So far so good. We like the fact that they are willing to get back as soon as possible and take care of any problem that we might have. The whole experience of working with Lesya and her crew has been very good. She met with us initially and went over what they do and what's extra and we felt her pricing was reasonable

Did a very thorough job in a very filthy rental unit left by students. Did an excellent job. Very nice, very professional, very pleased, would use them again.

Excellent. Job was on time and on budget. Additional services were added from the phone estimate to include a plantation shutter blind- by-blind wet wipe cleaning, which I must say was highly effective. The work was reviewed in advance, the progress of the team monitored and inspected before completion. Very professional approach. Left the home perfectly clean! And, not smelling of any chemicals at all, which was a HUGE plus.

She returned the call quickly. She was able to give us a next day cleaning which made us happy, but did not fulfill my number one request. Told her we were looking to have all of the drawers cleaned completely before we put our things in them. I remember this because I said it one too many times -She responded "yeah, yeah, yeah, cleaning out drawers, that's what we do......" The drawers were not cleaned - I had to take time to vacuum all of them and then wipe them out - there was hair, fingernail clippings, crud still in the drawers. We need a cleaning team that will communicate clearly, and take initiative to keep our house really clean. So we will keep looking.

Phone calls all along the way (before, during, and after) and very impressed with Lesya. They don't get paid unless you are satisfied- which is very uncommon these days.

Leysa and two others came to my home and deep-cleaned EVERYTHING, including my collections of pottery and other vintage items! My husband and I were amazed at how detailed and thorough their work was. I was also impressed with Leysa. She is very personable, and takes pride in providing quality service. Leysa had to go higher than her initial estimate due to the numerous items I have in my pottery collection and my daughter's clutter but I can't complain since they spent 4 hours nonstop cleaning! They did a wonderful job on the initial deep-cleaning and on the follow-up basic cleaning Leysa was kind enough to schedule to accomodate my hectic schedule. We highly recommend Clean Planet, and will continue to use their services

The approximate cost was for the first clean to go through with detail and then regular cleaning runs at $75.

Very polite, scheduled me promptly, very friendly when they came by, thorough. I pointed out two missed areas and she came right back out and cleaned them. She used all organic/Earth-friendly cleaning materials.

Leysa is a pleasure to work with. I did not want the "standard" cleaning that most cleaning companies offer and she willingly accommodated my request in order to make the visits cheaper. Her crews always show up on the scheduled day and do a good job. The people she uses to clean speak very limited English, but she is always available for translation via phone if needed and I've never had any issues.

We were so impressed with Leysa and her employees. They started cleaning our house when I got pregnant. They continued to clean after the baby was born and would be very courteous of the baby sleeping when they came to clean. Unfortunately, we had to move out of state. We even had Leysa do our final cleaning before closing (the house was sparkling!). We were so thoroughly impressed with her communication and service. I wish we could find comparable service here in Denver, CO. Many thanks to you, Leysa!!

Lesya and her team of extremely hard workers spent over four hours spring cleaning my home. My house has never been cleaner and I also appreciate the fact Lesya uses environmentally friendly products to clean with. In fact, my husband and I have decided to go through all of the commercial cleaners we currently have and toss them and opt for healthier and safer products. Lesya was professional, courteous and dependable. If she was running late, she always called to let us know and showed up at the time she stated. I would definitely use this service again and would strongly recommend Clean Planet to others.

Lesya was very prompt in getting back after my initial contact. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. On the day of our appointment, she was 45 minutes late. When she arrived we walked through the house and I told her what I needed. She did not write anything down which I found kind of odd. After talking about what she could provide, we decided that she would email me a quote the following Monday. We met on a Wednesday so that gave her 4 days to get me a quote. Well, it's over a week later and I have not heard from her. To me, that does not speak well of this company's ability to do what they say when they say they're going to do it.

I needed the house cleaned on short notice. I called Clean Planet on 12/26. Leyssa said she could probably come that day for an estimate. I told her she could give the estimate when they came to clean. She agreed to call back in 30 minutes to schedule the cleaning. She promptly called back and said they could come the afternoon of the 28th, sometime after 1:00. On the 28th, I called at 1:15 to get a better idea of when they would arrive. She said they were on the way and would arrive in 30 minutes. Due to problems with directions, they arrived at 2:00. When she arrived, I told her I had guests coming at 6:00 and they would need to be done by then. She walked through the house with me and gave an estimate of $150; after the Angie's List discount, it came to $135. I asked that they use my HEPA vacuum cleaner, due to allergies; she agreed. They finished cleaning at 5:45. They did a very good job and cleaned everything that they said they would. Leyssa was very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful! Very easy to work with. Leysa was running a little late from her first appointment and was willing to stay into the evening to finish up. The quality of the job was very good and met all expectations. We recommend.

The company has been cleaning our house since the end of last year. They are polite, prompt, hard working and they do a good job. Owner Lisa is responsive and accommodating. She is also personable and treats everyone like a friend. We've been satisfied with their work.

I find her very safe, she cares about my things as much as I do, she is very thorough, I trust her completely even when I leave at my home alone.

I liked Lisa and whenever she cleaned my house herself she always did a great job. However after a month or so, she switched to having an employee do it. I never knew who would come to my house. The ladies she sent were nice, but for the most part clearly just cleaning for some extra cash. They didn't do a great job cleaning and sometimes left off a shower, counter, or floor completely. The next time I would bring it to their attention, but then a different thing would be ignored. Also, Lisa told me she was going to transition to earth-friendly products, but that never happened. I was with them for 6 months or so but eventually got tired of paying for poor quality.

Lisa and crew did an excellent job. She was very pleasant to work with, very responsive to my requests and the quality of the cleaning was excellent. We will definitely use her again to help with the cleaning of our new home.
