The technician that came out explained everything and took care of a problem that has been going on for quite a while. He knew immediately what it was and took care of it. His professional and courteous attitude was very much appreciated.

It went very well, no issues and we would definitely use them again! Tim explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. Great guy and very personable, which is nice these days.

I had stopped up drains . First the septic tank was pumped which was needed. the fellow that did that was very professional. That however did not take care of the problem. I called back and fellow that came the secound time did not seem to know what the problem was . He ran the tool thru the lines and then presented me with a bill even though the drains were not open. he said he had done all he could do. I called the office and asked to speak to the owner. The owner never did call back as he was supposed to do . I think he did call the worker because he went back to work and did get the drain open eventually.

A well oiled machine..Evan and his crew were fantastic. Each of them had a job and they knew exactly what to do. They all were very polite. The piping installation was very neat and professionally done...No mess afterward, and everything was well explained...Each of the crew of three arrived in their own very neat and clean looking utility vehicles. Impressive !!!

They came out the same day. The tech was knowledgeable and honest and quick. He also told us a price before he started the work which I really appreciated. I have a home warranty but I will use this company from now on.

Wonderful we have used All about plumbing in the past and they are great. Richard and Corey were on time and gave us a clear idea of what needed to be done. Very quick and efficient and they were able to fix a leaking toilet while they were here. We will always use them in the future.

They came when they said they'd come. They came promptly -- no days of waiting. They fixed our immediate problem efficiently and for a fair price. They were the FIRST plumbers who offered a permanent solution to our problem! They had the equipment to clean out the entire diameter of the pipe, which was closing up because -- 50 years. They were again prompt and efficient; did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. A+ and then some!

Arrived on time and did requested work efficiently. Gave me an estimate on unclogging drain field. Fast friendly service.

The crew showed up on time as expected. They did the preliminary jetting and discovered that the extent of the problem was not as bad. This meant that they were able to complete the repair for less money than was originally quoted. Some companies would have been dishonest about that and charged the full amount. They also dug up a tree stump that was part of the problem, moved it to the back of the yard, covered up the hole, put down grass seed & hay! I will definitely hire them again!

There were very easy to communicate with and Krisitian came on time and efficiently took care of my system. He was knowledgeable and a very pleasant person. I would not hesitate to call All About Plumbing & Septic again.

These guys showed up on time! They were extremely professional, friendly, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. They offered plan of action and completed the job in a timely fashion. I was given their name through another professional after I had called several other listed businesses that were supposed to service my area. A couple booked appointments with me and never showed, another couple never called me back. THIS company responded and were able to book me an appointment within a few days and I am VERY happy with them. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Great...had this company come out to pump my mother's septic tank. When the driver/technician arrived he evaluated the septic tank and determined it would "not" be necessary to pump the tank. He could have pumped the tank and charged us full price and I wouldn't have known any different, however he was very honest and told me it was a waste of money....Thank you...

These guys were wonderful. Not only did they come on a Sunday night but they found the problem and we had water: hot and cold! We will not use another company; All About Plumbing & Septic, in our opinion, is the best there is.

Amazing! They came out to look at the job and provide an estimate the same day I called. Then, they had the scheduling flexibility to actually stay and do the job! Impeccable work. And cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend and would use again exclusively whenever I need a plumbing project done.

All about Plumbing did an amazing job re piping our entire house! They showed up with a team of plumbers and trucks and did the whole house in one day! They are amazing I definately recommend them to all of my friends for their plumbing needs.

Within two hours of submitting my request, the repair was complete! Prompt, efficient, courteous, and communicative.

It went great! Old 12 yr old 1/2 HP garbage disposal was removed and replaced with installed In-Sink-Erator 3/4 HP disposal. The disposal was tested and no leaks were found.

Very responsive. Arrived within 1 hour after initial call. Men were nice but we felt price was way too high. $250 to repair a loose toilet is more than the toilet cost!! Quote was given before work was done but we needed to get it fixed. We are not sure if this is the going rate We did not get other estimates based on Angie's List rating. Men should bring their own towels to avoid ruining my white hand towel. Caulk around toilet was very thick so I had to wipe up excess.
