Bought the deal off Angie's list. Can't say enough good things. He was professional, efficient, and not condescending with my ignorance on how it all worked. Def recommend!!

Jeremy was GREAT to work with. We handle to reschedule a number of time and he was always very gracious. Fixed the grinding noise of my garage door, replaced the rollers, reviewed seals, realigned my sensors and made sure all my keypads worked as well! Will be to goto for any garage needs.

Everything was great. I actually used them twice, once on my house and once on my rental house (where I had the extra garage door opener made). The garage door at my house was really noisy and it is nice and quiet now. He even told me how to maintain it going forward with WD-40 on my own. Definitely worth the $89 to get the garage door working nicely!

Well this is as professional as it gets. Called Jeremy in the morning, said hed be at my home between 1-3 and boom, he shows up at 1:45 and had called me to say he was 15 minutes from my house! Absolutely amazing how fast he was at fixing my broken garage door and totally honest about it too. So happy to support a local business who actually cares about his customers. I also like the fact that he have me a receipt for the work and detailed what he did. VERY honest and polite!

Called ahead, arrived on time, very quickly replaced broken door spring, did a through inspection of both doors and oiled all of the doors. when asked if hr could make the garage door remote work did so with great expertise. Everything went very well and he went way over what he was suppose to do. He also lubed both doors and fixed a opener problem that we had with the other door. Both doors sound like new again. Highly recommend this contractor!!!!

Jeremy was great. One of our garage doors had slipped off the track, so we hired Open Up Garage Door to fix the door and install quiet rollers. While on site, Jeremy also evaluated our 2nd garage door, and took measures to better secure it as well. He was prompt, courteous, and professional, and even installed an additional set of quiet rollers on the 2nd garage for free. Would definitely use again!

Jeremy called last evening and set up the appointment for Friday for the afternoon. He called and told me he would call about 30 minutes from our site. He arrived on time and was extremely efficient and professional in all respects. Job was cleaned up entirely. The communications was exceptional and the price was fair and an excellent value. A very personable and professional contractor. In my opinion, there is Open Up Garage Door, Inc - and then there is all the rest. They are the only company I would use in the future.

Jeremy from Open Up Garage Door, Inc was wonderful. He called and said that he was able to come out earlier due to a schedule change, and said he would be happy to come to our home if our schedule permitted. He did come early, and arrived in a timely manner. When he got here, I mentioned that between the time of our buying the deal and now, we had another issue with the opener, and would he have time to look at it. He did look, and fixed it! ( The minimal cost for this service which was outside of our purchased deal was well worth the money. ) The trim he replaced looks wonderful, and he explained that we had no other issues with the door after his inspection. We were very happy with the service provided and would absolutely recommend this company to friends and neighbors!

After being hung out to dry by another contractor, it was very refreshing to meet Jeremy and have him fix my problem. He was punctual, professional, and did the job in an amazingly short amount of time. The price he charged me was 40% less expensive than a comparable door from one of the "big boys". The gentleman who owns the business was extremely courteous and professional. He called ahead as promised and showed up a little ahead of time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, explaining each step of his work and showing me where some pieces had loosened and could have caused damage. He advised me on proper routine care going forward and was done with both doors in about 40 minutes. I'm not an easy customer to please and I don't give praise lightly, but I was very impressed. I will have him back annually for serving the doors and for any future problems. I highly recommend this business and its owner.

It was such a huge relief not to have all that noise opening the door. They were very nice and professional. Will definitely use them again for my garage.

Serviceman called to schedule within a couple of days of my purchasing the deal, and we agreed to a date about a week or so later that fit my schedule. He called about 45 minutes before arriving to verify my address and say he was on his way. Service was quick and efficient, and serviceman informed me of everything he had done, answered a couple of questions for me, and then followed me to a rental house I own to give me an estimate on a garage door replacement there. Everything went as it should, which constitutes A-rated service in my view.

Prompt, professional and efficient. He did a great job and was not at all pushy about us needing extra repairs on door, unlike other Big Deal participant companies. Would use him for future needs for garage door system and recommend him highly.

Unfortunately, during the testing of it, involving several openings and closings, a circuit blew on the older motor, which was about 20 years old. A week later, Jeremy came out and replaced the motor and I also got a new garage door, which was going to be needed anyway in a year or two, since the old one was made of wood and already had some water rot in it. He gave me a fair price, and was able to get it installed within 8 days. Although you may be able to get this set up a little less expensively, price was still fair, and workmanship and promptness were very good. Also, he communicated well me. Would certainly recommend him.

My payment on Angie's list was immediately responded to by Jeremy (owner/installer). He gave me a selection of dates, I picked one, he gave me a window to expect his arrival, he called one half hour before, announcing his arrival time and arrived within the original window. On his initial visit I decided I wanted my old opener replaced. We set a new date, he said the job would take 1&1/2 hours. Llike the first visit his arrival was early and he completed the job in less than the estimated time. He worked safely, clean and quick. When finished he reviewed how to use the new openers with my wife and I, providing an opportunity for questions He left my garage as clean as he found it. This is my kind of contractor!!!!!!!!!!!
