I purchased the special on Angie's List for the Garage door Service and Rollers for $89.00. Within 15 minutes of my purchase the company call to schedule an appointment. On the day of the service call, John called 30 minutes ahead, arrived on time, looked very professional (dressed with company logo'd shirt), and spoke very professionally. I was very impressed and did not feel uncomfortable leaving him in my garage to do the work. He completed the work and then let me know that he found a few things that concerned him and felt it needed to be repaired. He also graciously spoke to my husband over the phone to explain the problem. John was not pushy but just explained the concerns. We decided to do the repairs. Within 30 minutes, he completed all the repairs. Without me asking, John offered to dispose of the parts or happy to leave the parts that he had taken off for my husband to see so we would know exactly why the repair was necessary. My husband and I appreciated the honesty and integrity of John and the company. I had him leave them. When my husband examined the parts later that day, everything John had said was true and my husband was very please we had the service done and the repairs. Our garage door is very quiet now, moves smoothly and my entire family has noticed. Wonderful job!

After discussing garage door repairs vs a new door with Jeremy, I decided a new garage door was the better option. Jeremy explained the cost of each and didn't push the replacement door. Scheduled appointment for installation within 2 days. Installer arrived within the given time and installed a nice quiet door (a welcome change). Excellent services.

When we arrived home on a Saturday from vacation, our garage door would no longer work. I called Open Up Garage Door, Inc. after seeing their reviews on Angie's List and made an appointment for Monday morning. They arrived on time and inspected the old garage door. Removal of the old door and tracks went well and they installed a much nicer garage door than we had originally plus new tracks and trim work. They also inspected our garage door opener and said that it was in good shape and did not need replacement. We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

They responded quickly. They arrived when they said they would. They explained what they were doing and how to maintain it afterward. They even re-programmed our exterior garage door keypad at no extra charge. They were great.

As others have shared, the entire experience went extremely well. Jeremy was very responsive, returning our call the same day (Sunday). We then set up an appointment. Jeremy arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The garage door is working again and seems quieter then before.

It went wonderfully. I would highly recommend them. They were initially scheduled to come Monday afternoon, but because I couldnt get my car out of the garage at all, they came early to perform the work. They were very professional.

Spoke to the owner over the phone and sent a picture of the broken door. Jeremy was able to assess the problem and promptly came the very next morning to fix the door. He was honest and direct about the good condition of the door and did not try to up-sale and/or re-enforce the 12 year old door. He was polite and professional and the price was reasonable; I will use or recommend company going forward.

He asked me to explain the problem I was having with the garage door and then immediately went to work. He finished the job very quickly and the door rolls up and down much more easily and is a lot more quiet. Jeremy was very polite and professional.

These guys were phenomenal from day one! I bought the deal just to tune up my existing door but wanted to speak to them about replacing everything. When they arrived I spoke to them about what I would like to have done and asked for a quote. We nailed down the details and the price within 10 minutes and I gave them the go ahead to schedule the replacement. When the day came for the install they were on time, polite and professional from beginning to end.....all of this on a day that was 97 degrees in the shade. These guys are honest, polite, professional and very reasonably priced! The A+ rating for these guys is spot on and I would recommend them to anyone!

It was great. They were very responsive, the price was right, and they did a good job. There was another sixty dollars on top of the big deal. They came out the next day.
