Richard & Mike were my specialist in this situation and their service rendered were efficient, expeditiously done and highly approved by me, the homeowner. Try them, I recommend without hesitation! Total cost for me was $1,733 -- I did not do a comparison with any other company so I can't tell you if it is high or low but I can tell you how please I was with the service.

Positive, he can diagnose and fix problems. He knows his stuff. Negative, This plumber has a slick way of selling his services that are backed up with a set of agreements that are done by a really sharp lawyer. Here's what to expect. The "free estimate" is the first visit review of the problem NOT an estimate of the cost of repair. If you say No, the estimate is free. Otherwise, he collects a fee for the estimate. He gets into the repair listing parts and works needed and he presents you with an estimated repair cost. If you say NO, you are left in a disassembled, nonworking situation. When the problem is fixed, the cost is parts and about $165.hour of work. I'd suggest that you try to get him to a reasonable hourly rate and skip the estimates. He is very competent and capable of fixing the problem.

First time customer. Had a leak in my old Rinnai water heater. Called for someone to come out. Technician (Nate Rice) was there the next day, 10 minutes early. Provided a fair quote on the spot. Replaced it the following day with a new Rinnai. Fixed some other pipe routing issues. Cleaned up and was very courteous. I would highly recommend them.

We had Chris and he was wonderful he found our leach fild to be in great condition. However we do have a spring in the yard and he told us just how to fix it in the summer time when it stops raining. Highly recommend this company.

The technician arrived promptly on the same day that I called to determine why the system alarm was flashing. Since the tank was full he scheduled a truck for the next day, a Sunday. He quoted me a price of $275 plus $75 since it was on a weekend. When the truck arrived the next day the price jumped to $650 because there were two tanks plus heavy solids. This caveat had NOT been explained by the technician the day before. He did accept the Angie's List discount of $20, bringing it down to $630. The technician said that he was unable to remove the filter in order to clean it because it was partially blocked by the rim. However, when the pump was replaced a few days later by another provider (see below) the workmen were able to lean the piping forward slightly and remove it without a problem. As for the alarm, I was told that the pump had burned out and that the contacts were burned, which could possibly have damaged the control panel. The pump had only been in service for 5 1/2 years, which seemed to be a very short period. Since both the pump and the panel would have to be ordered, shipped and delivered, which would require approximately 5 days, he recommended replacing both since I would have very limited time before the tanks would refill without an operating pump. He stated that the replacements were required by the Henderson County Dept. of Public Health to be exactly the same make and model as on the original approved plan, which was dated in 2006. Any substitutions would have to be approved in advance by the Public Health Dept. and that would probably take more time than I would have before the tanks refilled. I was provided a quote of $2,350 for the pump and another $1,200 for the control panel, making the total about $3,550, plus tax of about $250 or roughly $3,800 total. That seemed like a staggering amount that I refused to accept. I then researched on line and learned that the pump manufacturer was no longer in business, but I quickly found and learned the prices and availability of suitable replacements. I then met with the supervisor of the Henderson County Public Health Dept. who said that replacement units were considered as maintenance that did not require their approval. He suggested that I consult the professional engineer who had designed the original installation plan. I did so and he quickly found a replacement pump that was installed and the existing control panel was tested in only one hour versus the estimated 3 to 4 hours by All About Plumbing. The final cost was $1,000. I then filed a complaint with a detailed time line to the owner of All About Plumbing. He promptly wrote a very nice apology with the explanation that the Public Health Dept. had recently changed their policy without notifying them until that morning when he called them to confirm what I had stated in my detailed report. That is certainly plausible, but I feel that it is the contractor's responsibility to be properly informed of such regulatory policies and to be more transparent in their pricing, especially one that was so highly rated on Angie's List, which is why I had contacted them first. The red flag raised by their exorbitant quote, caused me to do my own homework that paid off with a savings of $2,800. I've taken the time to write this review in order to share with others who rely on Angie's List as I did. I also read reviews whenever I search for a service provider and this is the type of info that I would like to have found.

We had a big problem with smells and gas in our tiny house. Brigham from All About Plumbing was so patient in diagnosing the problem and installed new pipes to fix the propane leak, then fixed a broken pipe and installed a much-needed vent to fix the sewer gas smell. Great work!

It was exceptional, I am tremendously happy with this Company! Mr. Pete Pantano was super helpful and gave me all the tips I needed to get the right faucet, he was knowledgeable and just 100% professional I am so happy with his service, and yes, I will use this Company for my plumbing needs.

I called to schedule a pump-out because the septic was backing up into the house. They said it would be $275 and there could be extra charge if there were a lot of solids. When they got there they brought two trucks a pump truck and another one. It had been raining and was still raining. The sewage was coming into the house through the bathtub drains and it was a bad situation. They saw the situation and apparently knew they had me over a barrel. He told me it was going to be $610 and I about had a heart attack. I was upset and told them that was double what I had been told on the phone. He called his boss and walked around so I couldn't hear what he was telling him. He handed me a tablet to sign electronically and said it was a consent form. The next morning I called the office and complained and they said that I had signed a contract so I couldn't complain about what I was charged. He said that I had signed a statement that I could not make a claim against them or complain to the Better Business Bureau or post anything about them on social media. I asked for a itemized statement of the charges and a copy of their pricelist and they said that they would mail it to me. I don't expect to receive it. They made me feel helpless and taken advantage of. I think they take advantage of older people especially when they find you in a desperate situation. I could either do what they told me to do or live in crap. If I had been told that I could be charged that much I would have called and found another service before but he quoted a reasonable price. There is no way that I am the only one they have done this to. I will never contact this business again and I will not let them keep me from talking about this horrible degrading experience to my friends and family. I know they will post some slick response to this on here but it is only to make people think it wasn't as bad as it was and that they care. But I know how I was treated and how callously they talked to me when I tried to talk to them about being fair and honest and making it right. I didn't even ask for them to stick to what they quoted if they had come down just 16% I would have been OK. The price would have still been high but not at the level where I felt violated. I am sure NOBODY pays $275 have you ever heard of "Bait and Switch"?

Not only was the service prompt and courteous, but both the person taking my order and the person who provided service suggested better and additional solutions that made sense. I strongly recommend this company and the service person, Pete Pantano!

Excellent. We called at 9PM, Saturday. Kyle offered to come out immediately or at 9AM on Sunday. We decided since it was late that the next morning would be fine. Kyle fixed what was wrong, along with probably preventing a future related problem connected to our well. While he was there I asked him, since he was on call, if he might be able to fix a sink drainage problem. Since he had no other pressing appointments yet, he was glad to fix that as well. All About Plumbing had previously worked on all 3 toilets and installed a whole house water filter that is easily accessible, causing us to change it out more often. But what I like most about them is how quickly they have always been able to come out if needed. Our water went out when I broke the pipes around the old water filter. They came out the same day and fixed it. I have not compared prices with other companies because it seems to me that their prices are quite reasonable, especially since they offer 24/7 service. And they always give me the complete cost before doing the job, so there are no surprises. I highly recommend using them!

I called Monday morning (kind of begging). My wife is on dialysis at home and she needs a very clean environment for fear of infection. They originally put me on the schedule for the following day but then changed things and got someone to my house that morning. Very pleased with their work and professionalism.
