Description of Work: We had a broken spring on our garage door. They were very responsive in getting out to fix it. The technician had to order a part and recommended that we replace both springs instead of just the broken one; he explained everything so that it was easy to understand and I didn't feel like he was just trying to "upset" me. The repairs/replacements were done timely although I think it was a couple of days and we couldn't use the garage door but it was fine - we expected that. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: I was having an issue with the garage door bouncing back when closing. Jeremy had put a new opener and new rollers on a year or so ago.
