Garage door broke Thursday morning called about 10am, initially said they could not make until next week told them we couldn't even manually open the door, they said they would be out sometime around 4, I received a call at 2pm asking if they could come early for appt. I of course said yes they worked on door for about and hour to fix, then explained what I could to prevent this from occurring in the future. I also received the special price they were advertising without even knowing about or asking for it. If I would need work in the future or if someone would ask about needing garage door maintenance I would recommend them without hesitation.

Garage door spring broke around 4:50 pm on Friday afternoon. I quickly logged onto Angie's list and saw this company came up at the top of the list so I gave them a call. They were able to come out the very next morning (which was a Saturday). I was very surprised at how prompt they were able to respond. I was worried that calling late on a Friday afternoon I would have to wait until at least the middle of the following week for an appointment. The person showed up promptly on time as expected and gave a 30 minute warning call as promised. The person doing the work was extremely polite and professional. The person who originally answered my call and scheduled my appointment was also extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this provider without question based on my experience. I would also recommend that anybody reading this review call these guys and have them install their garage door track nylon rollers in place of your existing metal rollers. My previous rollers rolled smoothly but sounded like a well oiled roller coast going up a hill. I already have a nice belt drive opener so adding these rollers has made the garage door opening and closing ten times quieter. Can's say enough positive things about how much quieter those new rollers are. A+ company in my book for sure!

We used this provider last year, and found them to be extremely reliable, and professional. They inspected the rollers, replaced with nylon, and found a broken spring, which they repaired. Would definitely use them again!!

It was easy and he did a great job. I even had to change the date and time due to a family emergency, and they were more than willing to change and accommodate the changes.

As per their email, we were called 30 minutes before arrival during the agreed time frame. Rep was on time and thorough. Very honest. John was here within 1-1/2 hour. in uniform, very professional, courteous. completed the job in less than 45 minutes. I'm very pleased.

Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. THese guys know there stuff and are willing to educate you on how everything works. We had a year old door with the contractor grade rollers. The door was sporatically not closing so we looked up service providers on Angies list and found these guys. The special was for a door tune up and choice of new rollers or a key pad. After tuning the door, replacing the rollers, and adjusting the motor tension, we have a smooth operating garage door system now. We have another modification that we would like to do in the future and we will definitely be contacting them.

Two technicians came within the two hour window given. We were given the options to replace one for $185 or two for $285 (flat rates, including everything as indicated on the website). We decided to replace both and they installed two paired. Previous sets were unpaired installed by the builder. The service has a warranty of lifetime for parts and 5-year for labor. They also lubricated the motion parts. Now the opener works better than before. Very nice and professional!

Excellent! I originally purchased the Deal for $89 for a tune up and replace wheels but when they came out I ended up hiring them to add a keyless entry and replace the opener as well. We were on our original opener over 12 years old and it was very loud. It was also pulling off of the door. They did it all quickly and didn't leave anything behind. This was all the easiest process I have ever experienced with any company I have hired. They were excellent and I know if I have any problem down the road, they will be the only company I call. John was super helpful! He knew his stuff and went about his job quickly and efficiently, but allowed for questions to be asked. He explained what he was doing and did not try to "upsell" me anything... Because of the confidence that he quickly built I asked him to add on the wireless keypad. Thanks!

Originally, the spring broke on the old garage door. Jeremy was out within a few minutes of calling him on a Tuesday to open the door so that the car could be backed out. Inspection of the door revealed that some of the hinges were starting to crack and the door already had some other damage. Replacing the spring and hinges was an option but considering the age and the usage we give the door we decided to replace it. Jeremy did not give us a sales pitch for a new door. On Thursday John was out to remove the old door and install the new garage door. He swept up after he was done and made sure the springs and hinges were all lubricated. John did an outstanding job. We would definitely use Open Up Garage Door Inc. again.

There was just one man who came. He was really nice. I just left him to it and he did it all by himself and he called us when he was done. He even looked at the garage light for me for a few minutes and kind of explained how to fix it because he used to be an electrician also. So I appreciated that. I have no complaints at all.

They are excellent. The doors used to be noisy and now they are quiet. The price was very reasonable given the work that was done and they showed up on time. We were communicating with them through the Angie's List website and they were responding within minutes. I would recommend them to anybody.
