Kyle came out within hours of my call, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the work for the next afternoon. He was on time and completed the repair within 24 hours of my call for help. He was courteous, informative, and considerate. He did a great job.

Brandon was very professional, very responsive, and very helpful in outlining my choices. I recommend this company. The person answering the phone was very polite and pleasant. I will hire them when I purchase a replacement.

It was a pleasure doing business with the people at All About Plumbing. I went through several estimates for installing a tankless water heater. They came in somewhere in the middle of the pack. After an honest discussion with Caleb, he actually talked me out of a tankless, because the ROI wasn't there for a retrofit. He could have tried to sell me on a more costly installation, but he didn't and I appreciate that. The crew that came out was great. Brigham did an excellent job of replacing our tank and explaining everything that needed to be done. They were relatively efficient and got the job done in a few hours. They have earned my business and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

This was my first experience as a "AAP&SP" customer and I am happy to say it was a very positive one. Faced with my "no hot water emergency" AAP&SP responded quickly and professionally. Their technicians (especially Joe and Mark) were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They clearly explained my options and answered all of my questions. After deciding to move forward, the installation of a new water heater was professionally done and went amazingly fast. The components used were of high quality. Several technicians participated on site and my emergency was remedied in less than 24 hours from the time I first called AAP&SP. In short, AAP&SP exceeded my expectations and I would certainly use them again for all of my plumbing and septic-system needs .

The plumber called us immediately after our request and was here in a couple of hours. He quickly assessed our well and found our relay switch under the house was stuck and turned back on as soon as he looked at it. He did not find any other issues and we were happy to have water again!

Were not able to clean drain- something very solid in drain and we are going to dig it up.

We have used AAP&S many times in the past and have never been disappointed. In this case our job required a new faucet installation on the kitchen sink and the installation of a shutoff valve for our refrigerator's ice maker/water dispenser. Tony T. came to the house on time and ready to provide a written estimate of the proposed work. Once we agreed to the contract, he obtained the parts needed and got the job done in about an hour, even though it needed some work on plumbing in the crawlspace. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. All About Plumbing now uses an electronic system for estimates and payments, so we received an invoice/receipt via email a day later. Would definitely hire again! Reliable, professional, and a good value for the money.

They were very helpful answering all my questions. My place was spotless when they finished replacing my water heater. Same day service and they were at my home an hour and a half after I called them. They were efficient and the business was extremely well managed.

Our 14 year-old tankless water heater has had sudden temperature drops recently. We contacted All About Plumbing and made an appointment. Eric, the plumber, arrived on schedule did a thorough diagnostic of the unit, identified the cause of the temperature variances and investigated parts availability with the manufacturer. He advised that our particular unit (and its component electrical controls) is no longer being manufactured and that a replacement "motherboard" could not be secured from the manufacturer. Further, he obtained a price quote for an updated replacement unit and determined the cost(s) of installation. Our old unit is still working and will need to be replaced in the near future. As the work becomes necessary there is no question that we will contact All About Plumbing have have them do the work.

Great! He didn't charge us anything for the job which was quickly done. I'll definitely call them again when having plumbing problems.

So glad I checked Angie's list although this company was already highly recommended to us by a neighbor who hired them a few times. They were very professional, prompt, efficient and actually went above and beyond the call of duty. The young man, named Oscar, noticed a pipe that had been installed many years ago and was done improperly. He said it could cause a major problem in the future and that the pipe would never be put in that way today. He told us that even though it had nothing to do with his installation, he wouldn't be able to sleep at night if he didnt fix it for us. He went out of his way to do that for us at no extra charge. Talk about great customer service.

Tony quickly remedied the toilet situation. He removed the old kitchen faucet & installed a new one we supplied. Excellent work on both problems. I did think the faucet installation was pricy, but am very pleased by the responsiveness and professionalism.

A service man was on site within a very reasonable time, diagnosed the problem, made the repair and was on his way. I was worried that I'd be told the whole toilet needed replacement but thankfully it was just a minor repair.

Another pleasure was to have someone actually answer the phone and kept me up to date on the technicians ETA. Other establishments you leave a message and hope someone returns your call. Brandon arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. The cost for the service was also very reasonable. Very pleased.

With updates to new codes it was expensive. Work was done promptly and with the least amount of damage to yard and garden. Work well done and now up to code

EVAN Rhinehart came out and fixed it he was very professional, nice . Within a short time found the issue and had it fixed . I would recommend this company as they have 24/7 hrs and were here when they said they would be. Thank you Evan.

Went well! Very professional, prompt and did quality work. Brought plenty of workmen so job could get done quickly which was nice because we didn't need to go without water for more than a few hours. Everyone was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. It seems like the pricing was high but nowadays when it's so hard to find anyone who is dependable and responsive, it seems worth it to me. I would definitely hire them again!

On both occasions, Eric and Brandon arrived to help. Both were knowledgeable and professional. They helped me to decide the most cost-efficient water heater for my needs. My former water heater had not been installed to code, and the shortcomings were explained to me. When the new water heater was installed, Eric and Brandon installed it to give me maximum space in my storage room. They spent time responding to my questions and were generally very helpful.
