Just the best. They were prompt, professional and really good at communicating when they were going to be at our house and what they were going to do. They are so good that the manufacturer gives them a five year warranty on the well pump. Totally satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Tony Turner was very friendly and professional. He told us exactly what needed to be done and did the jobs quickly and accurately. Was like talking to a friend. Very awesome service!

Went great. Communication was excellent, provider was timely and polite, and he explained everything along the way. He was also very tolerant of my two young boys who were overly interested in the project.

Excellent Company! Caleb, the owner, answered the phone on the second ring! I asked all sorts of questions and got straight answers. Caleb then sent out Evan, who is experienced in plumbing and septic systems, right away. Evan answered all of our questions and made recommendations of what we did and did not need for the house. Evan was completely honest, thorough and personable. We even ended up all going out for lunch afterwards, his customer service was that good! We will absolutely use this company again for all repairs and services that are offered!

They responded to our call the next day. Chris, came out determined the septic tank was okay; just needed to be pumped. Our drain field was the real problem and a mess. (probably from previous landscaping work done a while back) Chris took measurements, planned out direction of new drain field and gave us a price. Work began quickly and was finished in a couple of days. The county inspector was impressed with the quality of their work and said we should never have a problem with our drain field again.

I'd give them an A on everything. A couple years ago they put a new well pump in for us, because we don't have any municipal water. They put a new water pump in for us when it was really cold. I can't believe the guys actually worked out in that temperature but they did the job quickly and reasonable. So I have used them over and over again for any pluming. So I would give them an A on everything, and I would certainly use them again.

Caleb took my call and answered my questions about brands of tanks they carried, etc. As soon as I decided to go with them, he rerouted Richard from a routine service call to come to my house instead. Richard figured out what was wrong, we agreed on best replacement tank, and he came back after lunch with the new tank. Had installed by mid-afternoon! Quality service!

The company ran a specialized camera down the drain field line and discovered the pipe leading from the tank to the "D-box" (distribution box) had collapsed and the D-box was in bad shape. They dug everything up by hand so as not to damage our stone walk way and made all the repairs. This included pressure washing the septic field. It was a hard job that took several days of work. Each step of the way the team was professional and courteous.

So appreciated Joe and his efforts to insure our kitchen drain line was snaked (not once but twice) to allow an effective fix. Joe also pointed out our poor drain line installation (no slope) which contributed over time to create our clog and recommended a fix to prevent a 2nd occurrence. Joe is an asset to this company.

Work was done quickly and professionally in a couple of hours. I never felt that I was being sold things I didn't need and I was able to ask questions as he worked. Even added replacing a hose bib while he was working on the tank.

Carl Dordelman arrived at my house about 30 minutes after I called. He quoted me a reasonable price and he was professional and courteous. I am happy with his work.

Had a leak under my sink and found AAP&S through Angie's List. Called them and they were here within an hour. Service was great and Evan was very professional.

Received a call from Russell within hours of our request. My wife worked with Tim during the project work. Tim worked with the city to obtain permits for the work required and kept us informed throughout the process. Quotes were provided, and work was completed ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the work, the communications with the city inspectors, and the completed project. Would definitely recommend All About Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing and septic work. We had our water heater totally replaced - labor and all - for $1300 from a different company . . Practical Plumbing.

Their team was on time and punctual. They provided a free quote and were ready to install quickly after i hired them for the job. Their prices were in line with competition and they offered a much better warranty than any other competitor, along with a professional line of water heater, rather than what you'll find at your average department store. I decided to get a 10 year water heater because it comes with a magnesium anode rod rather than aluminum, and they offer full warranty (parts and labor) for the entire ten years. Couldn't be happier so far!

Showed up on time, went right to work. Completed work but I had to have him come back. Outside faucet still leaking. We had a misunderstanding over the cost of replacing that faucet. I ended up paying 283.11 to have an outside faucet replaced. I also found out my neighbor had a plumber install the same water filter I got for half what I paid. I think I was taken advantage of for being a stupid widow who didn't know what this type of work should cost.

The work was done very professionally and was completed by 4 pm. Evan took care to put down plastic sheeting over the finished flooring in the basement recreation room to catch the drips from the old water heater as it was taken outside. Evan scheduled a follow up visit by one of the company owners who came Wednesday morning to inspect the installation to be sure everything was up to code. Both the office staff and the plumbing staff have their act together and pride themselves on their quality of work.

I called, late, the next morning. They were the first listing on Angie's List, and I noticed that there were a high number of positive reviews; I was very happy to hear they could put me on their service schedule, for later in the day. Even happier to hear that they could get a new water heater and they could install it, even though it was after 3PM. Service was very professional, my questions were answered and I was thrilled to hear they are available 24/7/365! I have their magnet on my refrigerator! Hope I never need to call, but I know that if I do, I will get same day service!

We were so happy with the work that was done. Mr. Turner was very kind, was a very experienced plumber and did everything he could to help keep the cost of the repairs as low as he possible. We are so thankful to Angie's List for helping us find this group of people to help us with any future plumbing needs!

Richard came out almost immediately on a Saturday morning to take a look at our situation. He was knowledgeable about the plumbing code and willing to work with his suppliers to get the parts needed to do the installation on the same day, even though some of them closed on Saturdays at noon. We were not available to be home that afternoon, so he said he could come back on a Sunday which was extremely generous since he had to call someone in to work to help with the installation. We had to pay extra for the sump pump but this was the only way to put in the water heater up to code. He gave us two warranty options for the equipment and we chose the longer warranty. Richard and the other worker arrived right on time Sunday and got the project done in under 4 hours. They expertly dug out an area of the clay crawlspace to put in a sump pump, drained the old water heater and put in the new one on top of concrete blocks. He was able to work around the existing vapor barrier and tape it back in place once the equipment was installed. We were very impressed and pleased with the work and would definitely recommend their company!

Only plumbers in the area that would work me into their scheduled. Determined that septic tank was in desperate need of pumping. Carl and Tim worked in the dark and rain to locate, excavate and pump the tank. Both where very professional and did a great job.
