We have used them three times. There was very minimal damage done to our belongings. They are very good movers. They are very dependable. They are a little pricey, but I knew this company would take care of my things. I would definitely use them again.

Their service was good. I like them. They assemble furniture. They protect the carpets and floors. They are fast and very responsive. They are also very responsible.

I used Citywide Moving Systems for a recent move to our new home. They did a very good job for us and we did not have any issues. They are very reliable and do great work. Citywide was very professional and I would use them again in the future if needed.

I had pretty good experience with them. The main reason I used them was because they moved pianos and not all movers can do that. They didn’t break anything. I didn’t have any problem with them.

Cathy was very helpful when I called to find out what my move would entail and what services they would provide. She worked with my schedule and called me a week before the move to confirm the time they would arrive. They arrived promptly and packed up our house, including pool table, antique piano and china cabinet safely and carefully. They had to pack some of the house into boxes and keep out some to move to temporary living. They were easy to work with, respectful of our furniture and careful with everything. They moved a few items to an apartment for us and stored the rest at their facilities. Cathy called me in December to tell me that they had not charged me for a month's storage and wanted to make sure that I was okay being charged for 2 months since it was so close to Christmas - very thoughtful! I had to change my final move date by a day at the last minute due to issues closing and they were flexible in working with us. They moved us from the apartment (after arriving on time) to the new house and again, were careful with all items. Didn't scratch newly refinished hardwoods nor break anything. Overall a SUPERB experience!!!

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The office was very professional and responsive by telephone and gave a pretty accurate telephone quote. I wanted to get a more detailed quote due to getting several higher quotes from competitors and they sent somone to do a site visit. The final price was within $50 of the quote. They sent 3 men and a large truck for the move, which was definitely adequate. The crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. There was no messing around! They took 2 short breaks and a short lunch break and got the move done in 7 hours, which included the house, some yard items, and a shed. I had packed the house myself and labeled the boxes (critical) and the guys knew exactly what to do and did it. They were nice, friendly, professional, prepared and fully equipped. Two thumbs up.

They were wonderful :) They came out and packed some for me before the move. On the day of the move they were actually early. They were scheduled to show up at 10 and called at 9 to see if they could come out and start early :) They worked the whole time, and were fast and very respectful of my belonging and my house. I highly recommend them :)

The moving process was very good. I like this company. They are good. I would use their services again in the future if needed.

They came to pick up the merchandise and moved it to their consignment store location. Citywide Moving Systems moved the items from my storage area, and during the move, the movers stole some of my personal items from the storage area. I discovered it about a month or two later because I don't go to my storage unit often. I called them multiple times about it, and they never called me back. I submitted a complaint to the BBB about Citywide, and the owner denied even moving any of my items, so they said they couldn't do anything about it. I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance, and in order to do so, I had to file a police report. The detective went to Citywide and questioned Rod Matthews, who now openly admitted he did move my material, but denied any of his employees stealing. The police report was filed with the CIty of Monroe Police Department. The total amount claimed in the robbery was $1360.00. It included items that had great sentimental value that I can't put a price on though.

They were prompt and sufficient with their work. Loaded in record time. I have used them previously. They did a great job moving my 7 foot grand piano.

City Wide Movers were the best. From the start, Kathy handled our needs and was very nice and understanding.We were orig. to move on Sat. August 27th but had to change it on Fri. August 26th due to not closing, that was not a problem, Kathy took care of it. Re-scheduled for Sat. Sept. 3rd at 10am, but Fri. Sept. 2nd after 5pm on the holiday week-end we were again delayed on closing, called in on Sat. Sept 3rd at 9am and Rhonda answered and cancelled our move for that morning, again no problem. We had to wait til Tues. Sept 6th to find out about closing that same day, so again we called Kathy and she got us moved the very next day on Wed. Sept. 7th at 12 noon so WE didnt have to take but a half day off. Idon't know about other people, but this was the way I wished every one treated their customers, hard to find these day's. Now, the move it self, Dennis & Cory did the work and they both were very nice and worked as hard and quickly as possible, the whole move took 4hrs, that included the drive to Roch Hill, and that was with them putting together 2 beds and connecting the washing machine, they started @ 11:30 but were'nt scheduled until 12 noon, the cost was under what we thought it would be, because of Dennis & Cory's quick work. If you or anyone you know needs to move, these are the people to call.

The crew was friendly, professional, and helpful. From estimation to furniture set-up, this service was awesome. This was my best moving experience ever.

The Citywide team helped make a stressful time a little easier. We had a quick closing on our current home and needed to move out over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Not a problem for Citywide and they had us moved out on Saturday as promised. They put our belongings in storage for a week and then moved us into our new home a week later. The teams were polite and courteous and worked quickly in spite of the brutal heat.

It went very well. It was a boiling hot day in July and I made sure they had access to a cooler with lots of cold soda and water, which I think was appreciated. They arrived on time and started working right away. They disassembled and reassembled everything excepting large, rather complicated desk. They dismantled my daughter's bunk beds and did a great job painstakingly reassembling it. They came up with innovative ways to solve problems, like using a piece of plywood that was part of a bed to move the piano over grass. They finished when they said they would, 8 hours practically to the minute.

This is the 2nd time we used Citywide. They gave us the same rate we got 6 yrs ago when we used them to move the first time. The first team of 2 guys showed up on time, while the other 2 guys had to get a replacement for the truck that broke down. They charged us only for 2 guys until the other 2 showed up with a working truck (which was only 1hr or so late). They used runners all through the house, and did a great job of moving and packing things in a manner that kept our belongings from damage. Helped us get the giant TV off the wall (over a fireplace), and secured it upright in the truck. All 4 of the guys were courteous and professional (and even entertaining at times). We will definitely use Citywide again for any future moves, and we recommend them to all our friends.

On their advice, we had them load our belongings from our old home into Pods. Then, once we had the Pods moved across state lines, they came back out and moved everything into our new home. Their employees are very reputable, and I found them to be professional and helpful.

They arrived right on time, with all of their equipment. They were very helpful and professional. Throughout the day, they were very friendly and courteous. They took very good care of our stuff (we had a lot of boxes; they even said that we had a lot more than they were expecting for a two bedroom) and made sure to wrap things appropriately. When we arrived at our new house, they were efficient and speedy. They laid covers over our stairs and floors, and had everything moved in within an hour and a half. Overall, it was a great experience. Will gladly hire them again.

They were easy to work with and they were easy to schedule. They had one of the best rates we could find. They had the biggest crew that we've had ever to help with a move which made it fast because we were on a real timeline crunch the day of moving. We were also settling up on a new house and closing the old one. Time was really an issue and they did it in a timely manner. They handled our belongings with plenty of care. They handled everything with a lot of care. They helped us with the moving boxes and gave us a good price on them; they gave us a discount. We would definitely use them again.

The move went very smoothly. Dennis Johnson and his crew arrived promptly in Savannah at 9 a.m., having left Charlotte at 5 a.m. I handled the packing so they were finished loading her 1-bedroom apartment in about 2 hours. The next day, they arrived as promised at 9 a.m. at the Charlotte location. Everything was moved in and other items were delivered to a storage location by 1 p.m. They were prompt, very courteous and didn't break a thing. The only issue I had was the woman who answered the phone at the office. I believe her name was Cathy. I always had to explain who I was and what my moving date was. She couldn't seem to keep that straight but everyone in the "back office" certainly did. Everything went very smoothly except for this.

Citywide was wonderful. I had previously spoken to Kathy who offered boxes and paper if I needed them for our move. I drove out and was able to meet Kathy, the people in the office, and the owner, Rod. Rod is justifiably proud of his company and told me that his newest employee started with him 5 years ago. That has to be a record for a moving company. Citywide sent 3 men to move us and they were very professional and helpful. They moved us in record time and took great care of our furniture and belongings. It was the best moving experience we have had and I would highly recommend Citywide.

Excellent experience. We have moved 6 times in 30 years and this was one of our best experiences with a moving company from start to finish. We did our own packing of boxes and clothing wardrobes and Rod, the owner of Citywide, provided all kinds of suggestions and resources to make our job easier. On the day of the actual move, his crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with. They took extraordinary care with our piano. All of our furniture arrived safely with no damage. We were very pleased with this experience and would use Citywide again. We have already recommended them to our friends.

Best move I've every had (ones I've done cost less, but were more physically taxing....). Least stress & easiest on me. Rod was completely up front! I was well prepared -- knew what to expect. Everyone did exactly what was promised & the guys even offered to help out with set up of furniture & appliance in Durham that they hadn't taken apart in Charlotte (so I hadn't expected the offer of help). They handled everything like I would have...REALLY carefully -- nothing was bumped, dropped, or scraped against other stuff. I'd recommend Citywide again in a heartbeat!!

Amazing. They were 5 min early--never had movers on time- very professional. Put down protectors everywhere. Wrapped all furniture and were quick and efficient. They were more careful than I would have been with my own stuff. Were very careful in new house with new floors and refused to leave until everything was in it's place. There was no "oh just put it there and I'll figure it out later.". Have already recommended them.

It went just like it was supposed to. They were on time and completed the work as scheduled.

It was by far the least expensive, but I did have some problems. Some of the people they hired were not very strong. They were struggling to get mattresses up the stairs and they even bent one. They were honest. He gave me a firm price and stuck to it.
