All About Plumbing & Septic

Couldn't have had a better experience. Lightning had destroyed the septic pump control box; two days later (right before guests were due to arrive), the floats in the septic holding tank failed. Richard promptly fixed both and within the estimates. His third visit was to repair the hot water recirculating pump which he fixed by resetting a GFI switch that was unknown to me. Everybody from Tammy, Alex and Brandon were extremely courteous and helpful. Richard is the ultimate professional. It was a pleasure working with All About Plumbing, and all future plumbing needs will be directed to them.

They were the only company that would respond to our emergency septic problem. They came out on Sunday on Memorial Day weekend and cleaned the septic tank. We otherwise would have had to go check into a hotel. They also identified a problem with our septic filter which they came back a week later to repair. We were very pleased with their work and the price.

Unfortunately they Misdiagnosed the Problem. They suggested we rebuild 2 toilets and install a filter system. They "rebuilt" one toilet that was working just fine for about $230.00. The repair kit is readily available at Lowes,Home Depot etc for about $20.00 [*** Link removed ***] The toilet they rebuilt now runs intermittently. Four Days Later we discovered the Problem was Actually the Well Pump :( I am expecting a visit from their Field Manager this week to review the situation. I cannot complete this review accurately until after they assess the situation. They come highly recommended so I am hopeful they will resolve the situation fairly.

Richard and Brandon arrived quickly and unblocked our drains in short order. We would definitely use them again!

First, the work was done three years ago, I was given a paper to fill out at the time of service for Angie’s list and really didn’t have time to process how. we were taken advantage of. We had just bought the house and had other people working on our house and in the midst of the chaos needed to see why we we’re not getting but a trickle of water coming through the lines. The repairman was nice enough and punctual he did about fifteen minutes of work and did not resolve the problem and then told us it was the faucet that needed to be replaced. This guy charged us 800.00 dollars and then we had to go buy a faucet another 100.00 dollars that we replaced ourselves. I call it the 1000,00 dollar faucet. I would not recommend this company they are thieves!

This was the second visit in a 4 week period. The first was to unclog a shower and a couple weeks later, the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. The technician came out and told me what he would have to do and the cost which was extremely unreasonable. I called another company to get another opinion Was told by them the first visit unclog the shower was not done thoroughly thus helping create the kitchen clog. The company I called for a second opinion fixed the drain and also fixed a leak and replaced some o rings for less than 1/2 the cost All About Plumbing quoted just to unclog the drain. Expected better service and price from a company I have used for years and spent lots of money with. No more. Ridiculously high prices and ok work. Would not recommend. Shop around and save a ton.

He arrived on the stroke of the appointed time. He was very professional and knowledgeable and fully answered all my inane questions. There was an extra $75 charge for "Heavy solids/Extra sewage". I have no way of knowing the last time the previous owners pumped (it easily could have been a decade or more) or what constitutes "extra". I had no reason to doubt him so I took his word for it. All in all it was the best possible experience for this necessary but less than pleasant task.

Richard and Oscar did a beautiful job with a very neat installation. Both Richard and Oscar showed up on time and worked together to get the job done right. They kept the worksite neat, and removed old equipment. When the job was done, they went over with us what they did, the included warranties and how to care for the system. They answered any and all questions we asked.

Tony Turner, our repair person, was great. He told us that the pipes to the faucet and drain were both frozen because holes had been gnawed in the wall to the outside crawl space, letting frigid air into the bathroom. He had to remove the hardware as well as several tiles in the shower because the bathroom doesn't have an access panel. He asked us which style of fixtures he should order and said we'd have to call someone to replace the tiles. He said he would return Tuesday at 9:00 to finish the repair and install the fixtures and that's exactly what he did. He even replaced the tiles and insulated the pipes because we didn't know how long it would take to repair the wall and he didn't want the same thing to happen. He explained everything he was doing and gave us confidence that the job would be done correctly. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Very professional. Called the company on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to schedule for Monday. Very responsive. The company called about 20 to 25 minutes ahead of the repair technician arriving at our house. He was up front about costs to diagnose and repair the water heater. Quick, efficient, and cleaned up area after repair was accomplished. Friendly and great representative for his company.

My washing machine backed up a few days ago, and I thought it was due to the freezing temperatures. Then this morning, one of our toilets overflowed. I called All About Plumbing expecting it to be days before they could be here. Richard Wade got to the house and fixed the problem this afternoon - he was thorough, professional, and efficient. I am very impressed by this company in that they operate 24/7 and do not charge overtime. They also do not charge for the diagnosis - only for the actual work done. Thanks, Richard!

Very professional & prompt - Richard & Brandon did an excellent job with practically no evidence of all the excavating that had to be done - very satisfied with all aspects of the job from the first call to completion-they even repaired an outside spigot that was not part of the original job ( for an extra charge of course) I’m just a little surprised how costly this was-never had any major plumbing work done before! Otherwise straight A’s.

Evan came out on a Saturday. There was no extra after-hours/emergency fee. He provided a free estimate to repair a leak in an exterior well house pipe. He explained everything clearly. He was able to complete the job at that same time. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

All went very well. Very pleased with results.

Arrived on time, spent all day getting all lines replaced on operating property.

Break occured on Sat. After calling other plumbers with no luck, Caleb found a tech (Richard) who could come to our remote location that day. Repairs required utilities location which delayed work until Monday am. Richard said he would be here by 9am and arrived 2 min. early. He and Robbie found the leak and all was finished by noon. P.S. "All About" is now our plumbers of choice!

Richard was on time, and reasonably priced, and very courteous. Very pleased!
