Richard & crew were on time for appt. Actually, when we called, came to give quote & options which were very helpful. Week and a half work completed in two days. Workers were courteous and accommodating.

Very prompt, polite & describe in detail what was needed to be done to replace. Came back next morning & work all day. Did a great job!

Excellent! A technician answered the phone and dispatched a plumber within 45 minutes. We live at the top of a mountain so we were very appreciative of the excellent response. The plumber fixed the leak and we were back in business within the hour! We would highly recommend All About Plumbing and we will call them whenever we need service!

Very well. I could not take off work in order to get my horrible kitchen sink replaced and my toilet fixed. I was having a difficult time finding a plumber that could do it on a Saturday. Not only could All About Plumbing & Septic come out on a Saturday, but they were able to provide a free estimate and do the work within a week. Carl was prompt, personable and very helpful. He steered me away from a poor quality all in one sink and faucet, and I ended up liking what I did get much better. Excellent service. I could not be happier.

The response to my emergency was excellent - much superior to some companies who seem to use some sort of answering service. Professional diagnosis of the problem, clearly demonstrated and explained. All time promises met. I felt it was maybe a little expensive, but when you have no working sewer connection you can't be taking time to get competitive quotes. Overall they provided a very professional service.

Great. Previous installation (before we bought the house) was done incorrectly. Richard picked up the phone on a Sunday morning and arrived at noon. He called 20 minutes before arriving to confirm the time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, presented options including replacing the water heater, and then quickly and professionally corrected the prior installer's problem. I was impressed with communication and promptness.

Our regular septic tank service provider was covered up with inspections for real estate closings and referred us to All About Plumbing and Septic. Their technicians, Joe and Denver, responded immediately, pulled the pump and ordered a replacement. The manufacturer needed four days to prepare the replacement and deliver it. Joe and Denver arranged to have a third tech to come to our house after 5 p.m. to pump out both our septic tank and the pump tank so we could continue to use our toilets, take showers, and wash dishes until the pump arrived. All the techs were professional, prompt, and courteous. When the replacement pump arrived, Joe and Denver arrived on schedule and worked through the day to get us back on line. Thanks, gentlemen. All About Plumbing and Septic is our new regular septic tank service company.

Eric came out promptly on a Saturday evening and arrived when he said he would. He was curteous and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything. He fixed the problem and checked the rest of the sinks and showers for leaks before he left. We are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The service rep arrived and called to give me an estimate, about $900 to repair two leaky showers. I said to go ahead. He called back and left a message that the fixtures were so badly corroded that the service would cost more because they would need to be cut out. At this point I went to have a look. I sprayed the fixtures with some rust blaster, went to the hardware store and got new seals. I was able to take the fixtures apart with a little patient effort and make the repairs. Total cost under twenty dollars. I would not recommend this outfit.

Serviceman came and looked at bladder in basement. The breaker would trip intermittently and was not tripping while he was there. He said it could be either wiring from well house to basement or wiring to pump in well. Could also possibly be pump in well. He did not check wiring at well or do any other tests.. Recommended replacing wiring in well first and said it was about same price to change out pump at same time so should do that. Just over $5000. Another almost $4000 to redo wiring to basement but would deduct $1000 from total if I did both at same time. Final cost about $8000. I am an older woman nearing retirement age and that was a huge amount for me. I had someone else out the next day. They immediately pulled the cover from well to check wiring and found where the wiring had been damaged. Repaired it. Took 15 minutes. Cost $125. $125 versus $8000. No I would not recommend them at all.

Service was good, very prompt, here when they told me when they will be. Very professional. I had 2 issues i had to call them back on, set up a time and they were here fixed it immediately.

Tim Drennen arrived on time, quickly uncovered the tank and started the cleanout. He was friendly and very professional, getting the work done in a short period of time. Fortunately, there were no roots in the tank so we don't have to cut down the tree. We are very pleased with All About Plumbing and have used them for all our plumbing needs and will call them for any future needs.

Kitchen faucet disintegrated inside its base on a Sunday afternoon. All About Plumbing has someone on call on weekends and Evan came right out. I got a new faucet at Lowe's while he was on his way so he just had to install what I'd bought. He did a great job in a very difficult space. It was worth every penny (and my sanity) not to have my husband try to do it. We will definitely hire this company again.

Speedy, he had to go and get a specific part but was back within a half hour. Job was done in less than hour altogether, and price was right up front.
