Our garage door spring broke over the weekend - I called on Sunday and Jeremy came over on Monday morning. Unfortunately, the 17 year old door was beyond repair when it crashed to the floor due to the broken spring. Jeremy had great pricing on a new door/opener and he was able to replace them on Thursday morning. His outstanding garage-door expertise is as good as his customer service skills. He called on his way to our home Thursday and arrived as promised. It only took 3 hours to replace the door and opener. He removed the old door and materials and cleaned up the area very well. I highly recommend him! P.S. One of our autos was trapped in the garage when the spring broke. By himself, Jeremy was able to open the double-door while I removed the trapped auto.

When I called Jeremy, he was able to walk me through the issues I was having with my garage door and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. That enabled me to choose the right coupon to use prior to him performing the work. On the scheduled day of work, Jeremy called me in advance to let me know he was on his way and he arrived right on time. The repair was done quickly and professionally and I've had no issues since.

I called the company based upon other reviewers. I explained that the door would not open due to a broken spring. He recommended coming out the next day in the afternoon. While that normally would have been acceptable to me, my car was now blocked in the garage and I had appointments the following day. Once he understood that situation he agreed to rearrange his schedule and come across town in the next few hours and fix the door. He arrived in less then 2 hours, much faster than I expected. He assessed the situation, we agreed on the price and he went to work. He completed the job within 30 - 45 minutes. The service technician was very courteous and professional.

I had an emergency issue on a rental property garage door. The door had folded in on itself and was completely off track and hanging sideways. Called Garage Door Services and they came and gave me a quote of $1200 to get everything working again. They started the work. I started shopping around and found Open Up Garage and the where one third the price. They even called numerous times to help out even though they weren't getting the job this time. Our garage door would not open when we got home (broken spring) so I called at 11pm Saturday expecting to leave a message. Instead the owner Jeremy answered and asked what type spring then said he would be there between 12 & 2 pm. Sunday. He showed up, replaced the spring, lubed & adjusted the door in less than 30 minutes. The door now works better than it did before it broke. And no extra charge for a Sunday call. I am very happy with this company, I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Sunday morning my garage door would not open. Both of the springs were broken, and my car was stuck in the garage. I searched the list for someone with good reviews, and came upon this deal on Angie's List. So I bought the deal and talked to Jeremy on Sunday afternoon. I explained that I needed my car by Tuesday morning, but could get by with a truck that was parked in the driveway until late Monday. We made an appointment at the only time that was convenient for me (Monday evening). He called like he said he would, arrived on time, made the repairs, inspected everything and said that it all looked good, and he was on his way. Didn't try to sell me any unneeded goods or services. I appreciate that! All for less than I paid for weaker inferior springs 9 years ago. No wonder this company has good reviews. They deserve them. If I ever need garage door work again, this is who I will call.

I contacted Jeremy (owner of Open Up Garage Door Inc.) this morning regarding a problem I had with my overhead garage door.and a broken spring. After understanding my need he quoted a clear and precise price and noted what was included in the price. He indicated he could be at my residence to perform the repairs between 1pm-3pm today and would call ~30 minutes prior to arrival. Having been impressed with our conversation, his knowledge of the subject, and his price (better than any of his competitors), and what he would do, I decided to have him do the work. He called about 12:20 pm, was here by 12:50 pm, and finished within an hour or so. I am sure he would have finished even sooner had I not asked him as many questions as I did. He cheerfully answered them all in a competent manner. Work performed was top notch…… in addition to replacing the springs (which included a lifetime warranty) he provided additional services at no additional cost such as lubricating the hinges and checking / adjusting the remote door opener functionality. Jeremy is truly a professional you can depend on, performs at a high quality level, does what he says he is going to do, takes the time to answer your questions, and is timely and punctual. Couple those attributes with the best price around and you have no reason to look any further in selecting Open Up Garage Door for any garage door related work. I will use Jeremy in the future if and when the need arises and would not hesitate to endorse his services.

I called several providers. Jeremy and another provider came at the same time. They priced the job and I got to hear their stories. Actually, the competition didn't have a story. Jeremy has a good story. The other providers I called didn't make it out in time to be the competition. Jeremy's professionalism, attitude, openness and story warmed me up. Beating the competition by $200 won me over.

Open Up Garage Door, Inc is great! They came out to do the repair within two hours of my call. The technicians name was Jeremy and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Not only did he replace my spring, he serviced both of my doors, and adjusted my garage door openers. He took the time to explain how the spring broke, and how the new spring would last at least 35 years guaranteed. He gave me great tips on how to lubricate my door and a few trouble shooting techniques to save myself a service call in the future. I hope this review helps in choosing the right garage door company for your home. These guys are top notch. Best price, fastest service, and super nice and knowledgeable technicians. What more could you ask for.

Whereas they came out promptly to do the repair and did a fine job in replacing the TorqueMaster system. The problem I have is that even though I asked for two springs instead of one for the double wide door, told how it all depends on the weight of the door and other factors. Most people are aware that a two springs setup support half the weight of the door instead of the full weight in a single spring setup. Since I were almost guillotined by a garage door before, that slammed down so hard that it crushed the bottom section of the door when the single spring broke while it was opening that I consider this a safety issue. So I will be ordering springs online and converting to a two spring system for a little peace of mind. PS: The TorqueMaster had two springs and did not know a spring has broke until the day I disengaged the opener. With a single spring I would had known instantly with a damage door or a door that won't open.
