After installation several items didn't work properly so he added more equipment that raised the cost considerably. After adding all the bandaid's he could, he started blaming it on cable company. When he didn't have the expertise to figure out the problem he quit returning calls and texts. When I finally found out that it was a bad modem, that is not longer on the market, he was extremely rude and started yelling at me even after several attempts of trying to tell him I wasn't mad just wanted my system to work. After that he won't return calls or texts on information I needed just to get the problem fixed, like passwords and configurations. I did give him the opportunity many many times to correct the issue. BAD BAD social skills and customer service. However, I will say his technicians are as nice and as helpful as they can be, when you can get to one. This has been going on for 4 years!!! I encourage a consumer to go anywhere but to his company. FED UP!!
