John was very personable, efficient, and prompt. He did not try a hard sell on convincing us to buy a new garage door. He made reasonable suggestions and fixed the old door. We will DEFINITELY call John when we do want a new garage door!

I wanted to replace the ancient Stanley (chain drive) garage door opener that I installed 24 years ago. I wanted something both quieter and with some safety features that were not on the older unit. We saw an Angie's List Big Deal for a Liftmaster chain drive for $385. but decided to step up to this "Elite Series" unit. We couldn't be more pleased with the opener that we purchased (great warranty) and the overall professionalism of Open Up Garage Door Inc. The first contact with Jeremy at the office, left no questions unanswered, no sales pitches to bring the price up, etc., again very courteous and professional. The installer / technician John, called to let me know he was 30 minutes out, right in the time window promised. John was also very courteous and professional in the speed and methodical way he worked. I believe the job took about 90 minutes, and he cleaned up and tuned up the door as well. John took the time to explain the safety and operational features. I will call these folks for any future garage door needs, and would recommend them to family and friends.

A spring broke on one of my garage doors. I called this company and spoke with Jeremy. He and John came out promptly as scheduled. Both were knowledgeable. Considering the age of the garage doors and the spring system, I decided on 2 new doors. John completed the project in 1/2 day and called to let me know and take payment. So far the doors work great and the installation by John, including the sealing on the outside of the door and overall fit is excellent.

Jeremy was very nice an helpful. I called him and left a message and he called me back within the hour to schedule appointment for the following day. He came and replaced my garage spring that broke. He also oiled everything and got it back to working and sounding more quiet than it did before the spring broke. He also last minute installed an outdoor key pad when I inquired about it. Very nice and very good pricing. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Our garage door spring broke over the weekend making the door inoperable. We called Open Up Garage Door on Monday morning and the door was fixed by Monday evening. Very responsive and professional service. Highly recommend this company.

I called Jeremy to get a quote on replacing my Torque Master spring and I told him about a beam in the ceiling in the garage ~ he asked me to take a picture of it and send it to him. He responded right away that since the beam was there in the way that he would not be able to replace the spring with what he normally would. He was upfront and honest and personal and professional. I would highly recommend Open Up Door!

The service was fine. There was not a problem. What they came to do, they did fine with, but when we had requested it, we had a window that was broken from one of our kids throwing a ball through there, unintentionally, of course. We wanted something done about that, but the guy said he do not do that. It would have been nice if he told us that before we got the work done. As far as the work he did, it was fine.

I was very impressed by John from the moment he arrived at my home. He was courteous, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about fixing my problem. I was told by another provider that I would need a whole new garage door, but John was able to reattach my opener to my current door, saving me hundreds of dollards! The entire process was great. Jeremy was prompt in returning my call to set up an appointment. The appointment to discuss options went smoothly and the install was scheduled for the following week. The install was done efficiently and at the end we received a thorough walk-through of the system and maintenance process. They also took the time to program the exterior wall remote and the Homelink systems in our cars.

I was very happy with the communication and work from Open Up Garage Door. I received a response from my initial request within a few hours and made an appt for the following day. The technician (John) called me 30 mins before he arrived and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I explained my issues and after he looked over the system he made some adjustments and suggested the rollers be replaced and safety wires be installed on the springs, as they are now required. He gave me the cost breakdown before the work was done and immediately got to work. I am very pleased with the outcome - the doors roll much smoother and are more quiet. He even helped me to set the remote access code as I was having trouble with that and gaveme some maintenance tips to keep the system working smoothly. I purchased a deal for $185.00 for inspection of door and motor and to replace old vinyl weather stripping that had come loose from the frame. Once the technician arrived, I decided to have my plastic rollers replaced with nylon ones with ball bearings for an additional $65.00. Service was completed in a timely fashion. The technician was courteous and professional. All my questions were answered. There was no pressure to purchase additional services.

One person came to my house on time and got to work promptly. He inspected the garage door, replaced the rollers (which were part of the deal) and gave me a few tips on how to properly take care of the door. This was everything I'd hoped for in this visit and I will hire them again if I need service for my garage door.

This business was very responsive. Not only were they responsive but also willing to work with my scheduling needs. What I inititially bought was for routine garage maintenance service. However, it was determined that I needed a new torsion spring(the original that came with the house was still in place-15 years old) Jeremy Dabbs was very professional ,courteous, and straight forward. I feel good about the service I received and would recommend them to others.

After breaking a torsion spring on the garage door I purchased the Angies list special from Open Up Garage. The guys showed up on time and knocked it out lickity split. With some companies, there always seems to be some additional 'you should also purchase this or that' going on. There was no hard sell with these guys but from a quick safety inspection revealing a couple of loose rollers, they suggested looking into nylon rollers to replace my steel rollers. I went ahead and made the upgrade and the door has worked like a champ. Much much quieter and smoother operation. Highly recommend the company and will use again in the future.
