. They were very professional, punctual and responsive. They did a very good job.

They did a wonderful job. They did not scratch or dent anything going up the narrow staircase. They set it up for me and they moved it. They were congenial. They were very responsive and did a great job. They arrived on time.

I wish I could give an A+ for this job. Everything went beautifully and the men who moved us couldn't have been more professional and courteous. Dennis was here for both jobs and was terrific. He gave me suggestions during the move out in preparation for the move back in; such as purchasing felt "feet" to put on the furniture as it was coming back in and also suggested getting a new ice maker hose while the frig was out since the other one was the original and getting a little old. On the day they moved us back in, Dennis applied the felt protectors to everything that they brought into the house. I really feel like he went the extra mile and I greatly appreciated it. I will definitely recommend Citywide to anyone anticipating a move.

Called Kathy on a Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment to move a piano for the following Monday morning. The company has certain personnel who have been trained in piano moving. The movers arrived as scheduled, and were very careful with the piano during the entire process, and very professional. Kathy called later Monday afternoon to ensure that the move was satisfactory. I would definitely use this company again.

The reason I use this company is because they are able to comprehend complicated tasks. I move furniture from house to house for staging. I have used other companies in the past that are not nearly as easy to work with or as efficient.

They were 1 hour late which threw off my schedule for the day. Took over an hour for lunch along with several breaks. No scratches but but deep grooves in the walls. Cursed when they had difficulty maneuvering through the house. It took much longer than anticipated and also noticed after the fact they took some of the pins out of a shelf and when I put my books on it the shelf fell to the ground. It was not my smoothest move and will try someone else next time I move.

They were excellent, they came on time, they had two capable people, they worked very fast and they didn't damage a thing, they had great prices.

They were about to send someone home for the day, and I asked to hire him to help us pack things up for a couple hours. He came right away and was great. We called them back when were in the new house to move our washer and dryer. They were very professional. The men did not ask for anything extra and did exactly what they said they would. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

The estimated cost looked good, but I had to question Joel (estimator) on the size of truck and the crew. He estimated one 35 ft. truck and 3 men to move all of our stuff in one load and one day. (We had one full 18 wheeler with 3 men to load all day and unload all day another day when we move up a year ago from FL). I even had him come back for a second look and he stuck by his estimate. When we had packers come, they said it would definitely take 2 trucks and more men. I got it straightened out with the owner after that. Bottom line is that the overall move with the 2 trucks and 4 men went great! The movers were extremely nice and knew what they were doing. We only had two scratches on wood furniture and a nicked wood crib, but the owner himself came and did the repair the next day, which looks excellent (we can't even tell the pieces were even damaged). The movers and the owner made up for the incorrect estimate with great service, quality of the move, and great attitudes.

They arrived on time and handled the move very professionally. It took longer than I thought it would and I think that's because they only sent 2 men instead of 3 (though that may have been my fault).

They were very pleasant and did a wonderful job. They were the best price in town and didn't tear anything up or damage anything either.

Fantastic, they arrived promptly on time and packed the truck very efficiently. The three guys were very conscientious and careful not to break anything. They called for help in moving an over-sized armoire up a split stairway because of their concern over scratching or denting the walls. They were hardworking and courteous, and nothing was damaged in the least. The company also called me Monday to check to see how it went and to make sure I was satisfied.

They were very accommodating. They took many heavy items to the third story with out any complaints also moved pieces twice if request to be moved to a different place.

They were good personally. There were a few things lacking. There was some light damage. They were very cooperative. I took it as par for the course the damage that happened.

Some things were great-the office was very helpful in making the arrangements, asking questions to determine the types of services needed, etc. Also called a few days in advance to confirm. The movers themselves worked very quickly - they really hustled, but were also careful. Nothing was damaged. BUT there were some negatives, the main one being that they didn't pack the truck quite right and said they didn't have room for everything (I had to move all my floor lamps, bird baths & poles, several boxes, vacuum and other misc. items). They would have come back for a second trip if I insisted, but it probably would have cost me another $120. The truck still had plenty of room on top - they just didn't have "floor space". Also, they almost forgot the leaves to my tables, even after I reminded them at least 4 times. The other major concern is that they were unprofessional in asking for tips (more than once) and trying to make side deals to come back off the clock.

I had Citywide perform an in town move from a two story townhome to a single family four bedroom home. The move also involved a stop at a storage unit along the way. I got an estimate over the phone based on my description of the job, and the estimate was right on. The crew that performed my move was on time, experienced, hard working, and anxious to see that everything was placed in my new home to my liking. There was no damage to any of my furniture. I have used Citywide before and had a similar experience.

The moving crew from Citywide were wonderful as well as professional and efficient. I did not realize that my attic was so full of ''stuff''. The guys were great and brought all the boxes and stuff down from the attic as well as the furniture and boxes from the six rooms. They moved my new king size bed and furniture upstairs without a scratch. They worked a hard eight hours.

Dependable and on-time. Would hire again for another move.

Citywide suggested 2 trucks and 5 movers for our move. This was a smart idea. The move went faster and saved us money. They were very efficient and extremely careful with our household goods AND our piano. Moving the piano was extremely difficult up a flight of outside stairs and manuevering a very narrow turn and entrance. They were well-prepared and did a very good job.

They are wonderful. I paid 15% less than other estimates. They allowed me to keep my clothes in the drawers. I have never had any breakage. They are on time always.
