Initially Christian came out to my home after only a day and did an estimate, he met me at my workplace and spoke with me about the roof replacement and gave me the many a review on the many available options for shingles. After reviewing the five contractors I had do extimates, TruGuard had the best price and thier estimate was very clearly spelled out. Christian and I then set a date for the work. About a week prior to the work being performed I had to reschedule due to another home issue and Christian and his guys were flexible and allowed me to address those other issues and we rescheduled for a short time later. When the roofing was completed, the yard was fully cleand and they even cleaned out my gutters. I was very happy with thier service and would recommend them to anyone. They were very professional, friendly and flexible.

I found Truguard Painting on Angie's List and after reading the reviews decided to give them a call. Chris was wonderful, got us a date on the calendar exactly when I needed it and even though I kept adding more to the job (which took extra days), he still made it all work and got my job done for me. He came out every day to see us during the painting. Ruben and his crew were wonderful, they showed up every day on time, worked through the weekend, and did a beautiful job. He was very helpful in helping me decide between colors that I was not sure about. He made sure the house was fully locked up before he left each night. My new house now looks beautiful and fully ready to move into thanks to Truguard Painting!!

I was very disappointed with TRUGard painting this time. I had to call Chris several times for problems with the paint jobs and workers which meant that the some of the painting had to be done over a second time.

The job started and was completed the same day as scheduled. Once the job was completed the workers put everything back in place (BBQ, table, chairs,..) They collected all remaining nails with a rattle and a magnetic bar. The property was spotless at their departure.

Two words with TruGuard: Hire Them! It is the most honest, hard-working, quality-oriented, and pleasant company or independent of which we have ever dealt. Believe me, we have hired many with 2 remodeling project homes recently. Before I tell our great experience, know that this is the first company on Angie?s List that actually has given us the coupon discount. All A rating Angie?s List vendors have told us in the past, ?Your discount is listed in the quote I gave you (even after they learned that we found them on Angies' list after their quote),? or they will mark up their price by the coupon amount. We got quotes from TruGuard & 2 others, and they all quoted the same price within a few dollars, except that TruGuard actually gave us their Angie?s List discount. Christian Moon, our rep, was on time always and so knowledgeable and pleasant. Contact was easy. The work was FABULOUS! Those guys busted it and gave us a quality roof on our home and garage in one day. I called Christian the next morning to arrange payment since I had to leave, and he said that he would be over in a few minutes. He just went around our house to inspect the work but had to leave. They invoiced us. In essence, they didn?t go nuts wanting payment immediately?they wanted us to be totally satisfied. I can truthfully say that this was one time that I was happy to pay immediately for great service, quality product, and integrity with a working relationship!

Shortly after worked was done, it rained and there was water damage inside the home in two separate locations. Brought one to company's attention, problem was supposedly fixed. However, other areas of damage have been found. The parts of the house that were repaired were not done sufficiently.

After 5 painters and 5 different quotes. From $3000 to $16000. One had the nerve to show up at my house in shorts and flip flops. I was frustrated and ready to paint my own house when I went back to Angie's on a friends recommendation of TruGard. Chris came out promptly and immediately gave me the pertinent insurance information, professionally dressed and ready to meet my needs. Having both worked for a paint manufacturer in the past I appreciated Chris' knowledge of the right paint choice. The house I purchased had previously been in a fire and even though it had been rebuilt I wanted peace of mind in encapsulating the past. Chris picked a good team for my house and I appreciate the open lines of communication we had while they were there for a week. I'm so thankful I didn't give up and paint my own house. I couldn't have come close to the professional job done. Thank you!! I will definitely use them in the future and I've recommended them to everyone in my neighborhood

The roofers were at my house by 8 am.the next week. They did a complete tear off of the old shingles and tar paper. They protected my shrubs around the house with tarps from the debris and had a dumpster there also to remove it as quickly as possible. They replaced the shingles and put in new ridge vents, too. Cleaned all the gutters from debris as well. Went all around the house with magnets to pick up stray nails. Mr. Moon came by several times during the process to make sure everything was going as planned and was up to their standards. My roof was finished by 1:30 pm. They worked in very timely manner and I am very pleased with the outcome. Mr.Moon came by the house the next day to do a complete walk around to make sure everything went as planned. I am quite pleased with the work performed and can recommend this company.

It was a good experience. They solved the problem and they were nice enough. They were fine. I was overall pleased with their service. I didn't compare their prices. So far everything is wonderful.

It went well. They worked in timely manner. It took them about 8 hours. They have someone pick up and discard the old things. They cleaned up very well.

His work was thorough and he gave me an honest assessment of my roof situation. An excellent job. I went with another company based on previous experiences but I will definitely consider TruGuard for future work.

Simple roof inspection as I was worried about a possible leak. He walked the roof, tacked down a few things and apparently caulked around my skylights which he recommended replacing.

Christian was very timely with his response to my request for an estimate. I had an estimate within a day, and we scheduled the work for the following week. He provided the information needed for my homeowner's association. The crew showed up in the time frame Christian said they would, and he personally checked on the progress around mid-day. They completed the work within the time frame they quoted as well.

They were fantastic. I have since called them back to do more work for me. They were incredibly responsive, responsible, and very efficient. There were some places where I had asked them to do some touch ups, and they came out for an hour, and didn't charge me anything for it. They were phenomenal. I had given them the keys to my house, they responded to all my texts and phone calls. They were very nice, helpful and professional.

Overall, I liked them fairly well. I liked the way I had conversations with my contact person. They were timely and got the job done in a day.

I am very dissatisfied Chris and Tru Guard. First of all the company failed to contact me within the 24 to 72 hours they promised in their ad. I had to call them on the 5th day after my purchase. Chris called me two days later and left a voice mail on my home phone despite the fact that I left my cell phone number with his office as a contact number. I called him back the next day. He told me that he would need to complete an estimate to determine if what I purchased would allow his team to complete painting of the outside of my home. He told me he would drive by, look at the house and provide an estimate to me in a few days. After 6 days with no contact from Chris, I called the office and they gave me his cell phone number. I called him to asked the status of my work. After providing him my name and address he proceeded to tell me that he would need to come by the house to complete an estimate, I reminded him that we had already had that discussion and he had promised to complete the estimate last week. He raised his voice and became very rude and unprofessional stating he has over 150 customers and he could not remember who he talks to! I told him I did not appreciate his attitude I would be contacting Angie's list to request another provided. Again, I am very disappointed with his lack of responsiveness and his lack of professionalism; I do not recommend this provider..

The gentleman was very nice, he went up checked out our roof and as he said, made some minor fixes on a loose shingle or two. Later, our roof developed a leak. I paid a different company to come and look. They caulked a pipe that was 10 feet away from the actual location it turns out. During these hard rains this summer, I found the leak. It was from a nail that had been indiscriminately hammered through the roof. I have no other spots on our roof where I have a nail like this. It occurred to me it is in the same location that the Trugard technician said he saw a loose shingle. Now we have water damage on our ceiling. This did not work out well.

Their project manager, Chris Gervino, is very detailed in terms of his estimate, very good at communicating, and being a good scheduler in terms of his crew and so forth.

Our experience with TruGuard Construction Group was a good experience. They came out and said our roof was in fair condition and provided us with possible solutions. They said they could come back in a year or two and address the problem then.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. Because of the slope of the roof, they decided to subcontract the work out to a different group to actually get up on the roof and do the repair. There were no issues or problems but there was an additional charge that I incurred which I was not aware of originally. But they explained to me the reason for it, because of the high slope of my roof. They told us the roof is in decent shape.

It went excellent. They were clean, neat, courteous. It was all good and a it's a beautiful roof. We've even had a new neighbor stop by and see who we used.

Vendor provided a competitive quote and followed up with answers to question. Agreed to the date that supported our schedule and took the time to clean up inside and out of the house where needed.

Great job, on time and at the level of quality expected.
