Description of Work: Tune up of 2 garage doors, replaced rollers in both, repaired broken garage door (off track, fixed cable and sensor). Service person was prompt and very friendly and knowledgable. Maintenance was covered by a Angie's List Big Deal and the service technician was very up front about what additional charges would be incurred for the repairs before he started the work. He also worked quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: I called Jeremy early this afternoon after my garage opener stopped working. I wanted immediate help. Initially he was not able to get me on the schedule, but somehow found a way to squeeze me in. I ended up finding the problem - which was the logic board and replaced it myself. I would rate both Jeremy and John #1 for Customer Service. I don't know many companies that would go this far to satisfy a new customer. Both Jeremy and John were very pleasant to work with and I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Description of Work: John changed the garage door wheels to nylon ball-bearing which makes the door open and close more quietly and lasts longer than the rubber wheels which were originally in the door. He also adjusted the tension of the springs, chain, and lubed all hinges to make the garage door more efficient while answering my questions in a friendly courtesy manner.
