Description of Work: What a pleasant surprise! Chris Nowak and PuroClean demonstrated that professionalism, customer service and just plain decency are alive and well. Two days ago our garage flooded as we experienced record rainfall over 4 four hours. I called PuroClean and spoke with Chris who discussed the problem with me, suggested immediate solutions regarding the standing water which I was able to do. Nevertheless, we were worried about mold and we worked out a time for him to visit. He thoroughly investigated the garage, our property all the sources of water and helped us to avoid losing the house.Who knew that charcoal briquettes in standing water can and will ignite causing you to lose your home? Chris educated us on this and demonstrated where the water was coming from and provided solutions for dealing both with water flow complete with recommendations for us to bring in landscaping assistance. He focused on preventative work we needed to do in order to prevent mold. In a half-hour he developed two life-long customers for his services.
