This company is superb. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. We had an after hours emergency and they were there for us. I highly recommend them.

The technician was very professional and really seemed sincere about wanting to help with our water problem. We have a 'vintage' house and the well repairs were extensive. The technicians stayed until the repairs were complete. We had water restored the same day! Would definitely recommend All About Plumbing and will use them for any and all future plumbing needs!

Original price less than competitive bid by a significant margin. Once started, job ran into problem according to All About Plumbing: grade from house to city sewer was flat too negative. Said we needed a pump to do job right, nearly doubling cost. Also would need an electrician (further cost). Well, what can you do? But All About worked into the evening to install pump so we could use toilets and showers, and electrician showed up promptly next morning to estimate job and get started. Despite the barriers, job was begun on a Wednesday morning and completed by Friday afternoon.

It went perfectly from the initial call through the installation. The line had to be carefully and safely installed due to the septic field and many underground lines. It had to go under a driveway (pipe was shielded from the traffic to come). Inspected when done. The excavated area was promptly backfilled and compacted. The dirt area was covered with grass seed and straw. The gravel driveway was restored. I have used this company five times for projects large and small. They are totally professional, totally knowledgeable. Because they have a large well trained and competent staff they can can solve emergencies quickly. They always give a detailed estimate. They finish what they start quickly.

One was successfully cleared. The second was blocked by sand for which they did not have the correct equipment (a jetting tool). Also, to clear that drain would have required digging up a line and cutting into it, since the top of the drain was too narrow (2") with too sharp a curve to follow with anything but the snake. I elected to dig up the drain rather than pay them for manual labor but haven't found it yet, so haven't had them back to complete the job.

They did a good professional job. It took a while because the tank was far down the hill. There were some extra charges because of the extra pumping required, which seemed fair. They were not able to replace the filter because of its location in the tank, and the estimate to do so was expensive. All told, an excellent job.

Short version - fantastic! We were adding a porch and needed to know where our septic tank was in relation to the construction. We figured we might as well get the tank pumped once they found it (we had never pumped it in 15 yrs). Kris from All About Plumbing/Septic located the tank and it was RIGHT under our deck posts. Kris was great about helping us figure out what all the options were. We loved our porch design and didn't want to change it, so we opted to put in a new tank AWAY from the house and close down/fill the old tank. Kris explained how it would work and what we needed to ask our contractor to do to help them get the job done (the deck posts had to be temporarily moved). Kris and the whole company was nothing short of incredibly helpful and GREAT to work with. They were professional, efficient, on time, great communication and a whole lot of fun on top of it all! I can't really comment on price because we didn't get quotes from anyone else. Was it cheap? No. But AAP/S had gotten tons of great reviews online and we liked Kris and the whole staff. So, in our opinion, it was worth what we paid! I would absolutely use them again! Oh, and as it turned out, once pumped, Kris discovered the old tank was cracked all along the bottom and deteriorating, so we unknowingly had made a GREAT decision to get a new tank and close the old one!

Richard & Oscar very carefully checked pressure at various locations inside and outside our house. We had expected that they would find that the old pipes were constricted and were expecting to have major work done. Instead, they discovered a faulty pressure control unit and repaired it. We have good flow and do not face the inconvenience and cost of replacing pipes.

They assessed the problem and suggested a fixed, the following day changed out faulty equipment and resolved the issues.......

These guys did a great job. Very happy that they repaired our system even after having to work late and in the rain. We will certainly call these guys again if we need any further work on our septic system either in our business or in our personal homes.

Vinny was great to work with - came out on a Sunday to check out the old water heater and give estimate. Was prompt, courteous, and did a great job replacing the old water heater with a better quality one. Total cost was $2044, which we felt was reasonable considering that we now have a 10 year warranty. Highly recommend.

They arrived on time and gave me an estimate and did the job in a professional manner. I was given a total cost for the job. I would liked to have been given a break down of service call charge, parts and labor. However, I was satisfied with the work.

They came as scheduled, actually early. They preformed the pump out leaving no mess or damage....like it never ever happened. What more could you ask for?

This company is extremely professional. They came the day I called to give an estimate. They came the following day and did all the work. I’m very pleased with the excellent work that they performed and I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve used several companies in the area with this same problem, my pump, pipes and tank were never installed correctly in the first place and I’m very confident that finally this company fixed what several others couldn’t. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will use them again.

I called this company and was told that they worked on these systems. The technician showed up as promised on a Saturday morning, called Navien's tech support number and ordered the parts they told him were needed. That visit cost us $125. I didn't hear from them, but called the following Thursday and was told the parts were in. Someone came out later that day and installed them. That visit cost an additional $591. We were told that we would have a one year parts and labor warranty on the repair. Two days later the system quit again, with the same error message. Another technician came out, talked to Navien's tech support and ordered some more parts. Unfortunately, we have to pay more to have these installed, maybe as much as another $500 and they really aren't sure that these will work. Bottom line is that we have spent $700 with this company and are still without hot water for 3 weeks. I talked to the owner today and his solution to the problem is that we purchase another system from them, one that costs $3500. When we're done, we would have hot water, but at a cost of $4200. Way too much!

We have used this company several times in the past and were very pleased, so our expectations were very high. Richard and his partner ( I am very sorry I cannot remember his name, but that is not one of my gifts ) arrived exactly on time. They surveyed the plumbing problems, worked up a fair estimate and carefully explained it all to me so I could understand. During the course of their repairs they ran into several problems, but they remained undaunted and determined to ensure everything was completed to the highest quality. I highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs. Tony O.

Technician Brandon worked quickly and kept us informed about our options as he did the work. He made a special effort to order the exact toilet we requested and worked efficiently again when he did the replacement. The only area of minor concern we had was that the special order took longer than expected (expected time was 1-2 weeks; it took longer than 2 weeks), and when we called to ask the status after two weeks, the office representative was rather snippy about the fact that SHE would call US when it came in. It was not unreasonable to inquire about the status of the order after more than two weeks, and in our opinion that response was not appropriate. Aside from that, we were satisfied with the service and the price, and we would call them again.
