CityWide moved me from a 2 story 4 bedroom house, provided storage for 2 weeks then moved me into my new house. All services excellent. My experience with booking the move and the 2 moves went perfectly. I had no issues with anything. The movers were very professional and wrapped all my furniture with care. I would recommend them.

Every step of the process was smooth, from scheduling in advance, to the day of the move. The three men put down some kind of blue cloth rug to protect our floors and carpets. Moved all furniture and boxes. Loaded at townhouse and unloaded at new house. They took care with fragile items. Nothing was broken or damaged. All was done within the expected time frame, and right on in terms of estimated cost. They charged per hour. We took advantage of the $35 coupon on Angie's List. Ww would definitely recommend them and use them again.

.They arrived right on time. Wrapped furniture carefully Took apart grandfather clock property with gloves. Worked hard to please everyone. Were very polite and professional. This is my second experience with this mover. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

| Their team of five men and two trucks arrived punctually. The men were polite and very nice, The move was completed in 8 hours. It seemed that speed rather than quality was their goal. The person who introduced himself as the crew leader was not visible during the unloading phase. There did not seem to be any coordination. The result was mass confusion. Example; "A sliding door to the deck (removed for no apparent reason as it is 12 feet off the ground was not replaced) This was fixed within hours. Other problems were less visible immediately. The company has been willing, but unhurried and unsuccessful in the resolutions of some of these problems. I opted to use Citywide because the advertise themselves as expert piano movers. The pedal harp waspartially The result is that this move and its lingering problems has lasted for a month. I expect someone tomorrow to hopefully repair the piano. Another very small, but important item (a broken foot on a bed frame, was repaired - glued - but broke again when I made the bed} Some items were missing ie 4 cabinet shelves. Not a big deal in itself, except that I was unable to put items away. After three weeks I had new shelves made, Which cost me materials and a carpenter for a day. That was the day they "fixed" the bed . Unfortunately it didn"t stay fixed. s There seems to be a lack of follow through within the office, also between the crew((s) they finally send out to repair, what they say they are going to report, i.e.that you need a piano person to repair this problem and we see it, but we can't fix it. You will hear from us today. . .but you don't. 5 days later the office knows nothing about the problem that has? been reported, to who? Is it the crew or the office? . This is extremely frustrating and time consuming when you have a legitimate problem. Their business is moving. Mine is not. My goal was to be moved efficiently and with the least number of problems. Accidents happen. But I expected them to be acknowledged, addressed promptly and resolved. competently. After prodding I've gotten their attention, and two misunderstandings were resolved. However, the process has been lengthened because of this problem. But I think that a month is long enough to expect that issues are resolved.

The service was wonderful. The crew was great and got right to work. They were efficient, timely and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Same company moved me last year out of my house and into storage that they have. That crew was the best I ever experienced. In addition, they use 2 30' trucks for my 4 bedroom house, 20,000ibs of furniture. About half went into storage and half to an apartment while house was being built. So it went efficiently, 1 day. In May I was moving out of storage and apartment to the new house. This time they came with 1 30' foot truck. It ended up taking 2 days. The crew was very good but, since they had 1 truck it took longer and cost 20% more. In addition, my grandfather clock was not working. This is why I give a favorable review. When you have a big move, chances are you may have an issue. I submitted a claim on the clock and the overage (in my opinion). The owner of the company came to my house, spent 2 hours fixing my clock, and then after hearing my issue with the overage, gave me a refund. I am very satisfied, and I can vouch that Citywide has high integrity and are driven to satisfy the customer. To me, that is more important than the price.

We had Jimmy, Dennis and Cory as our movers. We could not have asked for a better group of guys. They worked very hard and were extremely careful with all of our belongings. They did not drag boxes on the floors or bang into walls. We had no damage of any kind to either home. We boxed most stuff but what we could not, they disassembled and reassembled with out a problem. We filled up the entire Semi truck with our things and not one thing got broken. The guys worked on very hot days and kept on working. They are very hard workers, kind and professional. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with this company. Their sales rep Rhonda returned calls and made sure things were running smoothly. You can tell this company cares about their clients and their workers on how everything was run. We are very pleased and would refer and use them again.

It went great best move I've ever had and we have moved 5x. These 5 men came in listened to my instruction then got to work. They Checked with me on everything were polite hard working and got the job done extremely efficiently. I recommend them to everyone and I plan on using them to move to my permanent home in three months. Very pleased with citywide

Everytime I called the main office, the people were very friendly and courteous to me. They gave me all information I required and were not at all confusing. We decided on a date for the move and I was told the guys would arrive between 9-10am on "move day". They arrived promptly at 9am. I was not there - at closing for our new home, but my mother was and the guys got started immediately. I could not believe all they had done by the time I arrived! They all came up to me and introduced themselves. All of the gentlemen were excellent, I cannot say enough good things about them. They were very careful with each and every item they moved into the trucks. So efficient and fast. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again in the future and have told my family and friends how great they were. Thank you so much to Tim, Chris, Jim, John and Terry. I was very impressed with your excellent and courteous job you did for my husband and myself.

Acceptable quote was presented. The packing and loading was done in one day. We had packed most of the fragile items earlier. The driver and other workers were neat and clean and so were the trucks. Our new villa was not ready for occupancy until early December - about 2 1/2 months, so the furnishings were put in storage at the Citywide facilities. In mid-December, the villa was ready, and Citywide delivered the furniture as agreed. Most of the items were handled very well. The problems were a lack of details on setting up two beds and the grandfather clock. On one bed, an extension to one of the legs was lost in transit. On the other bed, a leg was also lost of transit, and when it was set up, the worker did not complete the set-up and the bed was not level. As things were wrapping up, I noticed that the bed was not level, and brought that to the attention of driver, and they leveled the bed using cardboard. They noted the absence of the bed legs, and told us they had several in the warehouse and would send us replacements. As the truck was driving away, we noticed that the grandfather clock had not been reassembled. Later in the day, we received a call from Citywide asking how things went. I explained the issues. The lady noted the concerns, and said that the issues would be presented to the owners for approval. She also said the grandfather clock not being reassembled was a major "no-no". Because this occurred during the Christmas holidays, we expected some delay with Citywide getting back to us. We waited a couple of weeks, then sent a email asking about the status and a schedule to get things completed. The lady asked if we had gotten her email, and we had not received it. After a couple of conversations, and reschedules, Citywide sent out one of their people and he got everything back to working in a couple of hours. The person who came to our house to correct our items was very detailed in his work. My issue is not with Citywide's overall work; but, the lack of detailed attention by the delivery crew, and then not closing the loop on communications on getting things fixed following delivery. I would use Citywide again on a move, but, would watch every item being assembled, and would follow up with more and more prompt communications immediately following the delivery.

Staff were very friendly and worked very hard. They did not waste time or my money. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them.

We had a very good first meeting that I am very please with. We will probably go with them but this was just the first meeting.

3 person team showed up on time. We had already packed out items so they were basically hired to move (no pack). We were just moving down the street but the exercise is still the same. Guys were very motivated and did not seem at all phased that there was about a 200 yard walk down hallways and up one floor by elevator for every trip to the truck nor were they concerned about the 3 story unit they were moving us into. They move pianos so i wasn't too surprised. All of the furniture was handled with care and wrapped with blankets when needed. They showed up with the proper equipment for a successful move: Proper dollys for moving boxes and furniture, floor protection for hardwoods and carpet, large rubber bands for securing blankets and things that might fly open and straps on the dollys for keeping items in place. The 3 worked together as a team and were very respectful throughout the move (almost too respectful! they kept calling me sir!) The move out went pretty fast and the move in even faster. This was surprising as they had to move a lot of the boxes and furniture up two and three flights of stairs. I read some of the reviews about some workers going berserk - not the case at all! These guys were quite friendly and focused on the task at hand, occasionally joking around which kept it light. I wanted to help them but I knew they had it handled. Some points of interest: If there was anything they had a question on - they asked (where does this go, is this ok to move, etc....) They take a lunch and small breaks when needed - I did not need to provide them with anything They have special equipment to protect your items and your home (walls, floors, etc...) A couple of scratches and scuffs on the walls - they disclosed to me when it happened - nothing that required any major repair Tips are accepted and they certainly earned one from me There is a fee to move weapons so move them yourself if you can. While there are some other reviews that have some pretty harsh comments, I did not experience any of them during our move. I would recommend Citywide and use them again in the future if I need something moved. Thanks for a job well done!

They were not as careful as I would have liked them to be. They did not damage anything but they were not the cleanest movers and they got some of our belongings dirty. I called to let the office manager know, and they said they would pay to clean it up. They seemed understanding about the situation. The movers were very fast and did not care about anything else. It was a little scary to watch them move our belongings and they knicked some of our doorways and walls. They did not seem to work together as a team to get things done.

I am very mixed on this review. Three pretty young guys were dispatched to my move. One of the "guys" was very professional, the manager of the team and if it wasn't for him everything would have fallen apart. Another one of the guys went berserk at the end of the day and it was very frightening. He lost his mind and started screaming and cursing. The manager took control of the situation and things calmed down. Very scary. It is stressful enough moving but to also have an unstable team member added an unthinkable stress. I contacted the company while he was going berserk and they said they would send over dispatch but no one ever showed up. Also, they couldn't fit everything in the truck so I had to call my yard guy for emergency help with his truck to get the remainder items as I had to have everything moved that day since I closed on the house that morning. Also was not told that they do not move plants. I had several large planters that took several days to go back over and move myself. Many things were damaged, pottery, dishes etc. Cost was pretty fair considering how long it took to load truck and deliver however I do feel I should have gotten some sort of response or discount from the company regarding their employee going berserk and the stress it caused.

Service was excellent. After a Matthews Movers screwed up and wanted to change our delivery date, I called Citywide Movers and they were able to accomodate the 7/5 move date. They were on time and took great care of not to damage the home or the furniture during the move. They did a great job with the move and would recommend to anyone.

They are good and professional guys.

We needed some of our big furniture items that were listed for sale to go to my friend's garage which was around the corner in the same neighborhood. They were very careful with moving, loading, unloading the furniture. The rest of the furniture went to the apartment just up the street from our neighborhood and they did an awesome job. I was very pleased. Terry, Shaun, and Anthony are great guys. Thank you Citywide!

They came and took a walk around the house asking questions. Then they started loading the truck. Very friendly and polite. Did not just make a decision when there was question. Asked me for the information needed. When unloading the truck, they asked where to put things. They did their best putting the boxes in the right rooms.

Citywide was responsive in providing quotes and setting up the move. The movers arrived a few minutes ahead of their scheduled time and overall performed a good job. There were a couple of items that received minor scratches during the move and Citywide worked with us in satisfactorily fixing the items with their repair crew.

Overall the experience was very tense. The crew was not very professional. We've made many moves in the past and this was by far the most nerve racking experience. They were clearly aggitated with us and told my Husband that he should have gotten his own truck and moved himself. We were very specific in our requirements when the representative from citywide came out. We told him we have a lot of valuable irreplaceable antiques and we needed those items double wrapped. It was clear this wasn't communicated to the actual crew doing the work. To me the customer is always right and it's their job to listen and respect the handling of people's valued possessions. I called to complain to the company to report the treatment we received and there was no follow-up no attempt to explain and no effort to give us some compensation. They also left our ladder on the truck which we did not discover missing until several weeks later, no contact from them. I definitely will go elsewhere next time.

We have now used Citywide two times to move within the area and could not be any happier with their professionalism, price and overall experience. They came out to give an estimate, scheduled our move date, and showed up on time and ready to work. The price was very reasonable as you can pay by the hour for in town moves..and the workers who came never dawdled or rested...they worked!! Also, they protect your floors and there was never a ding or nick on any wall. In fact, we are using them again next month!!

Citywide was punctual, professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. From quote, to suggestions on how to save some funds they were very helpful. Since we packed most all of our items Rod gave us some tips on how to package items to help minimize breakage. They took great care with all our items. The movers were friendly and professional. When an antique table recieved a scratch, they picked up the table, repaired the scratch, and helped buff some other nicks and scratches they were not responsible for (preexisting). I would definately recomend them to others.

Late to appointment by 45 minutes. Trenched origin yard when instructed to provide enough workers to carry to avoid yard damage. Left fence gate open and refused to close. Poor service and ironic part was when on hold while reporting lateness the on hold messaging stated "citywide takes pride in in-time, professional uniformed movers." They struck out on every item in that statement. Charged too much ($400-plus) considering actual effort and time spent to move a swing set 1 mile. No choice but to post this report as I allowed one month for the owner to call me back and discuss.
