Description of Work: Replaced main spring. Garage door couldn't be opened at all so we were stuck at home on a work day. They were the only business that said they could come immediately which they did. Not only did they do the work quickly (and inexpensively although I forgot total bill), they also advised us on some ways to make the door quieter which they did for us too (and it worked). Family owned and very nice guys. Would call them again for a new installation or any repair.

Description of Work: The service they performed was excellent. We had a spring break and they arrived promptly and completed the repair work exactly as expected. The technician even checked the other springs and door to insure they were working properly. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had a broken spring on our garage door. They were very responsive in getting out to fix it. The technician had to order a part and recommended that we replace both springs instead of just the broken one; he explained everything so that it was easy to understand and I didn't feel like he was just trying to "upset" me. The repairs/replacements were done timely although I think it was a couple of days and we couldn't use the garage door but it was fine - we expected that. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
